    Just like them to cover the 17 points , Tulsa shouldnt be favorite over anyone 17 points . They [ Tulsa ] are only ok team in my book - nothing special about them . Maybe if they would play UNLV I would consider lay the points , but thats the only time !!

    East Carolina is terrible. I have a horrible lifetime record of betting on or against Tulsa but I am loving them at -16.5 here.
