    Dr. Hodkinson remarked that “social distancing is useless because COVID is spread by aerosols which travel 30 meters or so before landing,” as he called for society to be re-opened immediately to prevent the debilitating damage being caused by lockdowns.
    Hodkinson also slammed mandatory mask mandates as completely pointless.

    Masks do very little in terms of catching the disease. However it may prevent people who already have it from spreading it.

    A study was published yesterday in The Annals of Internal Medicine

    Its free to read for anyone interested.

    For 30 days they had 3000 people using masks whenever they were outside their own house. And 3000 who never wore masks. All other recommendations were to be followed by both groups ( such as social distance, hand hygiene etc.)

    Out of the 3000 who wore masks 1,8% got infected with Covid-19

    Out of the 3000 who didnt wear masks 2,1% got infected with Covid-19

    So very little difference
