    How Did You Do Last Week?

    I pigged out on some chocolate cheesecake but I feel like I can balance the ledger with a combination of cardio and resistance training. Thoughts?

    I got some work in on the basketball court after eating too for Easter dinner.
    Then I fawked up and ate a ham sandwich and had dessert.
    Hope to do better next week

    This is unacceptable, Pablo. A couple shots in the driveway isn't going to negate the effects of that starchy, cheesy Easter dinner you scarfed and later chased with a ham sammy and a honey bun. We gotta right the ship this week. You're quickly morphing into the John Daly of SBR.

    Not so bad, a bit stressful at the end, but work is coming in do we are good.
