Grand Daddy Purple with some Cotton Candy crumble, topped off with a scoop of pure CBD isolate...

CBD isolate cost $60 a gram, $45 a gram on sale.

The Live Metal Spot price for Gold is currently about $39 per gram.

I would imagine that "vitamin" CBD will be triggering a pain med revolution any day now.

    It's like that.

Taking CBD internally, then adding this CBD gel on my neck is actually pretty effective...

I took a tube of this and all my products into the doctor that burns the nerves. The girl told him I had it. He came in, went right for the tube, pulled his pant leg up, and started rubbing it into his knee.

She's gets out her phone and says "Can I take a picture of this?"

He asked me how I take the isolate, I told him what I just told you above, with GDP and the crumble but that it could be vaped. I told him it was good by itself but much better with THC.

    He nods and says "alright."

Like a said, one day a revolution. There's a growing body of evidence and the anecdotal patient evidence is overwhelming out here. I avoid painkillers, I don't ask for them at all, it's not good road to go down, but the CBD has worked wonders.

The real crime is with the rub. It could replace the whole aisle of bullshit rubs at the store and there is no good reason to keep it off the shelves.

The people in general are getting robbed with that one, just outright screwed.

The sharp forecast has Cleveland beating Boston 117-107. The public gauge says Boston wins 111-109.

With the Total, we see the market at the gauge but still a little lower than the forecast. The difference here from the recent past is that the books are not below all the numbers and readily taking bets on the Over. This time the public gauge is closer and the money appears much more split.

The books have a sharper line here on the Total and perhaps it’s time to pay an Under bet.

The public gauge has Boston winning this game and that poses a small problem for my metrics. There is strong indication here for the underdog and metrics show that there could even be an upset winner.

I also have indications that the forecast will fail against the spread here. Again, the public gauge showing a winner is very confounding issue but not enough to keep me from trading Boston Celtics +4.5 (-110) and +170 over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

While we may be seeing just one more failing step along the way to draw in certain contrarian dollars, a characteristic of all major playoffs, the line movement and moneyline that we are seeing calls for the bet.

    Good Luck

When I'm working out eating healthy I find myself eating turkey or ham on wheat bread with mustard. It's like there's nothing else quick and clean. Ham works too.

For PB&J, it's not so quick for me. I pile on the strawberry jam and make a mess...

CashFlow is right, switch it up. Good protein in peanut butter and a PB&J with a glass of milk is pretty good for working out too.

Focus on per nine innings of play and adjust for strength of schedule (the batters he faces).

Pitch by pitch information may actually help determine where a pitcher and even team may be headed based on where they are and where they've been. Using small details to form a bigger picture.

i recently learned about database solutions out there that allow you to import documents as is. no need to worry about columns and tables and normalizing data. just import an xml and start querying. all i need to do is write a scraper to download these files and import them. originally i planned to parse all the xml data into structured tables, now i can just import it into a NoSQL database. then i can query away. pretty amazing stuff. i look at rate stats and SOS closely right now doing things the old school way, also gonna have boxscores in my DB for those metrics and other sabermetrics.

    http://gd2.mlb.com/components/game/m...inning_all.xml

    http://gd2.mlb.com/components/game/m...1/boxscore.xml

plan on using small details as the magnifying glass to provide additional context. getting a lot of ideas from your posts over time, thanks dog
