    Hello. 18bet.com don't withdraw me 4038$! They don't respond to my e-mail and disable the chat when they see that it's me! Please help

    I made a Deposit of $ 1080, won several bets, the account was $ 4038, I ordered a withdrawal of $ 4038 and I still have not paid the money. They don't respond to my e-mail and disable the chat when they see that it's me!

    What date did you Join?

    What date did you deposit?

    What date did you request the withdrawal?

    Have they asked for identification/KYC?


    Please submit a sportsbook complaint form and we can try to get them speaking again for you.

    3-4 February I made 3 deposits for $ 350, $ 380, $ 350 (total$1080)
    6 February I requested a withdrawal of 4038$
    Yes, identification/KYC done. Their answer: "Your account security has been achieved. Thank you for choosing us as your betting home."
    Now they don't respond to my e-mail and disable the chat when they see that it's me!

    Well nothing there for them to be concerned about.

    There have been a lot of problems with this group of books in the last year or so.

    Hopefully they will not try to tell you that you cancelled that withdraw and lost it all yourself betting as they have done with some others.

    I have a thread about 18bet and one of the member's in the thread gave me a very good suggestion.

    Go to the responsible gambling section and set the options to limit your stakes in casino and the sportsbook to 10 euros per month.

    That will stop them pulling their good old trick of cancelling your withdrawal and then putting through a few losing bets to wipe out your balance.
