    its not to lose weight

or blood pressure, etc like daggles suggested

i really dont care when i die

personally i think in about 100 years people will look back and think how barbaric we are to kill animals, put pictures of the meat in an ad, and disperse for people to buy

i dont think bad about it now, i will probably never quit with meat, but im trying

I'm a vegetarian, since 1995. Here in Thailand, not much food or me, but Americans have nothing to complain about. Go to Trader Joe's, get some of those morning star farm food. So good. If you want to be a vegetarian in the USA, it would be easy.

When you cease eating meat for a few months you'll begin to see things more clearly. You'll realize how disgusting & selfish your craving for rotting deceased corpse was. Your body & mind will benefit. You'll no longer be causing endless suffering to the most innocent creatures & nature. Your self-esteem will rise. You'll have insights into things the typical person can't or won't comprehend. Do it!

    What is your blood type?
24 years is a long time. I have been told type O is the best for long time vegetarianism. I am A but after 4 years I totally don't feel the need to eat any meat or fish, but my wife (A too) does sometimes (for fish only) after 4 years as well.

    very hard

ive made it 2 days only

im trying to find pasture raised eggs at the moment

but they cost 5x a normal dozen

i dont want animals suffering, but eggs are the best way to get my protein

ill need to cut out chicken breasts since they are raised in shitty conditions, which is my favorite meat and switch to more beef/shrimp since they atleast get to live free

once a week i should be at 3 times by now and 2x a week i should be at 6x

like i said im at 2

    that pisses me off

i hate beans and quinoa....im on a budget as well

really dont know what to do
