    Hello SBR,
My name is Michael account ***** and I would like to file a complaint against mybookie.ag I, opened an account with $100 and received an additional $100 bonus for a grand total of $200 deposit. I proceeded to place a handful of bets and approximately 2 weeks ago week 9 of the NFL season I placed a $35 bet on a 10 team parlay for potentially $15K. Going into MNF I was up 9-0 with my bets with only Miami vs Oakland left on the slate. I took Miami +3 and ultimately Oakland won 27-24 so it was ruled a push but seeing Miami covered +3 my 10 game was bumped down to a 9 game parlay in which I went 9-0. The payout was $8,143 (give/take a dollar) rather then the $15K. I was informed by a customer service rep (James) that I would need to spend 5X my deposit ($1,000) before I, was eligible to withdraw funds, fair enough so I, thought. I proceeded to place bets equaling give or take a few bucks $1,120 dollars thus making me eligible to request a payouts. I was met with a number of excuses and hoops to jump thru such as a photo copy of my drivers license, credit card I used to open account front and back and a utility bill all to which I complied. Then I was told that my bank would not be an option because it was a credit union, again fair enough. I contacted my credit union and was given their intermediary bank information (EASTERN BANK) for me to pass along to mybookie.ag payout specialist department that is commonly used for cases like this seeing all credit unions are affiliated with an intermediary bank. I was informed by my credit union that this intermediate bank info should suffice the payout requirements of mybookie.ag and the numerous payout specialist that I had recently been in contact with (Derrick, Ace, Ingrid, Peter, Jess) you see where this is going? Ultimately against my will I opened up a bitcoin account and requested a smaller payment and received what I would imagine is a generic response from mybookie.ag saying I was in a 2 day verification hold. Then I received an email on 11/15 at approximately 12:05 eastern standard time from a “payout specialist” Travis saying that I needed to submit my bitcoin address even though I had done so thru my payout request for funds the day prior to which funds were immediately taken from mybookie.ag total. Now I get an email from Travis (6th rep and counting) that, I, needed to reply to this email, copy and pasting the latest and unique address for this payment to which again I complied. And to boot the last time I placed a call I spoke with customer service rep (Justin) whom was very uninformed and kept putting me on hold for long periods of time just to relay my withdraw questions to the payout department and would become annoyed and very short with his service to me. The one rep who was very nice even though nothing changed was (James) by far the most professional, knowledgeable, thorough and patient employee I’ve spoken with. I am extremely angry, disappointed and ultimately feel duped. I firmly believe it is a ploy by the agents CSR & Payout dept to deter the withdrawal process and ultimately have the client abandon his or her winnings out of frustration and lack of help from staff. To conclude CSR Justin in his poor customer service basically in a round about way told me to kick rocks with a “hey, oh well” type reply when I voiced my concerns and doubts with the whole payout procedure and willingness to help. I am disgusted and I am asking for help and at the very least to rate this fraudulent company accordingly. I hope to resolve this matter but my gut tells me I got scammed. Shame on me I should have kept my bets in the U.S. PLEASE HELP!!!

    Michael

You’ll get paid, it’s just a fact of life when dealing with lower end books like these.

Worst thing you can do is get impatient and make a bunch of bets and lose it all back to them.

You can send in a sportsbook complaint if you wish, but as Baus said this doesn't sound too unusual and does sound like you will be paid. I agree with him that the best thing you can do is remain patient and don't lose your winnings in the mean time.

I've cashed out several times with mybookie, I also had to send driver licence, utility bill and a form I filled out. I've always got my money, however the last time it took them a couple weeks Which was strange but I did indeed get it. I bank with wells fargo and have always received my money

Like guys said give it a few days and do not blow any of it until they send....But one thing I would do is delete your mybookie account info from post for security

    This book is extremely shady.

They will try every trick in the book on customers who win.

They deleted $1250 of winning bets without notifying me claiming that the lines moved hours later becoming steam plays.

That was after making me complete a full 2nd $15k rollover after I had completed the 1st $15k rollover.

    Read my experiences here:
    https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...e-warning.html

I filed a complaint to SBR and they agreed that deleting my bets was wrong. They tried to help me as much as they could but ultimately MyBookie didn't care what SBR thought or said and refused to pay me the $1250.

I hope you get your money but be prepared for a lot of agony during the process.

They are notorious for making the payout process incredibly cumbersome. If you keep contacting them, you should be paid. I would suggest you complete the complaint form as well.

This is the second time I have read where mybookie failed to pay on a wager using the steam play excuse. The other instance wasn’t long ago.

Good Luck and stick with reputable books.

BIG EDIT: OP. Don’t keep your bets in the US. Use a good book.

I saw them on Odds Shark.com. Kind of wanted that 100% bonus. Did a little research. No way.

Can't state this often enough about these crooks. They are Betonsports. They stole millions from players before. They will again.

They were known for doing similar stuff when they were BetonSports.com years ago, and they eventually ran off with millions in players funds. The same people operate this shop today, so to think they wouldn't pull the same shady tactics is ridiculous. SBR should have rated them an F book from the get go, based on their ownership alone.

I've never had a problem getting paid here. Always by bitcoin. Takes 2-5 days. I went through their verification process once and after that all payouts have been processed with no issue.

Jake Slater (was at Sportbet way back in the day) is there. He called me once to let me know that my account wasn't eligible for bonuses anymore and was upfront about them being a recreational shop. He was always a good guy to deal with so I like knowing he's there.

In terms of knowing you'll get paid lightning fast sure this isn't the first book to choose but they're not a scam book from my experience.

Wanted to take the time to thank all that commented on my post from 11-16-17 regarding my payout issue with mybookie sports book. Ultimately after all the Verification’s and documentation was updated they were actually pretty good and the money was deposited as promised. So far the relationship has been good and I can honestly say I was wrong and I will continue to use them. Again thank you all who chimed in.

When you write it out like this, it does sound ridiculous. But everything they asked you to do is fairly standard in the industry, including asking you to send them a confirmation of your Bitcoin address (not all books do this but some do). If you are aware ahead of time that you'll be needing to do these things, then you can be on the lookout and expedite the process. If you're constantly being caught off guard, then the process will take a lot longer.

They are scammers who took $11K in a row in "losses" from me with nothing to show for it - this was straight up blackjack and they refuse to admit that their games are not in fact RNG, which is mathematically impossible at my rate of play with the losses in my case...

I'm guessing you'd have problems at any book if you deposit $100 on a credit card and then make 10 team parlays to hit $15k. If your bets lose, you just do a ********** on the $100. Do any books allow you to bet like that on a CC deposit?

I just had them delete my account over a simple wager on a boxing match.
I am not a gambler, don’t know much about it. Made a $200. Bet and won. Next day my balance was up to about a grand. Requested a payout. Went though the normal procedures of providing documentation. Two business days for processing, then seven to ten days for payout. Then nothing. Told to wait another seven to ten business days.
Received numerous texts and emails, then one stating my payout was declined.
last guy I talk with said they would refund my credit card, you guessed it. In seven to ten business days. My account has now been closed and I can’t log in.
I have written the money off as a loss.
I have bunch of texts and emails to back my claims.

When you deposit with a CC all books will delay a payout to make sure there isn't a charge back. Depositing with CC and trying to withdraw next day is big red flag. If they closed your account over a $200 wager chances are you charged back, but if you didn't charge back you should get your money eventually. If not file a complaint here. They do pay, just got a payout form them yesterday and your $200 wager and win has nothing to do with their decision. I regularly bet $500-$1000 on games and have run up some big balances and been paid with no problems.

I’d send in an SBR complaint form and create a new thread. This one is 2 1/2 years old.
