DEPUTIES: VA POLICE OFFICER HID CAMERAS IN 14-YEAR-OLD'S ROOM
ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A police officer with the Roseburg Veteran's Administration was arrested Thursday evening, accused of hiding cameras in a 14-year-old girl's room.
Robert Wayne Roady, 48, of Roseburg was taken to the Douglas County Jail on nine counts of first-degree invasion of personal privacy, a felony. Additional charges are being considered.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office took a report on Thursday that hidden cameras had been discovered in the bedroom of a girl known to Roady.
Detectives conducted interviews and searched Roady's home in the 2000 block of Linnell Avenue. The sheriff's office said they found evidence related to the investigation. Roady reportedly admitted to detectives that he had placed the cameras in the room for sexual purposes.

New Kensington officer charged with assault in Pittsburgh, taken off duty amid probe
A New Kensington police officer has been arrested and charged with unlawful restraint and simple assault after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Charges were filed against New Kensington police Officer Joseph Martino ll, 32, of Lower Burrell, according to court documents. A nonmonetary bail was set for Officer Martino. Both charges are misdemeanors.
Pittsburgh police responded to the area of UPMC Children’s Hospital around 1:48 a.m. Saturday for a report by a third party of a man assaulting a woman inside a white SUV, according to a criminal complaint.
When officers were checking out the scene, the third-party caller told officers the woman ran into the Emergency Room of the children’s hospital and that the man chased her, according to the complaint.
When officers arrived at the ER, bystanders told police the man had left the scene. Officers found the female victim with UPMC police “visible shaken from the incident, crying, had no shoes, hair disheveled and the straps to her dress were broken.”
Officers also observed in the criminal complaint that the woman had “visible injuries to the left side of her face including swelling around the cheek and eye with some red blemishing to her forehead and slight bruising near the eye.” The victim told police the actor was her intimate partner, Joe Martino, according to the complaint.
The woman told police they had been attending a private party at a bar in Squirrel Hill when Mr. Martino became “extremely intoxicated.” She offered to drive home instead, but Mr. Martino refused and proceeded to drive the vehicle, according to the complaint.
While driving, Mr. Martino became “verbally aggressive and irritated” as the female was trying to navigate the GPS, according to the complaint. The woman told police she tried to leave the car because she did not feel safe, which is when she said Mr. Martino pulled her back into the car by her hair and proceeded to hit her in the face several times with a closed fist, according to the criminal complaint.
The woman said she was able to break free when Mr. Martino followed her and hit her head on the side of the vehicle, according to the criminal complaint. When she ran into the lobby of the hospital to get help, Mr. Martino turned around and went back to the car, according to the complaint.
A witness on scene told police a similar description of events, adding that she saw a male striking a female more than 20 times in a white SUV across the street, according to the complaint.
New Kensington police Chief Robert Deringer said in a statement Sunday he is aware of “an incident involving one of its officers that has resulted in the filing of criminal charges.”
“The conduct occurred off duty and we are investigating,” Chief Deringer said. “The officer is not currently working while the investigation proceeds. As this is a personnel matter, we will have no further comment at this time.”
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 22 at 3:45 p.m. at Pittsburgh Municipal Court, according to court documents.
Legal representation for Mr. Martino was not yet listed in the court documents.
Indiana Deputies Arrest Wrong Man in Mistaken Identity on "Anonymous Tip"
Marion County sheriff's deputies arrested a man named Michael Daniel Brock when the warrant was for Michael Shane Brock.
Indiana sheriff's deputies said they were acting on an "anonymous tip" when they entered a man's property and arrested him in front of his children on a warrant last week.
Although the man, Michael Daniel Brock, insisted there was no warrant for his arrest, Marion County sheriff's deputies ignored him, convinced they had the right man, forcing him to remain handcuffed in his driveway.
After all, they say, a random home remodeler down the street told them Brock was the man they were looking for.
They didn't even bother comparing the information on his driver's license to the information on the warrant which stated they were looking for a man named Michael Shane Brock with a different birthdate.
It wasn't until Brock's wife arrived home 45 minutes later and asked to see the warrant that they discovered they had the wrong man. But even then, they were not convinced at first, still insisting on transporting him to the Marion County jail where two inmates have been murdered this month.
According to FOX59:
“’This isn’t him. I can tell you,’” Albers remembers telling the deputies. ”And then the officer just kept telling me, ‘There’s something he’s not telling you. There’s something you’re missing.’
“I’m like, ‘There’s no way. There’s absolutely no way that this is him.’ And they guy just kept telling me, ‘Maybe there’s something that you don’t know.’”
In reality, maybe there was something the Marion County Sheriff’s deputies didn’t know.
An anonymous tip brought the Warrant Team to Brock’s front and back doors that morning.
“Both officers…the K9 officer and the officer who came in through the back gate…put hands on me, immediately put me in handcuffs and put shackles on me,” said Brock.
The deputies said they had a warrant for the arrest of Michael Brock on a probation violation for a methamphetamine conviction."
FOX59 news reporter Russ McQuaid managed to track down the real suspect in five minutes through a publicly listed address which was 20 minutes away and paid him a visit.
“Has the Marion County Sheriff ever come looking for you?” I asked.
“No,” said Michael S. Brock.
“How long have you been on the run from this probation violation?” I asked.
“February,” said Michael S. Brock.
“And in eight months, I’m the first guy who’s ever come looking for you?” I asked.
“Yes,” said Michael S. Brock.
Over the course of the next 15 minutes Michael S. Brock and I talked about the vagaries of the Marion County criminal justice system, how his own records are often in error, how he’s spent excessive time in jail after posting bond, how he’s been hiding in plain sight with his home address currently listed in public records and how he’s straightened out his life since violating probation last winter.
“I’m real sorry that other guy got arrested on my case,” said Michael S. Brock. “Tell him I apologize.”
The Marion County Sheriff's Office has not apologized, however, blaming the anonymous tipster down the street for the unlawful arrest.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office told FOX59 News that the deputies confirmed Brock’s identity by stopping a home remodeler down the street and asking him if his friend was at the house.
“The Marion County Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous tip from Crimestoppers of a wanted subject,” read a statement emailed to FOX59 News. “The information included his home address and place of employment. The MCSO Warrant Team confirmed there was a wanted subject by that name and went to the location listed as his home address. They showed a picture of the wanted subject to a citizen working at the residence, who reported he was inside the home. Mr. Brock was placed in handcuffs.”
According to online records, Michael Shane Brock was taken into custody earlier today.
"I gave you a lawful order to give me your name," said the ignorant POS wearing a costume and badge to a man who has committed no crime or broken any laws. Questions of public/private property and public easements can easily be remedied by checking the GIS surveys of the area, but these pigs, like so many, choose to be tyrants and police with their egos, feelings and what they "think" the law to be. Another clear illustration of low IQ, lack of training and the lack of any desire to follow the law. Once again the justice system proves that criminal cops will not be held to the same standard of laws and punishment as the rest of the citizenry.
The level of ignorance and inability to perform their duties within the boundaries of the law by these pigs is utterly disgusting. What's even more disgusting is that the taxpayers are forced to fund the salaries and luxurious benefits of these low IQ jackboots. This is yet another incident of pigs policing with their opinions and egos rather than the laws they took a sworn oath to uphold. Watch how the pigs all knew they screwed the pooch when a detective comes out and tells them to release the man after he's been illegally detained and handcuffed. Then they scattered like cockroaches when the man starts asking for the names and badge numbers of all of the blue line gang members on the scene.
More tyrant pigs who let their lies, egos and unlawful demands get in the way during an interaction with a journalist. Taking pictures and video of public property from public property is not a crime no matter how these POS criminals with badges try to copsplain and twist the wording of the law. These ignorant jackboots illegally detained and demanded ID from the journalist when no crime had been committed. Then, the pigs then got all butthurt when the journalist stood up for her constitutional rights, stated the ID law of the state and refused their unlawful demands. Their scope of authority begins when a law is broken, not when their feeling get hurt or their fragile egos are bruised when a citizen stands up for their constitutional rights. One of the pigs even questions the journalist about the possibility of someone wanting to attack or harm police. Gee, do you think if the pigs would actually do their jobs within the boundaries of the law, stop violating peoples rights and hold their own criminals wearing costumes and badges equally accountable that maybe the tensions between the people and pigs would ease?
Cop Gets 4 Years for Arresting People for Weed, Stealing Their Weed and Reselling It
Bakersfield, CA — As TFTP reported in 2017, in a massive blow to justice and a nail in the coffin that is police accountability, two former cops who pleaded guilty to arresting people for drugs, stealing those drugs, and selling them for themselves, avoided jail despite their guilty pleas. As the Free Thought Project reported, former sheriff’s deputies Logan August and Derrick Penney pleaded guilty to a massive conspiracy in which they would arrest people for selling drugs only to turn around and use those drugs to enrich themselves.
These two bad cops received probation only, for their crimes.
After getting off with a wrist slap, last year August was charged — again — with with 15 felony counts, including conspiracy and burglary, in connection with stealing over 400 pounds of drugs from a sheriff’s storage locker and putting them back on the street.
This recent investigation began last year and ended in August with August and Penny pleading no contest to the charges. Now, this cop is actually going to prison for betraying the community.
As KGET reports, on Thursday, August was sentenced to four years in prison after making an “open plea” of no contest to the 15 felonies filed against him. The plea meant there was no deal with prosecutors in place and he, in effect, was throwing himself at the mercy of the court.
The prison term was met with tears from his many family members and friends in attendance. August’s young daughter cried, “I want my daddy,” as family left the courtroom and August was led away in handcuffs.
Before being led away, August addressed the courtroom, noting that he was a changed man and said his tears were tears of joy, not sadness.
“I shouldn’t be deserving of having my wife sitting in the front row right now, but God has restored my marriage,” August said, saying his faith and volunteer work helped him to become a person of integrity.
After he pleaded guilty in 2017, investigators later learned that August worked with other law enforcement agencies transporting seized marijuana from crimes scenes to the department — where he was accused of stealing it.
According to ABC 23, Penny also entered a plea of no contest to two felony counts of falsifying a police report. He served 90 days in custody and was placed on probation for his involvement in the case.
All of this underscores yet another way that the police state and the war on drugs serve only to degrade society and create crime where none should exist. Growing and selling a medicinal plant that has been used by humans for thousands of years is not the problem. Government’s prohibition of cannabis – borne of racism and the stifling of dissent – is the problem.
While hundreds of thousands of people are locked in cages every year for possessing a beneficial plant, the enforcers of prohibition – “just doing their job” – benefit both legally and illegally from this war on people. The aforementioned deputies are among the rare few that actually get caught.
This audio-footage was obtained through a public records request. It shows Officer David Sullivan (#6953) spend an hour making false reports to his superiors, lying to the public and violating the law in an effort to convert constitutional rights into a crime.
School Shocked as Cop Hit with 52 Charges Over Horrifying Sexual Torture of Children
York County, SC — The students at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC likely felt secure when they saw University police officer Charles Eugene Price in his uniform patrolling the campus. However, they no longer feel that way now after the announcement of his arrest along with a slew of charges related to the repeat abuse and sexual torture of multiple children.
“I think it’s really scary especially because those are the people who are supposed to be protecting us and helping us,” said student Nikki Delissio.
Scary indeed. According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), the alleged child predator officer was arrested on October 16. He was initially charged with just two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minor under 11 years of age first-degree and Criminal Sexual Conduct first-degree. However, after further investigation, that has since changed.
SLED has since tacked on dozens more charges as the investigation continues and hit Price with 49 additional charges related to the investigation. The charges he is facing are as follows.
- 9 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minor under 11 years of age first-degree
- 13 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minor victim 11 to 14 years of age second-degree
- 8 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct third-degree
- 1 count of Kidnapping
- And 18 other charges, bringing the total number of charges to 52.
Upon news of his arrest, the university immediately fired him and issued a statement.
“Upon being notified of the open criminal investigation and due to the seriousness of the allegations, the police officer was immediately relieved of his badge, credentials, and duty weapon,” a university spokesperson said in a statement. “Subsequently, the police officer was placed on suspension without pay and escorted off Winthrop University property.”
The department is also moving to have his law enforcement certification suspended and withdrawn.
According to SLED, the charges stem from crimes committed as far back as 2007. According to warrants, victims told investigators that Price had sexually abused them several times, including assaults in which he handcuffed, beat or strangled them.
Price was known at the university as “Chuck” to the students and staff who were reportedly horrified when they learned of the news. He’s been a police officer since 2004.
University officials were quick to distance themselves from Price and noted that none of the criminal incidents happened on their property or when the officer was on duty working for the university.
“At this time, neither WUPD’s Internal Affairs investigation nor SLED’s criminal investigation, has uncovered any evidence that these criminal incidents occurred on Winthrop University property or as part of the former police officer’s official duty as a law enforcement officer,” the university spokesperson said in a statement.
They also pointed out that upon hearing of the SLED’s investigation, that they conducted their own investigation and did nothing to protect the officer.
“WUPD and Winthrop University want to assure the public that upon being initially notified of the situation, swift action was undertaken to ensure the continual safety and protection of the campus and the community,” a Winthrop University spokesperson said in a statement.
Currently Price is being held in a Lancaster county jail and has been denied bail due to the serious nature of his crimes. It is unknown when he is due back in court.

Farmington, NM — A veteran Farmington police officer was allowed to quietly resign in a move to escape accountability after horrifying video footage showed him attacking an 11-year-old girl with special needs. At the time, he likely thought he got away, but thanks to pressure from accountability activists, former Farmington police officer Zachary Christensen is facing down a possible three year sentence.
Christensen pleaded no contest to a felony charge of child abuse and a misdemeanor battery charge after roughing up an 11-year-old student at school. As part of a plea deal, two other battery charges were dropped.
Originally, the case was referred to the district attorney who naturally declined to prosecute the officer. However, the state attorney general then stepped in and took up the case after receiving outside pressure.
“I was very concerned with the safety of our victim, who was a child, and I think this conviction sends a strong message that no one is above the law, but we need to set a very high standard of care that protects students on our school campuses,” said Attorney General Hector Balderas.
In a corrupt twist, however, despite the conviction, Christensen still has his state certification to be a law enforcement officer.
The incident unfolded on August 27, 2019 but the officer’s lapel camera video wasn’t released until later. It is nothing short of disturbing as it shows the officer, who is much bigger than the girl, slamming her down on the concrete while abusing her.
“That’s not our standards. That’s not who we are,” said Farmington Police Chief Steven Hebbe in response to his officer in the video.
According to school officials, the girl had misbehaved in class and was waiting for her mother to come pick her up from school. As she waited in the lobby of the school, the officer wrongly accused her of assault and then attacked her.
As KOB reports, the day of the incident, school administrators can be seen on the lapel video following the girl around campus as she waits for her mom to pick her up from school.
“This morning, she went straight to the cafeteria. She took more milks than she was supposed to. She threw a milk on the ground,” said Officer Christensen in the lapel camera footage.
After savagely attacking the small girl, Officer Christensen attempted to claim in his report that “the child assaulted two school employees that morning.” He claimed that one assault occurred when the girl walked past the assistant principal and brushes past him and the second occurred when the girl attempted to open the door and walked past the principal.
However, none of these charges against the girl would stick as the officer lacked any evidence of them.
Despite the girl not posing any threat to anyone, the officer attacked her anyway. As the video shows, he grabs the 11-year-old girl with special needs by the backpack and throws her to the ground. He then jumps on top of her, pinning her down for over six minutes as she screams in horror.
The entire time, the officer is yelling “stop resisting,” as if this has any effect on a special needs child being attacked by a man twice her size.
The situation became so unnerving that a school official was forced to step in and tell the officer to let the girl stand up.
“Officer Christensen – she is not a threat to yourself or others at this moment,” said the school employee.
“No, she is!” Christensen replied, claiming the girl, half his size, is a threat to an armed man in a bullet proof vest.
Laughably, the cop would go on to write in his report that the 11-year-old girl “was very strong, stronger than I was.”
After the altercation lasted several more minutes, the school employee then demanded that the officer stop his attack, even using the term “excessive force.”
“We’re not going to use excessive force,” the school employee said.
Naturally, the officer replied that “It’s not excessive!”
But as the video shows, it was definitely excessive. Never once did the girl attempt to fight back. She was trying to comply, but the officer’s weight on her body would not let her move in the position he was demanding. She even tried to explain this to him but to no avail.
After the incident, police were unable to find anything on which to charge the girl, so she was allowed to return to school as the officer was allowed to resign to escape accountability — for a little while.
The girl and her mother have retained an attorney to file a lawsuit against the city of Farmington and the school.
“She’s an 11-year-old girl and it’s a shock to the system to see that this is a thing that can occur at a school by a certified peace officer,” attorney Mark Curnutt said.
Curnutt then pointed out the fact that the officer attempted to accuse the girl of committing multiple felonies, none of which actually took place.
“When you have a situation where there’s a report that says a felony is committed, another felony is committed, another felony is committed — and then you review the factual documentation you have of that through the video and it doesn’t add up, there must be a level of accountability,” Curnutt said.
Typical ignorant pig who, first, doesn't know the law and, second, threatens to sue to a citizen for filming him in public while in the course of his duties. The unprofessionalism and ignorance of the law displayed by these jackboots is pathetic. Just another typical incident of tyrants acting outside of the law and allowing their egos and opinions to take precedence over the constitution and law they swore an oath to uphold and protect.
A drunk pig gets the blue line privilege of 4 months of paid vacation without being charged or arrested after wrecking the vehicle he was driving and killing a passenger. Any other person would have been charged and arrested, but not this sovereign pig. He is special because he wears a magical costume and badge and his department has embraced a culture of corruption that will shield its own criminals from accountability and justice.
Another criminal cop avoids having charges filed and/or being arrested by resigning. What a unique, special privilege to have the ability to just quit your job to avoid possible criminal prosecution. When was the last time a person who is not a pig was given this option? There is no difference in the laws that citizens and pigs have to follow, but the ones wearing the costume and badge seem to get preferential treatment in the application of the law and the punishments administered.

Cop Charged for Targeting Drug Dealers to Steal Their Meth and Heroin for Personal Use
Minneapolis, MN — In May of this year, the rest of the world got an inside look into the rampant corruption and criminal behavior inside the Minneapolis police department after the death of George Floyd. While deadly force was certainly a problem within their ranks, a recent indictment shows the corruption spanned far wider than just excessive force.
Ty Raymond Jindra, 28, was indicted this month on accusations that he ran a drug extortion racket for over two years. Jindra now faces 11 counts for abusing his position as a street cop to steal meth, heroin, oxycodone and other drugs for personal use during the course of his duties.
According to the grand jury indictment unsealed in Minnesota U.S. District Court Friday, Jindra was using his badge to steal meth, heroin, and oxycodone by means of “deception, extortion, and conducting unconstitutional searches and seizures.”
According to the indictment, Jindra would confiscate drugs during busts and never report them. He also would pocket drugs turned in by concerned citizens and skimmed small amounts from all drugs he put into evidence. In one instance, according to the indictment, Jindra showed up to a call for an overdose and stole all the heroin and meth from the scene.
Jindra also illegally detained individuals and violated their 4th Amendment rights by searching them without cause and then stealing their drugs, according to the indictment.
Naturally, Jindra’s attorney denies any wrongdoing by the officer, and they have pleaded not guilty.
“I’ve been working with Ty for a year now. He’s a good man. He’s presumed innocent. And that’s the whole story,” Jindra’s attorney Peter Wold said after the hearing.
But these claims ring hollow given Jindra’s past and the details of the case. In fact, the investigation began, not over stealing meth and heroin, but from excessive force. In his 7 years with the department, Jindra has been the subject of 15 complaints, eight of which are still open.
According to the Star Tribune,
"Jindra came to the attention of department officials after being named in three excessive force complaints in a short span of time, sources familiar with the investigation said.
In the process, the department also reviewed footage that appeared to show Jindra pulling a small quantity of what appeared to be drugs from his backpack, a source said.
The charges say Jindra found ways to hide his behavior from his partner and other police officers, such as placing the contraband into his gloved hand, folding the latex glove over the drugs and then stashing them in his personal duty bag or some other location inside the squad car. Jindra turned off his body-worn camera at opportune moments during searches and failed to disclose key details in police reports, such as the seizure of pills he stashed away for personal use, according to the charges. He told his partner he planned to dispose of meth that he kept for his own use."
Jindra is also the son of Jeffrey Jindra, who is a cop on the Board of Directors of the Police Officers Federation of Minnesota. Like his son, Jeffrey has a massively tainted past.

While there, “Jindra kicked him in the head until his jaw was broken. Cops betraying their communities by extorting drug dealers, and stealing their products is most certainly immoral and deserves punishment. Jindra deserves to be held accountable for his actions. However, merely possessing and selling drugs to willing customers—should never end with anyone in a cage.
Criminalizing addiction and substance abuse has done nothing to curb use. People are literally dying in the streets at an increasing rate and no amount of police state can stop it. In fact, since the inception of the drug war, drug addiction and overdoses have gotten worse. Why is that?
To understand the answers to that question, we have to look at how the state has essentially created and facilitated the current opioid epidemic in which America currently finds itself.
For decades, the US government has waged a war on drugs while granting the monopoly on opioid production to the pharmaceutical industry. For years, people who would’ve never thought of trying heroin trusted their doctors who were being paid large sums of money to prescribe them dangerous and addictive opioids. In some cases, people were given fentanyl for a broken ankle.
As the crack down on opioids came to a head, all the ‘legal’ drug addicts were forced into the black market to continue supporting their addictions. Soccer moms, business professionals, and police officers alike quickly found themselves buying highly dangerous fentanyl and heroin on the black market to support their government-approved pharmaceutical industry-sustained addictions.
Instead of helping these people, who clearly have physical and mental addictions and need help, the government simply kept on locking them in cages when they caught them with it.
Research — according to many law enforcement officials — shows that the cost of incarceration, especially for repeat drug offenders, is far higher than simply treating their addiction. It is also far better for a society who values freedom.
Fortunately, this paradigm seems to be breaking apart and the recent elections highlights this as Oregon decriminalized all drugs while other states legalized cannabis.
Video Refutes Cops’ Story, Shows them Shooting Man Through a Crowd of People
Waterloo, IA — In April of 2015, Jovan Darnell Webb was out with friends celebrating the fact that he had just passed his commercial driver’s license test. What was a night of celebration and happiness, however, quickly turned into a horror story when police in civilian clothes showed up.
Now, because the officers were never held accountable for their actions, the taxpayers of Waterloo are being held to the fire for $400,000 in an excessive force lawsuit.
According to police, that night, an altercation at the New World club broke out, which Webb was not a part of, so he decided to leave. When police responded to the scene, the altercation was already over.
Webb, who had broken no law, harmed no one, and who was merely trying to avoid being caught up in a mess that he had nothing to do with, got in his car to go home. But thanks to the Waterloo police, Webb would not make it home that night.
As he attempted to pull out of the parking lot, a man dressed in plainclothes knocked on his driver’s side window with a black object, according to the lawsuit. Webb then pulled out to get away from the man who he had no idea was a cop.
The police claim that Webb attempted to run over an officer, so they were forced to shoot him. But surveillance video from two cameras at the New World club does not show this.
What the video from the two cameras does show, however, is a Waterloo cop in civilian clothes chasing after Webb while firing multiple shots into the car, in a crowded parking lot.
The video shows frightened onlookers dive to take cover as Officer Thomas Frein and Mark Nissen unleash a hail of bullets seemingly unconcerned for the safety of everyone around them.
Police bullets struck Webb five times; twice in his arm, two struck his abdomen, and one penetrated his chest. Still in fear of being killed by the madmen shooting at him, Webb continued to Allen Hospital where he was handcuffed by Waterloo officers. Webb suffered a collapsed lung, two bullets are still in his body, and he must use a machine to help him breathe.
Attorney Mark Loevy-Reyes of Loevy & Loevy in Chicago, who represented Webb, said Webb wasn’t posing a threat to police or others. He also said authorities lied about what happened to cover up an unjustified shooting. Apparently the rest of the department felt the same way, as Webb was not charged with a crime until much later.
In order to escape jail for crimes he did not commit, Webb made a plea deal in 2017 to misdemeanor charges of assault on an officer, interference and carrying weapons. Under the plea, he didn’t admit guilt but acknowledged he would likely be convicted if the case went to trial.
Webb’s lawsuit alleged excessive force, battery and failure to intervene on the part of other officers at the scene.
Webb was not a criminal; he is a decent 27-year-old man who was preyed upon by negligent officers looking to harass him.
Of course, the officers said that they feared for their lives, but put yourself in Webb’s shoes for a minute. Don’t you think he feared for his life after witnessing a huge brawl and then getting in his car only to be met by an unknown man tapping on his window with a possible gun?
By all moral standpoints, Webb was the only one who can legitimately claim he feared for his life as he was the only one facing down armed aggressors who were trying to kill him.
This video really exemplifies more of the disdain pigs have for the general public exercising their constitutional rights and watching over public servants whose salaries and benefits are funded by taxpayer money. These low IQ jackboots don't know the law or have any desire to uphold their oaths, but police with their egos, feelings and opinions. In addition to their ignorance of the law, these pigs seem to have difficulty, like many cops, of determining the difference between private and public property. How is it that a pig does not know that the police department is public property? After several minutes of copsplaining and attempting to violate the journalists rights, the pig in charge eventually realizes the journalist will not lick his boots and obey his unlawful demands like the majority of the public and does the walk of shame. This was a simple case of a few pigs not liking what someone was doing, despite the actions being completely, 100% legal, so they decided to lie and harass in an attempt to get their way.
Katy police officer accused of stealing from Walmart 14 times while on duty
Investigators say Billy Hammack stole everything from Hot Pockets to hand sanitizer to cheap men’s cologne while he was in uniform.
KATY, Texas — A former Katy police officer is in trouble after allegedly stealing dozens of items from a local Walmart.
Investigators said Billy Allen Hammack was on duty and in uniform when he stole from the store on Market Place Drive at least 14 times in a one-month period.
Hammack is charged with theft by a public servant and has been fired from his job with the Katy Police Department.
Detectives said Hammack stole everything from Hot Pockets to hand sanitizer to cheap men’s cologne by not scanning them at the self-checkout line or by switching price tags.
According to court documents, Hammack’s theft spree started on July 25 and lasted until Aug. 24. Surveillance cameras show him visiting the store almost daily on some weeks.
Katy police said they were first notified after a security guard reviewing surveillance footage saw Hammack pretending to scan products during an Aug. 15 shopping trip.
Detectives used credit card records and the GPS from Hammack’s patrol car to link him to 13 other incidents.
The most expensive items Hammack is accused of stealing were:
- $88 ceiling fan he allegedly didn't scan
- $55 microwave with a $9.88 price tag
- $35 flat iron that had a $9.18 price tag
The cheapest items were 24 packs of pencils worth .94 cents that he allegedly switched to 12 packs worth .47 cents.
And the last item Hammack is accused of stealing was a bouquet of flowers worth $4.89.
Hammack was a patrol officer who had been with KPD for about three years.
The police department issued the following statement:
"Recently, a former Katy Police Officer was relieved of his duties by Police Chief J.N. Diaz as a result of a criminal investigation. The Katy Police Department presented its facts to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office for review. After their review, former Officer Billy Hammack was charged with Misdemeanor Theft By Public Servant for stealing items from a retail store located in the 25100 block of Market Place Dr. in Katy. The former officer was caught on surveillance footage by the retail store’s loss prevention associates committing theft. The associates then contacted Katy Police Department, who launched an investigation, which resulted in the Theft charge. Hammack was assigned to the Patrol Division and worked for the Department just under three years."
