Went out for Italian last night. I had carbonara. It wasn't bad but it wasn't as good as our regular Italian place we go to. Tonight will probably be pork chops on the grill, corn on the cob, and a salad.

I believe I have you all beat. Tonite I will be dinning on Speckled (Brook) Trout that I caught northeast of Sault Ste Marie on Sunday. They will be dipped in a flour, salt and pepper mixture before they go in the cast iron frying pan with some hot butter and some silver dollar potatoes with mushrooms. Brown beans with onion will saute on the side. Of course garlic and lemon will flow freely, as will the Molson Canadian.
