SBR please downgrade ranking of 1bet, and blacklist 1bet, babibet , 18bet

SBR please downgrade ranking of 1bet, and blacklist 1bet / babibet /18bet. In march this year 1bet has fraud over 6000 euro from my account. A few days later I have made a official complaint against 1bet to SBR. My case was conducted by Shari91 . Shari91 informed me that SBR cannot help me, because 1Bet dindt respond for SBR emails.I am sorry to say that the important reason for this is that SBR does not take any action against bookmakers from Bellona N.V group (1bet, 18bet, Babibet). I have search SBR forum for more victims of Bellona N.V group. Here You can see a list of victims, most of them have made a official complaint to SBR :

    • Krasomilaya - 1500 euro 1bet
    • teddybreak - 6000 euro 1bet
    • maksar - 7000 USD 1bet
    • san0k - 700 USD 1bet
    • Donisiu - 800 euro 1bet

    • jjnnbb - 5000 euro 18bet
    • opedja95 - 400 euro 18bet
    • nutmegDE - 1400 euro 18bet
    • mikkopoika - 1300 euro 18bet
    • realloque - 5000 euro 18bet
    • Ilya Gorbunov - 3500 euro 18bet
    • BetBothSides - 42000 USd 18bet
    • gaukus - 11388 euro 18bet
    • Betgiant - 1300 euro 18bet
    • xjan18 -8000 euro 18bet
    • oettinger ( german forum ) - 11400 euro 18bet
    • Odacir - 3700 USD 18bet

    117k euro

    • Silve99-3700 euro Babibet
    • bounty - 1000 euro Babibet
    • Ergin10 - 5634 euro Babibet
    • mosqueeto -650 euro Babibet
    • jokubasm - 700 euro Babibet
    • tipanabol - 5700 euro babibet
    • Raulik1 - 308 euro babibet
    • todorce - 5547 euro Babibet
    • Andrii Mamonov 3600 usd

    26k euro
So almost 50 victims , almost 200 000 euro fraud in last a few years with every possible fraud ways ( hacking accounts, accusations of multiple accounts; closing accounts with 6 months login absense without evidence; falsing evidence etc) !. Not a single case has been positively resolved. This week another user has informed that Babibet has hacked his account for 5500 euro, It will certainly not be the last such case. Meanwhile none of these bookmakers are on the SBR blacklist, moreover 1bet has SBR ranking C+ with quite positive feedback:"Sportsbook Rating Change: 1Bet Sportsbook to C1Bet Sportsbook has been upgraded from C to C+. The Curacao licensed online sports betting website has not had a player complaint registered in over a year and has quietly expanded offerings to players, including improvements to their betting cart and number of markets offered. Players with feedback should write to help@sportsbookreview.com." How is it possible that the bookmaker for whom SBR has received over 10 complaints ( for almost 50 000 euro), has description on SBR ranking - "betting website has not had a player complaint registered in over a year" ? I asked Optional & Shari91 - why SBR not update 1bet ranking, not publish our complaints, not blacklist them?. I was answered that they cannot do it. So , Who can do it? Please inform me who is able to made any actions against this scams. Please take the problem seriously and quickly, because the current situation is unacceptable.

I agree. Although I acknowledge the fact that SBR is US-focused they should not ignore that they have a lot of EU books in their listings + ratings and also many visitors from EU countries. With ratings comes responsibility.

1bet is not a C+ book anymore, rather D- plus a note that points to the recent incidents!

SBR, who or what is stopping you from posting a news on the 1bet site?

As you can see, there are a large number of cases of fraud in these bookmakers. Did any of them solve the problem and return the money?

Please add my case to this list:

Please advice, what to do in this case: I ask Babibet to change account currency, they sent me email - you account in Euro currency is closed , you feel free to open new one. I do. Deposit 900 usd, play few month, 3600 usd on balance. Ask for withdraw - account blocked - balance confiscated. Reason - duplicate account. But new account was open after invite of support and email with phrase " you feel free to open new account" I am not violate rule regarding " duplicate accounts" and not violate any other terms and conditions. My new account was initiated by Babibet, it is no my idea. Support advice it is only way to change currency and new account opening with the know of Babibet. But now Babibet confiscate my blance and ignore my emails and reasons.
"feel free to open new account" and than banned due duplicate account. Funny trap, yes?
I have sent complaint to Curacao, but no answer. Please advice what to do, and how to made complaints?

I have an update and good news to anyone who has ever had their funds confiscated from 18bet due to duplicate IP addresses used. I had $37,000 seized back in February due to this bonus claim. I brought this to the ADR who sided completely with me and told 18bet to return my funds however they only returned 5000 euros which is the maximum amount they were binded to. I then got lawyers involved (Green Table Legal) who wrote them a letter saying we're going to court and also contacted MGA. MGA finally listened and directed 18bet to release the rest of my funds which I received today.

While I still to this day contend that I did not use a multiple IP the key argument was that they did not have anything in their terms and conditions (at the time) about using multiple IP addresses as there's many valid reasons one may have a shared one (library, coffee shop, VPN, etc). 18bet have since updated their rules in June to account for the IP address however anyone who had their money confiscated for this reason before then should be subject to their older rules and have their money returned. They likely even cited their old rules in email conversations with you when they seized the money which does not include mention if IP addresses.

I strongly suggest you contact the ADR (Pardee Consulta) who will likely side in your favor if you use the same argument.

    Good luck!

How can you even play at a book which has a no multiple IP address rule? If I log in on my phone and home computer, I'm playing at their mercy.

I've been using this site from multiple devices and IPs for years without any problems.

Besides, what does it even matter what they state in their terms? Every single unregulated book (Malta/Curacao/Costa Rica license means de facto unregulated) has partly illegal terms. Either they pay or they don't. If they don't they will find a reason.

Usually MGA gives a sh*t about whether or not the book had a legit reason for not paying a customers. I'm surprised that @BetBothSides was successful. It's actually the first time I hear that MGA helped a customers to receive his winnings.

I hear what you're saying, but in this case, the book actually DID try to not pay based on the multiple IPs.

I'm also shocked MGA would argue for the full amount after book tried to pull the 5K max under arbitration move.

Betbothsides must have had a very strong case. Or something has changed at the MGA.

My case is strong but i believe that everyone else who had a similar issue with their duplicate IP rule is in the exact same boat and will win just as easy.

    Follow these exact steps:
    1) File complaint to ADR (Pardee Consulta)
    2) 18bet will pay out up to 5k
    3) Contact Green Table Legal and they will get their lawyers to do the rest

Below is the blueprint of what to include in the ADR complaint.

While I tried to redact any identifying information from the screenshots, I have removed them completely out of an abundance of caution should I have missed anything.

For the record 18bet paid me in full in the end, after a lengthy battle. Each side believed they were right and they believe the delay was simply a matter of following the policies and guildlines of the regulators.

What I wrote was completely truthful and was in no way motivated by wanting to harm the reputation of 18bet, it's meant to help others in a similar situation. While I think its possible that my case can be applicable to other forum users each case may have unique circumstances so my use of the term "blueprint" was a poor choice of words. Use your own judgement based on the merits of your own case.

SBR Moderator, to avoid any possible misinterpretations can you please remove post #15 I created in this thread?

He says they claimed it was slander and threatened him.

I tried to talk him out of removing it.

If anyone kept a copy, feel free to re-post it. Nothing slanderous about sharing a regualtor/ADR service ruling.

Yes I do and have passed on my opinion to my manager asking for a downgrade.

I am not involved in the book ratings here at all. Forum mods are low on the totem pole administration wise and SBR is much larger than most realize. But I agree the blacklist is in order for this lot.

Optional sorry but I must to say it - SBR works really bad . I have wrote to SBR again few weeks ago, and ask to a update ranking of 1bet. No feedback , no answer, no actions...
SBR knows about 1bet, 18bet, Babibet frauds from many months. Mods said us - contact with manager. We cannot do anything. For us victimis of this scam, contact with SBR ranking manager in mission impossible, nobody respond.
This month we got next victim, user Infotimbo lost 4000 euro with next false assume. SBR rank of 1bet is still C+ ...
1bet thinks it goes unpunished. Next month will be next victims of this scam. I am very concerned that SBR is not going to stop it.
