    Let's see.

    3000 payback 3500

    6 a day minimum right off the bat. That's 72 a week. If for some reason I don't on any day 10 point penalty.

    50% of any winnings. (Casino, Poker etc.)

    If there is any terms you need to amend feel free to do so.

    Here is a plan that will produce a quicker payback.

    3000 payback 4000.

    120 a week minimum. 10 point penalty if I don't. 10 point subtracted from loan total if I do. (that is why payback is 4000).

    No other loans unless this loan is paid in full from it.

    Don't tell them I told you this, but might I suggest reversing things on them? That is, start off losing (perhaps intentionally). Then they will stop watching you, and you can run it up huge, definitely get to the 3000, perhaps even more! You gotta beat them at their own game is the key.

    I complimented you about the fact that you, at the end of the day, did seem to pay back your loans even if your way of doing so was often not very stellar.

    Not that you deserved a "compliment" for that - no one should generally be praised over paying off a debt that they owe, that's just basic human responsibility. But given how many stiffs there are on this site (seems like I'm getting burned by several of them currently), sadly someone who does eventually pay back, even in a style that is not even close to what they agreed to originally, is "above average" compared to the average borrower here.

    I can't say I would be inclined to loan to you - again even if you do eventually pay back, the drama that you create along the way doesn't make the interest worth it. And given where poker is right now, you don't exactly have the ability to generate points in any meaningful way so if your strategy to pay back is going to be to take your 12 points to the casino every day and try to run it up to an amount that can pay off the loan in one fell swoop, well I likely will be waiting for payback a heck of a long time - again don't care for that drama.

    Anyway, you don't need me, Heltah Skeltah seems like he's willing to give you the loan so follow up with him.
