    Nitrogen Sports issue anyone??

I am attempting to withdrawal from Nitrogen but says I need 2FA to withdrawal. I downloaded google auth and linked to my account. Now I can’t log in at all to my Nitrogen account.

Anyone else having issues?? I attempted to contact customer service but haven’t heard anything.

Are you entering the code that Google auth gives you into the "One time password" spot?

No. It won’t even let me log into my account at all. With my existing Username and password. I get an error code if I’m on Wifi. When I switch over to LTE cellular it give me the option to log in ....but says my password/username is wrong.

Not sure how to access my account/funds. And support has not gotten back to me.

    Opti....any thoughts??

It should show Username, Password, One Time Password(optional). In the One time password spot you would enter the code that Google Auth gives you.

You are not an idiot, I also told them on bitcointalk that this is not intuitive, I also got confused at the beginning and thought I lost my account, usually other websites ask you for "2FA code", while nitrogen ask for a "one time password", they should make it clearer.

App Authy is an easier transition in case your device decides not to open one day. Might want to keep a Google Authenticator emergency open number written down somewhere.

Can Not Log Back Into Nitrogen

I tried creating a Nitrogen Sports account on one of my computers and when I tried to log back into Nitrogen, I kept getting the message: "username and password does not exist". I tried everything possible to log in. Good thing I never sent any BTC to it.

So I decided to move over to a different computer where I would not clean my computer until after Sunday when the game was over and after I had sent the BTC out of my account. So I created a new account on Nitrogen on that other computer and I did not clean my computer and I left my account on and did not log off of Nitrogen. I also tried closing my browser and bringing it back up and I saw that my account opened for Nitrogen and I figured the cookies were keeping my account opened because that is how Nitrogen says it keeps the account opened on your computer.

Some hours past and I brought up the browser again, but Nitrogen did not automatically open up, and I had to log into it myself. When I tried logging on, I got the same message I was getting on the other computer: "username and password does not exist". I have tried so many ways now to open this account. The only thing different about this account is that I sent BTC into it some hours ago and bet on a game. That is why I feel a little bit more anxiety about this now than before when I tried getting an account stabilized on the other computer.

Is it really this difficult to open an account on Nitrogen that stays able to open?

Anyone know the support email to Nitrogen Sports or know how to fix my issue?

    Thank you

support@nitrogensports.eu . You'll be fine. Most likely a problem with the one time password using google authenticator. If you log in with username and password, you also need to enter the one time password.

This is not the issue because although setting up Google Authenticator was one of the first things I did after getting my account set up, I am not presented with this option, but get a "no username and password exists" message.

After reading someone elses thread who has been trying many weeks to get his issue resolved, I think the issue is that I did not use a registered email address. But I do not have a registered email address. That is why I did not use one.

The best thing that i can do now judging from the hell that the other person was put through is to get my money out of Nitrogen as fast as I can so I can move to another sports book and make the same bet before the game day.

Anyone have a fresh link to the resolution page? I am going to get my bitcoin back this day if I can.

Is it part of their terms of service that we have to use a registered email address?

What do you think a registered email is? And where does it say this?

If you are looking at a box that says Registered Email Address, I'd guess you are looking at a login form and they want you to enter the email you used to make the account.

If you are trying to create an account, then it sounds like you are looking at the wrong form.

Okay, I got this cleared up and Nitrogen Sports was very fast in helping me and very nice about this.

Forget about the question I had about "registered email" as that did not turn out to be my issue. I did not even bring this up with them.

Here is what my issue was about: I am used to working with crypto exchanges, and these always follow a login with another page that comes up and requests your authenticator number if you have one set up which I always do.

But on Nitrogen Sports the authenticator number is below your username and password when you first login. That is the difference between Nitrogen Sports and all of the Crypto Exchanges where the authenticator number is requested on a second page that comes up after you input your username and password.

On the Nitrogen Sports login page all three are requested on the same page and I did not recognize this because of my experience using crypto exchanges in the past. That is where I went wrong.

So I went to my login page and I put in my username, password, and made sure I entered a live authenticator number before I pressed the button to log in. Presto, I got into my account just fine.

Here is the helpful message that Nitrogen Sports sent to me:

"Thank you for reaching to us.

We are sorry to hear about the issue, however, if you recently added the 2FA authenticator, please access by filling out the information as follows:

    - Username: Enter here your username

    - Password: Enter your normal password.

    - One Time Password (optional): Enter here a brand new code of the 2fa or google authenticator, please make sure you are leaving no spaces. (Do not scan the code. Simply type the numbers in the indicated field).

Remember that the code expires after a few seconds and you need to create a new one each time provided by the device authenticator on its corresponding spot, otherwise you won't be able to log in.

Furthermore, please verify that the date and time of your authenticator is synchronized with your computer since this could also be an issue.

Please let us know any other concern you may have to continue assisting you.

    Kind regards,

    XXXXXXXXX " ( unquote )

Sounds like you're just a novice. But if you haven't entered the code into your account then you don't have it linked.

If it's linked (one time password) will be where you enter the code.

LOL... I had to laugh at this response. It reminds me of a time many years ago when I just entered a university as a freshman. An upper class man, who wanted to feel important by putting me down, called me a "Frosh" (https : // www . dictionary . com/browse/frosh) in a condescending voice.

Let's be clear what I am a novice at: It is using crypto sportsbooks and that is the only thing I am a novice at as it relates to this forum.

Many years ago I was a member of this forum, but I lost my username and password because it was so long ago. But I did triple the value of my sports book account over a three year period until I got impatient one day and bet it all on a play I thought was a lock. Bye bye account value......

Everything worked correctly, when I tried to do so. May be it is a problem anywhere else.

I used to like Nitrogen a lot. Its actually a very good book. However, since I started playing at stake.com I have no reason to play at Nitro.

stake has an incredible amount of live betting options, I mean everything, like "in play" player props, in play totals, spreads, scorers etc etc etc. with live odds updating every minute or so.

payouts? instant, as in less than 1 second from the time you hit send after entering the payout address.

Also, the UI at stake is 1000X more fluid than Nitro. Its the best I've seen (honourable mention to sportsbet.io). Coincidentally both sportsbet.io & stake are EU based.

Yeah but stake does not accept U.S players. I know everyone says use a v.p.n. but why chance it? I guarantee if you win big they will check your location and not pay you if found you are from U.S. Not worth the risk.

Yes what you say is true.

I'm not in the USA, I'm in Canada and I don't need to mask my location with a VPN to use stake as Canada is not on the restricted country list.

Like I said, Nitro is a good shop and for US residents its the go to site for pre-game wagering. For live wagering its severely lacking.

System master you remind me of when I worked in a help desk type job.

Raiders -“did you put in the Authenticator code “
System master “no that’s not the issue”
    ....
    Ten minutes later:
System master - “hey guys I figured it out all on my own you have to put the Authenticator code in”
