    Goat, I always go with fresh rosemary, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. I have a rosemary plant that has turned into a 5 foot tree that I need a hand truck to get out of the house into the yard for the summer.

    Not parsley and mint. Dry rosemary with the rest you mentioned. Didn't bother with fresh. Grocery store situation no good.

    It does if you eat it almost daily.. A good piece of red meat every now and then I think won't hurt you though.. Gets your protein on.

    Tonight - baked skinless Chicken breasts cooked with lemon and garlic powder, low cal garlic mash, steamed veggies on the side. Brown gravy on the sliced chicken breast after cooked.. Glass of red..

    Starting it up now.. Will look something like this.. More mixed veggies though..

    I am because I didn't cook it yet.. Drrrrrr. I google and find a pic that looks like my dish will be.. Copy and paste.. Comes out looking like that though.. Not lying.. I can cook, I never eat out, always cook and eat healthy at home.

    I learned to cook healthy and tasty over the past 20 years or so..
