cinci, roasted veg are very tasty.

Cut up some peppers, potatoes and any other veg and coat with oil, salt and pepper and roast in oven for about 45 minutes at 400 or 425.

    Thank me later.

Cinci honestly just better diet. Always a good start to spend 10 days in the hospital but don’t recommend that. Still the occasional cheat day (Hello White House Subs) but all in moderation. Also I have had no alcohol in 4 1/2 months.

You can use most any oil, I have tried avocado oil as well and it tasted great.

The roasting really crisps up and adds sweetness to the veg...easily my favorite way to get my veg in.

You're not a fly. There is literally no evidence to support it.

On new years I was talking to these books smart kids from Temple, and I told them without protein shakes and supplements, etc, and nature, you could not survive on the diet.

These kids were super skinny and gangly, weighed less than a petite woman.

everyone I know who tries it becomes skinny fat so they maintain most of their body fat but lose all their muscle.

it's really weird they'll be bulgy around their chest and sides and stomach, but lose all their arms and shoulders.

Yes you can supplement with protein shakes, etc, but remember, eating paleo and keto is how we ate before industrialize wheat production and such without sugar so that's really the best way to go.

I couldn't live life without ribeye steaks

Just make sure you are getting enough selenium. It's easiest to get from animal sources but there is plenty of good vegan sources. It'll help in the fight against corona virus in case you catch it.

    protein - muscle

    fat - healthy mind

    carbs - energy

    you decide what you need

many think they need energy but actually more healthy fats will cure that

and if theyre hungry...protein cures that

    Yeah, good idea..
We as humans are carnivores and need meat..
Maybe not every meal but it's a need for our bodies..
Has anyone ever thought about the population ( just here in the states ) and thought about how many animals it would take to feed us daily?
Not a PETA question by any means but think about it..
All the grocery stores, restaurants, fast food places..
That's a Hell of a lot of meat to supply..
Makes me wonder sometimes just how healthy what we buy is..
    Food for thought..

I stopped eating lamb for a few years, but started again. It is sort of messed up. I've never tried mutten. Lamb is darn good though. I've got some lamb stew brewing on the stove for this weekend, but I might stop again.

instead of thinking about what you are going to exclude focus more on the healthiest things to include. most people are too weak to ever be able to switch their eating array to something that just focuses on excluding things they spent 2-3-4+ decades learning to love.
