    With only 3 downs in the CFL, it allows for many possessions to occur within a short amount of time, as is happening in Winnipeg now. With so many possessions, it allows for more scores. Let's hope the case of a few scores to end the first half tonight helps lead to an over, even if it was just some field goals.
