How many times during the night do you wake-up to take a piss?

.. stop drinking for 2-3 hours before you go to bed and then see how many times you get up .. some nights I don't get up at all - others it can be 4-5 times (especially if I have a big slug of water before I go back to sleep each time)

I'd say I average two. I do sleep at odd hours and it seems to get worse as I get older.

I have this problem on and off, though more than 2 is rare. How much water do you drink? If a lot, try reducing that a fair bit for a few days; this worked well for me. It was as if my body got lazy extracting stuff from water before excretion.
