I don't usually believe in conspiracies, but Kennedy is laying there dead on a slab. His face and forehead look fine, BUT dozens of people including Jackie said a piece of his head came off. Medical experts testifying that a 3X5 piece of the back of his head was missing. Hell when Jackie went to the back of the convertible seconds after the shooting.....it wasn't to pull the Secret Service man up.....it was to retrieve the piece of skull that she saw fly off his head? Obvious rear exit wound. 100% obvious

Witness said he was walking his dog some time after and his dog came back with a small piece of skull. They came and took it from the guy. Secret Service agent Clint Hill, who ran to the back of the presidential limousine and covered the president and Mrs. Kennedy with his body and who had a very good view of the president’s head wound during the trip to Parkland Hospital, wrote in his written report:
I noticed a portion of the President’s head on the right rear side was missing … part of his brain was gone. I saw a part of his skull with hair lying on it lying in the seat. (Horne, Volume I, page 69.)
Or consider the sworn testimony of Sandra Spencer, the Petty Officer in Charge of the Naval Photographic Center’s White House lab in Washington, D.C., before the ARRB about one of the Kennedy autopsy photographs she developed, one of the many photographs that she said never made it into the official autopsy record:
