    Got a tuna salad in mind for din.. Got the fresh spinach and all the tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and what not..

    Mom is the Italian chef in the kitchen growing up.. I'm American though today.. Meat and potatoes man usually.. Rabbit food tonight..

    I never paid much attention to mom's cooking when cooking the Italian dishes 19hole.. I can't help ya there buddy..

    Good old ma did cook up some mean and great Italian dishes growing though up I can't lie.. Cheesy and fattening as hell, Lasagna layer up was her specialty and family favorite.. YUM!!!

    Not for this guy today.. I stay away from the Italian dishes.. I'm an American slash Italian traitor these days. ..
