An apartment complex near me got bought from out-of-state investors. Nothing new. Seems to be the norm in the area over past 5 yrs. Every other day it seems like there's an announcement for some out-of-state real estate investment group has bought up a complex, sometimes 2 or 3.

So this apartment complex near me is probably 40 yrs old, or damn close. Mainly brick, a little siding in front of some buildings.
6 units to a building - 3 ground level, 3 on top. All units are around 850-950 sq ft.(I'm trying give an idea of size for each building) Probably 30 buildings total.

The brick has always looked good to me. Standard brownish brick.

Now it's all White. Stands out like crazy. Seemed like it took the crew about 2 weeks. I saw big compressor sprayers, extension rollers, lifts, etc.

I've heard rent has jumped like crazy.

Any commercial/residential painters have a guess for how that would've cost to slap some white paint over the existing brick for all those buildings?
