More blue line privilege and for a POS drunk cop found passed out in his patrol car in the middle of traffic while on duty. Not only was he allowed to keep his job, but was never even charged with DUI even though his BAC was more than 5 times the legal limit. These pigs just continue to earn the hate by not honoring their oath and making it clear that they and their fellow gang members with badges and costumes are above the law. Even other LE agencies are calling this BS.

Tennessee Sheriff’s Deputy Arrested on 44 Charges, Including Rape and Stalking

Hamilton County sheriff’s deputy Daniel Wilkey was indicted on December 10 on 44 criminal charges — 25 of them felonies — over actions alleged to have been taken in the course of his official duties, including rape, extortion, stalking and assault, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee.

The charges against Wilkey include six counts of sexual battery; two counts of rape; and nine counts each of extortion, stalking and assault, according to court documents.

Wilkey has also been the subject of multiple lawsuits while employed by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office that accuse him of misconduct, including false imprisonment, and forcibly baptizing a woman during a traffic stop.

Before his employment in Hamilton County, Wilkey worked as a law enforcement officer in neighboring Rhea County, Tennessee, where he was accused in a wrongful-death lawsuit of fatally shooting an unarmed man in the head in 2014 while the man was receiving treatment at an emergency room.

Wilkey was not charged criminally in the man’s death.

FBI Arrests Florida Cop after Prosecutors, Police Turned Blind Eye to Sex Abuse

A well-connected police officer from a criminal cop family in South Florida was able to escape sexual assault charges for years before he was finally arrested by the FBI today.

Despite four woman and girls accusing Hialeah police officer Jesus "Jesse" Menocal Jr. of sexual abuse since 2015, including one as young as 14, he was allowed to continue working the streets even while his department was telling the media that he had been stripped of his badge and gun and placed on desk duty. He was even given a raise.

He was not only cleared by his own department, but cleared by Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle who is renowned for giving corrupt cops a pass.

Prosecutors claimed the four witnesses would not be reliable because they were gang members with credibility issues, factors that never seem to affect police in court. It was later revealed they did not interview three of the witnesses. The 14-year-old girl was written off as a "bipolar chronic runaway."

Menocal is the son of a retired police chief who was applying to become a Miami police officer in the 1980s when he was implicated in a cocaine heist along with his twin brother, Ignacio, who was a police officer.

In a taped conversation with a police informant posing as a drug trafficker, Menocal and his brother discussed plans to steal cocaine from people who had purchased it from the dealer under the guise of a drug stop. The plan was to return the cocaine to the dealer for $10,000 where he would then resell it. At the time, cocaine was going for about $30,000 a kilo.

The cops never went through with the plan, according to an investigation by the Miami Police Department at the time and Menocal went on to be hired at the Sweetwater Police Department where he eventually became police chief.

Nah, that's the greatest thread in SBR history. This one will just continue to expose the thin blue line gang. It's not like the criminals with costumes and badges will suddenly start honoring their oath, obeying the law and be held to the same standards as regular citizens anytime soon, though. People are fed up with the nonsense and change will happen.

Former Cy-Fair ISD police officer sentenced to 10 years in rape of 12-year-old Deer Park girl

A former Cypress-Fairbanks ISD police officer was sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to raping a 12-year-old girl from Deer Park last year. Jorge Luis Bastida, 23, pleaded guilty last month to one charge of sexual assault of a child under the age of 14 for having sex with a girl he met online. He was taken into custody Tuesday morning. He will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

“He swore an oath to protect children,” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is quoted saying in a news release. “He promised to protect and serve one of our most vulnerable populations and instead, he exploited and violated a young girl. He stole her childhood.”

Ogg added that the plea deal ensures Bastida admits his guilt and takes responsibility. It also means the young girl will not be victimized again by having to take the witness stand to testify against her attacker.

Authorities say after Bastida met the girl on the “Meet Me” app, he sent an Uber to pick her up in Deer Park and take her to Cypress on October 1, 2018. He then took her to a motel in the 10000 block of Huffmeister Road.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office, citing the girl’s testimony, wrote in a news release that the next morning Bastida gave the girl money for a candy bar before leaving the motel for work.

“We count on people to protect us and our children, especially at school, and something like this is an absolute abuse of that trust,” Assistant District Attorney Kaitlin Kaufmann, who prosecuted the case, said. “He should be held to the exact same standard, if not a higher standard, as what he holds other people to on a daily basis.”

Authorities say around 11:30 a.m. on the day after she disappeared, the girl called her mother from the motel. When police picked her up, she told them about “Jay.” She was transported to the hospital, where medical experts said her injuries were consistent with a sexual assault. They were later able to link the man’s profile to Bastida. Authorities say surveillance video at the motel also showed Batista and the girl walking to the room.

Leon Valley Texas PD is one of the most corrupt departments in the entire country and it starts with chief Joe Salvaggio and works its way to the bottom ranks. Just search "Leon Valley police" on youtube and hundreds of videos can be found exposing their illegal, tyrannical behavior. Several lawsuits against them are pending and will be settled or go to federal court over the next few years. Unfortunately, the taxpayers will have to foot the bill for defending and paying out these settlements/lawsuits. The city manager, Kelly Kuenstler, has no intentions of changing the criminal behavior of sworn LEO in Leon Valley as she said in an interview, "We have insurance for that... for civil rights violations." The citizens of Leon Valley are fighting back and have submitted petitions to recall two city council members who have furthered the city's corruption and benefited personally from actions taken by the council. Below is the most recent example of LVPD's criminals with badges enforcing their feelings and not the law and failing to honor their oath as they arrest a woman clearly exercising her first amendment rights.

Texas Cops Arrest Woman for Holding Sign on Sidewalk saying "F*¢k the Police"

It was only six months ago that Amanda Berg stood in front of a federal ATF building in Texas with a sign that read "F*¢k the ATF" as part of a First Amendment audit to determine if they would respect her right to protest on a public sidewalk.

A security guard came out and told her she was scaring people inside but Berg, who runs the YouTube channel, Pink Camera Magic, said there was nothing to fear because she had no plans on stepping on the property.

A Leon Valley police officer responded and told her she had every right to protest with her sign as long as she remained on the sidewalk which was surprising because that same department has had a long-running issue with some First Amendment auditors who have a pending lawsuit against the agency.

    https://newsmaven.io/pinacnews/citiz...UWS8DOLNyci7A/

Fast forward to December and Berg decided to hold up a sign that read "F
*¢k Joe and the Leon Valley police" in front of the Leon Valley Police Department. Given her last experience with the ATF sign, she was hoping they would respect her rights just as the last officer did.

    But no such luck.

The cops ended up arresting her and confiscating her sign "as evidence" before placing it in the garbage can which should be tampering with evidence as long as we're using cop logic here.

"It's not content neutral," she said. "They were fine with a sign that said '
F*¢k the ATF' but not with a sign that said 'F*¢k the Police.'"

The cops kept her in handcuffs for almost an hour before releasing her with a disorderly conduct summons.

But unless they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt her actions created an "immediate breach of the peace," which Texas case law defines as "an act that disturbs or threatens to disturb the tranquility enjoyed by the citizens," the charge is not going to stick.

She already has a lawyer, Solomon Radner, who is representing the other activists in their lawsuit which can be read here:

Cohen v. California, 403 U.S. 15, was a United States Supreme Court case in which the Court held that the First Amendment prevented the conviction of Paul Robert Cohen for the crime of disturbing the peace by wearing a jacket displaying "F*¢k the Draft" in the public corridors of a California courthouse. Bodycam and updated news story from post #182 about the Aurora cop found passed out drunk in his police vehicle in the middle of traffic while on duty. He was never charged with DUI, as any person who wasn't a cop would be, despite having a BAC 5 times the legal limit. He is still employed and working for the corrupt Aurora PD. Completely disgusting display of "we're cops and we're above the law" by this department of blue line gang members.

Cop Will Do Less Than 2 Years for On-Duty Sex Assault of 16 Women, Won’t Register as Sex Offender

    https://thefreethoughtproject.com/co...-sex-offender/

Vista, CA — At least 16 women said San Diego deputy Richard Fischer used his badge and position as a police officer to commit sex crimes against them but in a plea deal Fischer and his lawyers agreed with prosecutors, not only will the alleged rapist not spend the rest of his life in prison, he won’t even have to register as a sex offender.

One woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, said Fisher responded to a welfare check call to her residence. Following the call, the officer started to randomly show up at her home on numerous occasions, ask for a hug or a kiss, and eventually ended up pushing her onto her bed and sexually assaulting her.

According to Fox 5 San Diego, the officer allegedly would meet women on the job, prey on them, stalk them, kidnap at least one, and then grope, kiss, or force the women to perform sex acts on him.

However, on Tuesday, instead of the 25 years he was originally facing, the now former officer was sentenced to 44 months behind bars but will be eligible for release just after 22 months.

In September, Fischer pleaded guilty to four felony counts of assault under color of authority, two misdemeanor counts of assault under color of authority and one misdemeanor count of false imprisonment. None of the charges mentioned sexual assault.

According to his victims, what he did to them was far worse than the small felonies and misdemeanors he pleaded guilty to.

Prior to August of 2018 Fischer was facing 20 felony charges and misdemeanors but three more women came forward telling their stories. As a result, prosecutors added five new charges against the defendant which included forcible oral copulation. While those allegations may or may not be true, the charges didn’t stick and Fischer eventually pleaded guilty to the much lesser crimes which didn’t carry stiffer prison sentences.

How a cop who admits to sexually assaulting multiple woman, while on duty and manages to get such a measly sentence is anyone’s guess—especially considering the case of Daniel Holtzclaw who was found guilty of similar crimes but was sentenced to more than two centuries behind bars. While Holtzclaw is the exception, Fischer appears to be the rule.

    https://thefreethoughtproject.com/ju...nce-holtzclaw/

In August, it was announced that the two NYPD officers who admitted to kidnapping a teen and were found to have raped her will not be going to jail and will not be registering as sex offenders.

    https://thefreethoughtproject.com/no...he-police-van/

Also as TFTP reported last year, Rafael Martinez Jr., a now-former Camden County cop was found guilty of having sexual relations with and impregnating a child. This was confirmed with DNA evidence and the officer himself admitted it. However, he will not spend a single day in jail.

    https://thefreethoughtproject.com/co...-free-no-jail/

Before that, former deputy Robert Retford, with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department was arrested in Noveber of 2016 on charges of sexual assault. His alleged victim was apparently seeking help from the deputy when she said he beat her, raped her and defecated on her, and made her drink his urine. In May of 2017, Retford pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting the woman and would not spend a single day in jail.

Hawaii Cop Admits to Making Homeless Man Lick Toilet

On December 16 Honolulu Police Officer John Rabago admitted that he instructed a homeless man to lick a public urinal if he wanted to avoid being arrested. The homeless man has been identified as 37-year-old Samual Ingall.

Rabago originally lied and denied the accusations, but admitted Monday in court that he told Ingall that he would not be arrested if he licked the urinal. Ingall complied stating that he would do anything to stay out of jail.

U.S. District Judge Leslie Kobayashi said Rabago’s threat wasn’t a mistake or miscommunication. Kobayashi stated in court: “You knowingly and willfully forced Ingall to lick the urinal."

KTAR News reports that on the day of the incident officers were responding to a nuisance complaint when they found Ingall in a public restroom. Rabago and Officer Reginald Ramones were in the bathroom with Ingall when Rabago repeatedly instructed Ingall to lick the urinal, then told Ramones to close the door so that a camera would not catch what happened next.

Once defendant Ramones closed the bathroom door, co-defendant Rabago again instructed Ingall to lick the urinal. The victim then reluctantly knelt down before the urinal and licked the urinal. Co-defendant Rabago then allowed Ingall to gather his possessions and leave the bathroom.

Rabago followed Ingall out of the bathroom, and laughed as he told officers outside about what had just happened.

Rabago said "the incident was 'just like what happened at Cartwright Field'" when he had told a "man that he would avoid arrest only if he stuck his head in a toilet," according to court documents.

Later, Rabago and Ramones learned that the department and the FBI were investigating what had happened. Rabago told Ramones to delete text messages about the incident and tell investigators that he was joking when he told Ingall to lick the urinal.

Ramones was also charged with conspiring to deprive Ingall of his civil rights, but pleaded guilty to lesser charges after agreeing to cooperate with investigators.

Rabago has been on restrictive duty, and is expected to be fired. He could be sentenced to 30 months in prison.

Cop Arrested for Burglarizing Homes of People While They Attended Funerals

In what can can only be described as ‘a new low’, a Jefferson County sheriff’s deputy has been arrested and charged with burglarizing the homes of people she knew would be attending funerals.

The former sheriff’s deputy, Janelle Gericke, 29, of Jefferson, used the obituaries to stalk those mourning their lost family members — to rob them. She was finally caught when a family returned home early from a funeral and found Gericke in their kitchen.

According to the criminal complaint, Gericke was hired in February 2016 as a corrections officer in the Jefferson County Jail. In 2018 and 2019, she appeared at several homes of people who were listed as relatives of the deceased in local obituaries, at times when the services were being held, or whom she knew or suspected would not be home for other reasons.

Last year, this thieving cop was caught on a doorbell camera breaking into a home in Watertown while a family was away at a funeral. While in the home, she stole the family’s checkbook. To cover her tracks the burglar cop pretended to be conducting Facebook marketplace transactions.

She left behind a note that read, “I was here to pick up the stuff through Facebook. I came in to the house and the items weren’t by the door. So I didn’t leave my money. I tried Facebook messaging you but you haven’t responded.”

It would take another year before investigators would put two and two together and realize that this cop was robbing the homes of people going to funerals. This public servant would eventually slip up and police pulled a fingerprint from one of her fake Facebook notes which tied her to multiple burglaries.

Although the burglaries were all tied to Gericke in July, police would wait nearly six months before arresting her this week. It is unclear why police waited so long.

Ohio Cop Urinates on Girl, 12, at Bus Stop after she Refuses to get into his Car

She refused his ride so he peed on her.

Cleveland police officer Solomon T. Nhiwatiwa, 34, was off-duty and in his own car when he pulled up to a school bus stop and asked a 12-year-old girl if she wanted a ride last Friday.

The girl said no and he drove off, only to return a minute later, parking his car and walking up to her, exposing his genitals.

He then began peeing on her while recording himself.

Nhiwatiwa turned himself in on Tuesday and was indicted Wednesday on charges of attempted kidnapping with sexual motivation, pandering obscenity involving a minor, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, endangering children, criminal child enticement, public indecency, assault and attempted interference with custody.

He is being held without bond until his next hearing Monday.

“He will be held accountable,” said Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley. “It’s my office’s mission to ensure he never wears the badge of a police officer again.”

Nhiwatiwa has been a Cleveland cop since 2014 and has been suspended at least three times, according to News 5 Cleveland.

Cop Admits to Urinating on 12yo Girl, Filming It, Trying to Kidnap Her

Officer Solomon Nhiwatiwa, 34, was this officer and on Monday, he pleaded guilty to this horrifyingly disgusting behavior. In August, Nhiwatiwa was charged with attempted kidnapping, pandering obscenity, disseminating material harmful to juveniles, assault, endangering children, child enticement, interfering with custody and public indecency.

“He will be held accountable,” Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley said at the time. “It’s my office’s mission to ensure he never wears the badge of a police officer again.”

That will now happen as Nhiwatiwa pleaded guilty to attempted kidnapping, pandering obscenity, endangering children and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.

When reached for comment at the time of the charges, Cleveland Police Union President Jeff Follmer refused to decry the officer’s alleged actions, saying on that “he deserves his day in court like everyone else.”

    Now he’s had it.

Nhiwatiwa, a five-year veteran of the Cleveland Police Department, faces up to 7.5 years in prison and must register as a sex offender for 15 years. He is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 21 on three felonies and one misdemeanor.

While this case will likely be spun as some incident related to a bad apple, the truth is that child predators are ousted all the time from within the ranks of law enforcement.

More thug blue line gang members violating a man's rights and enforcing their feelings instead of the law. Evidently these officers had their egos bruised and feel the public is being a nuisance when asked for their names and badge numbers, which they're required to provide upon request according to their own department's policy. The officers at the scene then lied in their report, fraudulently describing the incident to fit their narrative and justify the arrest. However, the incident captured by a neighbor recording from his driveway.

WATCH: Cops Arrest Man for Recording from own Driveway, asking for Badge Numbers

Nevada cops charge man for creating a public nuisance when he asked for their badge numbers.

A blatant act of thuggery was caught on video last month when a group of North Las Vegas police officers beat and arrested a man for recording from his own driveway.

The man had demanded their badge numbers. Police called that a public nuisance. The video shows they were the public nuisance.

They then threatened to arrest another man on the same charge for saying, "He wasn't breakin no law" and "Call an ambulance. they really f*cked him up."

Another cop threatened to arrest that man for misusing 911 if he dared call 911 to report their criminal actions (not that it would have made any difference because they're all part of the same gang).

The cops were arresting a woman for unknown reasons when the man asked for their badge numbers.

The incident took place on November 16, 2019 and was posted on the YouTube channel of Nevada attorney Stephen P. Stubbs with the following info:

"On November 16, 2019 in North Las Vegas, Terrel Gregory noticed police activity at his friend's/neighbor's house, stood at the end of his driveway, and recorded police from his property. He also demanded the names and badge numbers from the officers (which they would not give). He was then forcibly arrested for "public nuisance", specifically for "yelling and screaming in the middle of the street and in his driveway causing several neighbors to come outside disturbing the quiet of the neighborhood." He was also arrested for "Obstruction" and "Resisting Arrest". All for protesting the police action verbally.

@3:45, the main arresting officer threatens a different neighbor (also in his driveway) with arrest for public nuisance, if that neighbor doesn't shut up. That neighbor was yelling "He wasn't breakin no law." and "Call an ambulance. they really f*** him up".

@4:05, the female arresting officer threatens neighbors with arrest (misuse of 911) if they call the police to report them."

South Florida Cop Shoots Self while trying to Shoot Family Dog Named Bella

Both cop and dog survived the shooting.

A lucky dog's life was spared when a South Florida cop shot himself as he tried to shoot the dog early Friday morning.

Davie police said the officer was at a home for a non-criminal incident when the family dog came "charging" at the him so he had to resort to his training which is to open fire because that is pretty much a cop's solution to everything.

But the cop ended up shooting his hand which was in front of the muzzle. The bullet only grazed the dog, a bulldog named Bella who remains alive and in the care of her family.

The cop, meanwhile, had to be transported to the hospital with a non-life threatening injury.

Surely there must be an award in store for this cop in the future.

The modern cop basically just enforces petty misdemeanor laws in otherwise safe neighborhoods where they can get away w this shit

Ask yourselves this...why don't more police work the Chicago burbs where there's actually crime and a need for their presence to arrest FELONS?

Because cops are cowards. They are weak, pathetic pieces of shit concerned about their union first, their own ass second and community dalls wayyyyy down the list.

Fire them all, drag on society.

What a joke. This corrupt department thinks they've done nothing wrong letting the drunk officer, Nathan Meier, off and not charging him with DUI and a host of other crimes. Their post on the Aurora PD Facebook page (below) is almost comedic. The comments from this post and all over their Facebook page show the citizens' outrage of yet another example of cops not being held accountable when they break the law. Those who wear a costume and badge should not be granted extra rights and privileges and be immune to accountability for their criminal actions. The last 2 sentences in Aurora PD's statement is nothing short of a kick in the teeth to all people who aren't part of the blue line gang. A resident of Aurora has also started a petition to remove the oath breaking officer from the department.

Aurora Police Department statement about recent news event involving one of our officers.

On March 29, 2019 the Aurora Police Department received a call of a uniformed officer who was passed out in a vehicle. The officer, Nathan “Nate” Meier, was unresponsive in the driver’s seat of an unmarked APD vehicle and attempts to wake him up were not successful. Once the officer was removed from the vehicle by members of Aurora Fire Rescue he was immediately transported to an area hospital for medical evaluation.

Some of the officers who had first arrived on scene had contact with Ofc. Meier and smelled a very faint odor of a possible alcoholic beverage on his breath. The odor did not linger and was not prevalent. There was no evidence located in the vehicle indicating this was an incident involving alcohol. This incident was treated as an emergency medical situation until more information could be gathered.

At the hospital medical evaluations were done for Ofc. Meier. One APD sergeant gained access to the room and briefly spoke with Ofc. Meier but did not note any odor of alcohol coming from his breath.

Information the hospital staff learned about his condition was not shared with members of the department due to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy laws. The hospital staff informed our members he was being treated and would be released in a few hours, and nothing further. In fact, at one point hospital staff refused to allow officers access to the hospital room.

Questions have been raised as to why this was not a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) investigation and why he was not charged with a DUI-related charge. Due to an inability to exclude a medical condition, and absent confirmatory information a DUI investigation was not conducted. No blood test was done since there was no felony committed and a blood draw could not be forced. However, the hospital did draw blood from Officer Meier for examination and diagnosis purposes.

An Internal Affairs Investigation was initiated. During that process Ofc. Meier voluntarily shared his medical records which indicated the level of his alcohol consumption. Based on HIPPA, this was information he did not have to release to the department. During his Internal Affairs interview, Ofc. Meier immediately admitted to his actions and the poor choices he made that day, and has been cooperative throughout the process.

Ofc. Meier took immediate responsibility for his actions. He has shown tremendous dedication in addressing his actions of that day and taken aggressive steps moving forward. In addition to being demoted from the rank of Agent back to officer, Ofc. Meier also received a significant unpaid suspension. As a result of this discipline, Ofc. Meier has experienced a financial impact in excess of $20,000 and will continue to experience such impact over the next few years as a result of his continued demotion.

In addition, he has stringent rules to follow while he remains employed with the Aurora Police Department. Among those rules he has signed an agreement that any similar or significant infraction will result in immediate termination.

We understand in order to maintain the public’s trust we need to be transparent with our actions. We take our responsibility to the public very serious and hold our members accountable for their wrong doings.
