If you could start a new country...
what is something you would be sure to change compared to the USA?
I think it would be very important to avoid representation without taxation, meaning welfare rats can't vote. One, they are probably dumb, and two, the politicians would have no incentive to pander to them.
I would say that, depending on how big the country is, each salary range of class gets representation. Make under $20K a year, you have a representative that you vote in that also has to make under that salary cap. $20K-$30K, same thing, your voted representative makes in that salary range also. Then it's fair all around. Everyone gets a vote and they can't be bought out because if they go over their salary cap then they lose their job

Called the United States.

In the DonkLand Autonomous Zone, consisting of three separate non-contiguous tracts of land totaling 745 acres that used to be part of south and eastern Texas, including one oil well and one strip club, there is a female to male ratio of 5 to one, and an average age difference between females/males of 27 yrs old to 54 yrs old..... the land is 60 percent agricultural, 40 percent trophy whitetail deer country. The primary agricultural products produced are corn/milo/cotton. The primary non-agricultural/non-hydrocarbon product produced are "loads".....
I still need one more female to complete the nation's population..... (the Wife has claimed TWO days, sat and sun, of each week)

How do you envision picking the cotton?
1) The First Amendment doesn't apply to calls for the government to redistribute money or anything that can be exchanged for money except for what is in Article 1, Section 8.
2) The 2nd Amendment means civilians can own any weapon.
3) Somewhere in the 5th, 6th, or 7th Amendment will contain a provision for explaining to each jury their rights to jury nullification.
4) Federal level judges will make a list of judges to replace them and will be confirmed by the senate. Take the President out of it.
5) The only tax the federal government can levy is a sales tax, and it must be uniform for all things bought and sold, and for all people.
6) Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States. (I copied and pasted a proposed 28th Amendment for #6)
7) Canning isn't cruel or unusual punishment.

Here is all the U.S. Constitution says about the money power of the government. From Article I, Section 8, there is “Congress shall have Power…to coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin.” And from Section 10, “no state…shall make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts.”

I like that we have some “Dream Big” guys here
1) 1 child, unless proven the ability to financially support more. Along these lines: forced birth control with a 3 year implant at age 18, recommended at age 16.
2) Multiple layer mental illness facilities. Ranging from unable to cope live in society, to temporary mental breakdown.
3) The president has no power. Is only there to relay information to the citizens and other countries.
