    Today's Confederate States outnumber Canada roughly 6-1 in population.

    But Canada's population outnumbers the Confederates by about 30 IQ points each.

    Hmmm, thats a good question. Had some time to kill so I put some extra thought into this...
    I've got my money on Canada just based on record alone. Since the 1860's Canada has actually never lost an international conflict they participated in (except for the Russian Civil War... where 24 Canadians were killed )
