    They have chop shops for wheelchairs in certain cities, underground thing.

    Maybe you get ten bucks. Not like an old disabled person is going to catch you.

    So it's little no risk and a lot quicker than picking up recyclables if you pick your spot right.

    Then you martingale it in roulette and see if you can get to $25 or so which is enough to party with.
