    Mainly red, particularly cabernet sauvignon, but I do enjoy whites now and then.

    Red all the way. Especially Cabernet and Shiraz. Although if I am drinking white, I prefer reisling.

    Ps - in Australia, we consider yellow tail one step above goon.

    Cheap white burgundy is pretty good with seafood, but I prefer reds standalone. I would recommend a decanted bottle of Amarone della Valpolicella (cheap ones should retail for around 20-30 bucks) alone or with some parmigiano reggiano.
