    Who here takes medication

    What do you take, and why. Have you tried the natural cures for the reason your taking it

    .50 ** of clonozapam for restless legs for me taken once a day. Natural cures haven't worked yet but do help with it, which is calcium, magnesium

    Doc wants me to take metformin as i dont have diabetes but almost pre diabetes and he wants me to take 500 ** of metformin once a day.

    I havent taken any yet. He said it would help with weightloss and late night eating which is what i do. Eat late and before bed


    Took 1st one tonight. Side effects can be taking alot of shits, and upset stomach. Not sure i want that, but i shit 3 times in the morning anyway, then none the rest of the day.

    Lowering those carbs are helping. Haven't had any potatoe foods or bread in 3 days.

    i take melatonin to help me sleep... its a natural chemical in your body but sometimes long hours and shift work causes your body to be more in need of this. and i agree with tanner we are overmedicated in this society... people are addicted to pills and its killing us with medical costs because alot of these pills have major side affects

    Every Friday morning I take 2 Colon Cleansers before work. I get to work, drink a coffee and before you know it I'll grab the newspaper and retreat to my tomb. I'll spend about 2 hours in the bathroom cleaning my system out. I'm talking dirty sloppy rip you a new one dump.

    I agree on overmedicated society , but thats just when docs putting kids on meds they dont need sayin g they are hyper or have attentiion deficit disorder

    acid reflux??? many posts here on acid reflux, the easiest thing in the world to cure. Its not a disease. apple cider vingar and acidophilus will cure that, and cure it for good. Might just take one tablespoon. You might need to do it everyday for awhile, but one of the easiest cures in the world

    cinamon helps with diabetes but only a little, but since it helps im gonna take it

    I take Ambien every nite. Still only get about 5 hours.....but I can live with that. Been taking it for several years now. Before I would literally only get 2-3 hours asleep at nite, Not good or healthy.

    well after my 1st dose of metformin, i have no urge to eat tonight , i guess i was eating because of sugar levels. Hmm. Making me wonder or maybe im just tough brained for just one night.

    I did take massive dump twice tonight. So looks like ill be taking 4 shits a day instead of 2
    I'll take weightloss anyway i can get it i guess. Not to mention no more doritos or cereal before bed
