I've been drinking Tequila for about a year now and typically on the weekends. Gives me the runs if I drink to much though the next morning Looking for a healthy alternative now and it seems to be RUM..

I'm a red wine drinker during the week mostly, but when I feel like getting lit up I'll slam a full glass of Hornitas Tequila.. That does the trick!!! Next morning though it's loose stool city half the time. Must be that Guava in the Tequila. Can rock the guts.. Looking to mix it up now

Nope a stiff drink nightly is proven to make you live longer. I'm not talking about a full blown alcoholic just one stiff drink nightly. Gotta have discipline..

All the people in my family history that drank didn't need triple bypasses and or meds, the sober ones did and or died earlier. I'm gonna drink LB, work out daily and eat right. It works in my family history.. I'm not shy about claiming this.

My family genetic curse in clogged arteries. I just feel drinking a stiff one every night helps.. I also eat these food daily just to stay off meds in the link below.. I am just trying to help with these silly threads I start that always get saloon'd.

Rum is a wash though, I tried it. Too alcoholic tasting. Not working for me.. Red wine and Tequila on occasions only for this guy!! It works for me why try to fix it I say..

You don't see many people that are moderate drinkers getting clogged hearts. I think alcohol is an anti oxidant that cleans arteries. Just have to be sure not to overdue it too much to keep your liver good. You should be a doctor IMO.
