It don't matter what the verdict is

The cop who did it is a piece of shit and so is the 40 something year old who was a burden to society. That's not how anyone should die though. The cop should get life or better yet, a death sentence. That would would be justice.

as for getting off the fence, he'll be found guilty......

prick should spend a good chunk, if not all, of his life in prison........ bet he regrets being Mr. Tough Guy who doesn't feel any need to respond to concerns about killing floyd now..........

I truly think he thought he wasn't putting floyd's life in jeopardy with his conduct, and was just being an asshole to the crowd......... then the guy died......... since he kept his knee on floyd's neck/back and/or shoulder for the following three minutes, the jury convicts........
You think the BC shooting could weigh in on the jury deliberations? Getting to rewatch daily, the non compliance of suspects, turning minor offenses into death sentences, of their own volition....IDK I think that BC incident moved his odds much closer to manslaughter or an acquittal. Certainly not M2.

    Guilty, 2nd degree murder / 40 years

O/u 1 1/2 years in prison before being killed Dahmer style in prison

Other 2 will get manslaughter/10 years

    3rd guy gets off

Once again, depends on the make up of the jury, to may way of thinking....... don't know if they ever showed a juror or let us hear the voir dire of the potential jurors, but if they wound up with a left-leaning panel, then I think the brooklyn center shooting won't dial them back, and they're still gonna tag him for murder. A more conservative panel, or even one or two pro law enforcement jurors, we probably see only manslaughter, or even more likely, a hung jury with those those few conservative jurors being the hold out.....

all of this is why jury selection is so important. the only jury trial i've ever lost was due to leaving a lesbian on the panel I could have struck. It was a big real estate commission case, based on enforcing an oral brokerage agreement between brokers. Pre-trial, the case had already gone to the court of appeals and tx s. ct. on the issue of enforceability of the oral agreement (the trial court judge had said no -- due to my opposing counsel's firm's political contributions to him -- and the court of appeals reversed and ruled for my client that sec. 20 of the tx real est lic act was clear that oral contracts between co brokers were expressly enforceable and not invalid; the tx s. ct. agreed and denied even hearing my opponent's appeal from the court of appeals ruling.....

so, get back to trial, despite the jury instructions and the judge instructing that the oral agreement is not invalid due to being oral and not in writing, the lesbian I wanted to strike (my client and sexy paralegal -- my gfrend at the time -- (I was unmarried) over ruled me and said she was better than the other guy I wanted to leave on the panel).....

well, to make a long story short, the lesbian became the jury foreman, and upon taking over deliberations, she said (according to a doctor on the panel who contacted us post - verdict and said we'd been railroaded) "let me tell you what the law is -- if it ain't in writing, it aint enforceable"....... and she convinced the others she needed to get us 10-2..... we could have appealed (and probably won) the juror misconduct and got a new trial, but my client said "fuk it"...... his taste for further litigation was over....

upon telling my mentor (owned the firm I'd branched off from) what happened, his comments were "goddammit, you know lesbians are gonna be envious of you, never let a fukkin' lesbian on your juries!!!!"

I've struck every dyke since that day..........

Are there any books with odds on what the outcome will be? He is going to be found guilty and will do serious time.

    Makes no difference.

If Chauvin gets 10 or 20 years or is not guilty.

He gets shanked no matter what.

Even though you're a degenerate, I can't believe you gave a public oddball degenerate a chance at ruining things. Summarily, you found out. Eh, chalk it up to experience.

Chauvin should get off, it is clear according to the evidence, as usual. But that means in this case probably whatever the lowest charge is.

Donkster, how many things can the state throw at you? This is another place where law makes no sense. It's like real time double/triple/quad/quin jeopardy ... they can't come down on a single charge against you? WTF

law and lawyers are BS, but hey, most of society is. They just lead the league in sophistry.

If there were true justice, yes. The lesson here is when you join the leftist state, be prepared to get thrown under the bus. Wasn't Floyd's family somehow awarded millions already? I don't pay attention. That guy was a drain on society in general sadly, yet his "family" gets millions. More evidence of clown world. Ha

the biggest insult in my story above was that the guy who we wound up striking to keep the dyke had even let slip in voir dire that he liked hunting deer......

I really wanted to keep him, but my client and sexy paralegal (photo below), out voted me 2-1 in favor of keeping the dyke.... If I hadn't just been blown by her earlier that morning back in the hotel room (it was an out of town trial), before we finished up voir dire an hour and a half later, I probably would have had a "clearer head" and vetoed their vote and kept the deer hunter......

    damn she gave great head......

so good it caused me to lose that trial for the sole blemish on my jury trial record.....

as for the multiple charges, it's common to include all the lesser included offenses in a case that the State wants to practically ensure a conviction. Prosecutors with balls go with only the most serious murder charge..... here, given all the shit goin' on with floyd (resisting, eating drugs at the time of arrest to avoid the possession charges, his poor health already), the state felt the need to hedge......

what I think is bullshit are the feds pursuing federal civil rights violation crimes, and federal hate crimes, in what are clearly state murder/manslaughter cases.......

but, since the elements of the crimes are distinct, the s. ct. feels no "jeopardy" attaches.......

    We've seen this before.

I remember Rodney King like it was yesterday. Tehey pushed huge racial narrative and shit erupted for nearly a week of riots whne the cops got off.

I was there during the OJ trial. OJ was an American Hero, especially to the black population. There were people on the sides of the roads and freeway with Free OJ signs during the chase itself.

There was plenty of talk about the shit going down if OJ went down.

    We know what happened there.

"I'll give you that Congresswoman Waters may have given you something on appeal that may result in this whole trial being overturned," Cahill said as arguments in the case concluded Monday and the jury began deliberations.

Good job Maxine, maybe you should fly your dumb azz back to your own district where murders are up 100% this year...a used piece of toilet paper is more useful than these politicians are
