This is how it seems like it went down. My account

Trayvon (After Zimmerman is on top of him with the gun after a brief struggle for his life): HELP !! HELP!! HELP!!
Zimmerman: (Thinking in his mind : "yea buddy i got one now!") : Clicks the trigger*
Trayvon Body lies motionless on the ground and the cry for help heard earlier has now ceased
Zimmerman paces back and forth with gun still in his hand confused on what to do now
Zimmerman has an epiphany and came up with a suitable story
Zimmerman tell his story to the police of the account but Trayvon couldn't tell his...

You would benefit from reading first hand accounts of those who have been involved in shootings including police officers...

this has nothing to do with Stand Your Ground, that law is there for you to defend yourself in danger; not go out looking for it.

No where in the law does it mention you have the right to start an altercation, in this case following someone, and end it with deadly force.

If the only events that took place were Zimmerman walking back to his truck and Martin attacked him then Stand Your Ground would apply but we all know that is not what happened. Zimmerman followed martin with a loaded gun in a truck and on foot.

Like I said, I don't see how the white guy would be screaming Help, while he was the one with the gun and like you said, while he's getting his head slammed into the ground...but that's what has been reported, is that the white guy was the actual one yelling help. Why would the 13 year old witness say that the black kid was on top of him when he looked out his window, why would the black kid be yelling "help" while on top of this white guy?

That's also what has been reported, what kind conclusions would you draw from that. Sure there is no 911 AUDIO TAPES for you to draw conclusions from, but this is an eyewitness report...But during the audio tapes you post, why didn't that lady say there is a big white guy on top of some black kid with a gun? Why was she so vague, was it because she had no idea what she was actually seeing, or is it because she sounded like a white lady and she was really saying in her head "kill that black kid" because all white people are racist?

I think the kid saw a part in the scuffle when trayvon was ahead and Zimmer being supposedly bigger than the 140 pound Trayvon turned the table quickly and was on top of him. I will post another 911 call when an lady said she sees Zimmerman on top of Trayvons motionless body. The woman in this 911 call didnt look out the window at all and was encouraging her husband not to because she was so scared, that's why she was so vague. But the cry for help stopped immediately after the gunshot.
