Any examples of anyone in the US, other than white people, murdering cops and violently destroying property like this, while the cops stand around and do so little about it?

In Las Vegas, there were plenty of protests, and as soon as there was a hint of crime among the protestors, the police gave the dispersal order, then started using CS gas, rubber bullets, and putting anyone within reach in handcuffs. Eventually that escalation led to a cop getting shot in the head. The police went out of put 19 bullets in the first person they thought might have done it, even though it was the wrong guy. The real shooter was found soon after.

At the Capital building, a cop was murdered in front of hundreds of other cops, and from what I can tell, no one was been arrested for it, and it is four days later and still no arrests for it.

There are two possible reasons why the attack was so violent and destructive:
1) The Capital police, with a $464,000,000 budget and nearby military forces ready to be deployed, were unable to hold the line. If that is true, policing in America is a failure and needs to be defunded.
2) They were capable of holding the line and using riot gear and weapons to stop the terrorists, but chose to let them in and destroy property and murder a cop. If this is true, why? One theory why they were treated differently is because of their skin color. If you have a different theory, what is it?

This was a surprise from thousands of people with unknown identities and little to no history with law enforcement. Also, Brian Sicknick died of injuries later, so identifying who killed him is not cut and dry like the woman who was shot at the Capitol or the Dorn case. They have arrested plenty of people. In the case of the cop who was killed, it is not as easy as in the Dorn case because there were many more people in the immediate area and he didn't die from a gunshot fired by one person, he died later from injuries after clashing with numerous people.
