Doesn't look like global warming to me. Looks more like an ice age happening.

World was suppose to end in 12 years, that was said 12 year ago by some Democrat in Congress. Lol

Let's pump out some more fake news and try again in another 12 years from now AOC.

Global warming isn't gonna take us out. A nasty virus might though. Covid on steroids, I'd believe more in the nasty virus on steroids then extreme climate change in our life times.

    Some useless tidbits:

I think there's an alien artifact submerged somewhere up there; or maybe that's the other pole.

The earth's poles shift their magnetism every so often. That's very weird.

The "processional wobble" turns the whole world into a snowball earth; I think its every 28,000 years or so.

Those rocks in Central Park were deposited there by the last receding glacier.

I'm very bored during the all-star break.

    Global warming my ass..

If it's too hot and we have droughts it's global warming.

If it's too cold and snowing like crazy it's global warming.

    Madness!

Im no scientist but in 2019 we had the first 100 degree day ever recorded in October where I live, then we had the 2nd, and the 3rd .

Borke 3 records of 100 degree heat that year.

People can argue over the warming if they want but something is causing the ice to melt at the poles the picture above without a comparable from before shows nothing and with that still may not!

20 years ago it could have been twice as big I don't know cause it don't show any other

^ Oceans have not rose an inch. Beach water lines where I live have remained exactly the same for as long as I've been alive. If the ice was melting the oceans would rise. Simple logic. Florida would be under water and so would NY. Nothing has changed.

The world is over populated and are polluting this pretty blue planet like crazy. Eventually something will give but right now I don't see it happening.

Between about 21,000 years and about 11,700 years ago, Earth warmed about 4 degrees C (7.2 degrees F), and the oceans rose (with a slight lag after the onset of warming) about 85 meters, or about 280 feet. However, sea levels continued to rise another 45 meters (about 150 feet) after the warming ended, to a total of 130 meters (from its initial level, before warming began), or about 430 feet, reaching its modern level about 3,000 years ago.
This means that, even after temperatures reached their maximum and leveled off, the ice sheets continued to melt for another 8,000 years until they reached an equilibrium with temperatures.
Stated another way, the ice sheets’ response to warming continued for 8,000 years after warming had already ended, with the meltwater contribution to global sea levels totaling 45 additional meters of sea-level rise.
From about 3,000 years ago to about 100 years ago, sea levels naturally rose and declined slightly, with little change in the overall trend. Over the past 100 years, global temperatures have risen about 1 degree C (1.8 degrees F), with sea level response to that warming totaling about 160 to 210 mm (with about half of that amount occurring since 1993), or about 6 to 8 inches. And the current rate of sea-level rise is unprecedented over the past several millennia.

Global mean sea level has risen 4 to 10 inches over the last 100 years, mainly because water expands when heated. The melting of glaciers, which has occurred worldwide over the last century, also contributes to the rise. Formerly frozen soils (permafrost) in the Alaskan and Siberian arctic have also begun to melt, damaging both ecosystems and infrastructure. Melting and tundra warming will also lead to decay of organic matter and the release of trapped carbon and methane, creating an additional source of greenhouse gases.

If you go by this metric where you need to see it by your naked eye it’ll already be too late. You’ll be living on a raft
