    The "American Dream" refers more to the near ideal society of 50s/60s: basically zero crime, strong family, best education in the world, highest relative living standard in history, etc.

    And not to today's shithole: banks tanking the economy, government overload, rampant crime, degeneracy, declining living standards, 60%+ obese population, 50%+ divorce rate, dog shit education that breeds retards, etc.

    Only a delusioned patriotard thinks the phrase the "American Dream" still has practical significance today.

    Sadly it can be said of just about every Western country/society.

    We have become collectively fat and lazy and for the last 30 years have been living on credit. The sh!t will hit the fan sooner rather than later.
