    If Biden "The most popular President of all time" gained 12 million votes over Obama, he should have at least matched, if not gained counties that had already voted Democrat for Obama, not lost 40% of them.

    Christ, Hillary Clinton even won more counties than Biden and she had 15 million less votes.
