What's the most underrated album of all time?

What album or CD do you absolutely love but hardly anyone you've ever met has even heard of it. OR... you just think that it's highly underrated.

For me that's Quicksand's 1993 debut album Slip. Ever heard of them? They're not quite grunge, they're not quite metal and they're not quite punk. They've been labeled as "Post-Hardcore". Regardless... this album kicks ass! Every song is good. Below are a few songs from the album. Feel free to post your own!

If you like 80s style metal with hooks, melodies, harmonies and great singing, you will love this

David Feinstein is Ronnie James Dio's cousin

I listened to the song Regeneration. This is some good shit right here. I only wish it would have come out around 15 years earlier. I would have loved this stuff when I was in high school. Is there a particular song on that album that is your favorite?

Sublime. We are left wondering what could have been if Bradley norwell stayed alive

Would mega hit bands like the doors, credence Clearwater revival, biggie smalls and led Zeppelin be disqualified bc of the magnitude of their fame?

As big as they were, Morrison hotel, cosmos factory, ready to die and houses of holy respectively didn't get the fame and acclaim the music warranted.

Aside from biggie, the rest were already superstar famous at the time of those albums and the majority preferred the more popular songs to these

Paulie your nuts but I agree with you on that list minus mama Cass and George Michael. If you want pain reach for the blues, I prefer raw tunes with Elmore James

I think Pennywise's 2012 album "All or Nothing" is largely underrated. The lead singer left for some reason and the replacement dude kicked ass. So much ass in fact that the original lead singer came back afterwards.

Nice! This is one of the few albums that I can remember where every few months I would have a new favorite song on the album. First it was Head to Wall, then it was Dine Alone, then it was Freezing Process, and then Unfulfilled. But honestly... I don't think I really have a favorite anymore... they're all just so damn good... especially when I am in the right mood.

Just curious... do you have favorite song on Slip?

Another favorite of mine is The Lemonheads 2nd album from 1988 called Creator. Even many Lemonheads fans haven't heard this early album. IMO it's their finest.
