Remember being at the local bar for this one.

With the beers and the yayo flyin (have since cleaned up act) we went ballistic when the "Demon" went deep.

    Down 3 games to none...wow!

    That's a list for rhubes

1991 game 7 was the greatest baseball game ever played

Beyond Jack Morris going 10 inning...there were so many behind the scenes things, little nuances that kept that game at 0-0

Fake double plays, 3-2-3 double plays, bloop hit turning into a double in the 10th

Just wonderful old school baseball, 2 great managers using every position player available, the tactics, the hardnosed baseball, the inside game and the glory of the local boy going 10 inning was just perfect

The rest of this list is just games ending with home runs....

What beats hitting a home run in the bottom of the 9th to win game 7!!

2014 Game 7 MadBum pitches 5 scoreless relief inning in RELIEF ON THE ROAD after pitching a complete game shutout in game 5. Best pitcher in World Series history with arguably his best performance in the World Series.

Well personal favorite was Phillies / rays

rain out stopped in the 6th or 7th , it was already a parade like atmosphere

partied non stop until they started the game from where it left off

    we basically had 3 parades

    2 before The real one

funny now that I think about it was like covid

small stores that sell beers had lines outside with guards for maximum capacity

same night pat Burrell was trying to get beers

and he came down the alley , and once recognized went to front of line

    Thanks for the memories

-furthermore trains where so lined up to get into philly ,

had guys selling train tickets to people in back of line for 10x the price

    paying willingly

    great times

    -laker that was epic

    fukkin st Louis

tex , josh Hamilton and Ron Washington

    woulda been better story

That was such an interesting series

I think NYY outscored Pit by an average of 4 runs per game yet lost the series.

But that 91 series, w 4 of the 7 games decided on the last pitch, 5 of 7 by 1 run, 1 by 2.....c'mon

Selfishly, as a life long Giants fan, i'll take game 7 of the 2014 series. Bumgarner coming in in relief and sealing the game. What a party that night.

Worst game ever was 2016 Indians / Cubs. Best game for everyone in North side Chicago worst game for league ever... umps completely changed outcome of game with calling delay when tribe had all the momentum in the world to finish them off going into extra innings

This one is way up there.

The most famous instance of a dropped third strike occurred in Game 4 of the 1941 World Series, when Brooklyn Dodgers catcher Mickey Owen allowed a third strike to get past him, allowing Tommy Henrich of the New York Yankees to reach base and start a game-winning rally in the 9th inning.
