    West Nile Encephalitis Recovery Update



    Figured I’d give you guys a little update... Things continue to go in the right direction. Here is an example of what I’m doing to get my squat/sit to stand lower. The resistance bands allow me to do many reps and maintain better form.



    I’ll be wraslting JJ in no time.

    The support is overwhelming and my drive to continue to workout and make gains stays strong.

    Hey BD, quick question bro. Now that you’ve had that West Nile virus, does your body build up any immunity or anti-bodies against it?

    Reason I’m asking is, they just found west Nile in the mosquitoes where I live, shit is got me kinda freaked out and those fuk’ers eat me alive. I don’t even go outside without covering myself in fuk’in bug spray.

    Every Dr has a different opinion it seems like. I believe that’s it’s a timeline thing. I think my immunity is strong now. But in 10-15 years it could decrease. That’s my opinion.
    The neuro invasive form is obviously super rare. But looking at me, obviously could happen to anyone.
