    Sounds like some sewer scum. If he or anyone like him is a winning capper, why would he need to make cold calls...?

    The single best piece of advice I can give is learn to cap your own games.

    For those who can't, either quit or treat sports betting as an entertainment expense with a pre-determined limit on how much you're willing to spend.

    These scammers cold call 500 people with the under. They also cold call 500 people with the over.

    Well, the 500 who got the "under" cold calls thinks the guy is a genius. So they call these scammers back and get the boiler room sales pitch.

    This trick started with stocks and these tout scums are basically playing the same con.
