Lawyer Posted Video of Cops Strip Searching Child in Public So Police Want to Put Him in a Cage

University of Virginia law professor and defense attorney Thomas Frampton was retained by the family of 23-year-old Clarence Green after Baton Rouge police officers violated Green’s civil rights and the rights of his 16-year-old brother during a traffic stop on January 1, 2020.

As TFTP reported at the time, Green and his minor brother were made to strip down nude on the roadside as cops fondled their genitals.

After Frampton released the body camera footage of the unlawful traffic stop and subsequent warrantless search of the Green family home, Baton Rouge police now want to arrest Frampton. According to Reason news:

"Frampton received notice that East Baton Rouge Parish Attorney Anderson “Andy” Dotson III, Assistant Parish Attorney Deelee S. Morris, and Special Assistant Parish Attorney Joseph K. Scott III had filed an order to hold him in contempt of court and put him behind bars for up to six months. The request cites a Louisiana state law that prohibits disseminating “records and reports” relevant to juvenile court proceedings."

As we reported, lead officer in the case, Sergeant Ken Camallo initiated the traffic stop after finding an out-of-state vehicle parked in front of what he determined to be a known drug house. The traffic stop started as a fishing expedition which turned into strip searches of the two males, one a minor, in public.

Camello and his fellow officers then drove to Green’s home, entered the home without a warrant, and berated Green for telling his mom to call a lawyer. The threats to “f**k you up” for asking for a lawyer did not go unnoticed and were captured on body camera footage, so were the strip searches done in public. From the body camera footage it is clear the officers thoroughly checked both men’s genitals, over the protests of the young men involved.

Frampton got permission from Green’s family to release the body camera footage, which is also a matter of public record, to the public provoking a backlash of consternation from the public at large directed at the police department. Now, it seems, the district attorney’s office wants to prosecute Frampton for doing so.

Frampton, who won the civil suit against the Baton Rouge PD which a was settled out of court for $35,000, is now in the county’s crosshairs. The decision to go after the Green family’s attorney could be seen as retaliation against speaking out against their constitutional rights being violated but is also seen as a First-Amendment issue as well. The law professor wasted no time criticizing the district attorney’s decision to go after him. Frampton told Reason news:

"I’m not really surprised in the sense that if Baton Rouge thinks that it’s okay to strip-search citizens in public, including children, and run into homes, guns drawn, without a warrant…the fact they’d go after a law professor for releasing the video isn’t a huge shock…At the same time, it’s a little surprising they’d have the chutzpah to claim that they were interested in the juvenile’s privacy as the rationale for why I’m facing jail time when the city and police department have made abundantly clear that they have no respect for the privacy and dignity of children, or the population at large."

It’s the third time Camello has been accused of violating citizens’ rights in the line of duty. However, in Green’s case, the city, or better stated the taxpayers, had to foot the bill. Green also spent five months in jail before the charges were dismissed, time Green will never be able to get back. The federal judge presiding over the civil suit, Judge Brian A. Jackson had harsh words for the Baton Rouge police department and officer Camello, a 20-year-veteran. Jackson wrote:

"The state agents in this case demonstrated a serious and wanton disregard for Defendant’s constitutional rights, first by initiating a traffic stop on the thinnest of pretext, and then by haphazardly invading Defendant’s home (weapons drawn) to conduct an unjustified, warrantless search."

That’s right America, a cop with a history of abusing the civil rights of those he’s sworn to protect and serve, can stop, frisk, strip-search, and invade a family’s home, guns drawn, and the only person going to jail for 5 months is the citizen. While the Green family may have gotten a fair payday for their pain, now it seems lawyers are also fair game for a system rife with corruption.

Violent, Bigoted Cop Accused Of Beating Another Cop Is Upset His Text Messages Expose Him As A Violent Bigot

Lawyers for a cop accused of beating an undercover cop during a 2017 protest are pretty angry prosecutors have let the public know just what kind of bigoted dirtbag the indicted officer is.

St. Louis police officer Dustin Boone -- along with four other officers -- attacked undercover officer Luther Hall. Boone is white. Detective Hall is black. This is relevant information, even if Boone's lawyers are claiming his texts -- which contain plenty of bigotry -- aren't. Boone's legal rep is seeking to have prosecutors sanctioned for bringing Boone's texts to his prosecution.

Boone's attorney, Patrick Kilgore, argues in a court filing that the now-public information is "inflammatory, irrelevant, and highly prejudicial" and disclosing them violates a judge's order to file much of the information under seal. He notes that the St. Louis Post-Dispatch wrote about the texts and other information from the prosecutors' filing and claims it could taint the jury pool and keep Boone from receiving a fair trial.

They're definitely "inflammatory." How could they not be? These are former officer Boone's own words. And they seem relevant as they make it pretty clear how easily a bigot like Boone could "mistake" a black undercover officer for a protester in need of a beating. Here's Boone in a group text to other St. Louis police officers a few months prior to the beating he's now facing charges for:

"It's already a state of emergency!
There are r n***ers running wild all across the city and even if/when we catch them..... they don't get in any trouble because there are plate lips running the CAO!"

CAO is apparently a reference to the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office, which is under the supervision of the city's first Black circuit attorney, Kim Gardner.

That's not the only one containing the n-word. This term was used in a group text to "Kayla, Kelsea, Mom, Ashley Marie, Dad" that reads:

    "What city r we in?
These fuckin n***ers r the same as St. Louis n***ers."

So, the lawyer for this lovely person wants these texts tossed and prosecutors sanctioned for introducing "highly prejudicial" information. And, to be fair, it will certainly make jurors feel things about Boone that they likely wouldn't have felt without them. But is it too unfair? It certainly seems relevant -- not just because of how Boone apparently views black people, but because it also shows how gleefully he participated in the beating of a fellow officer.

Prosecutors say that Boone hooked his phone on his uniform and livestreamed Hall's beating for Ditto. The hour-long video wasn't saved, but prosecutors say Ditto's messages back and forth with Boone prove that she watched what happened — and that Boone was involved. Afterward, Ditto wrote "That was SOOOOOO COOL!!!!"

Perhaps the most memorable part of this exchange (other than Boone's sudden contrition after the news came out he had beaten an undercover detective) is his girlfriend's response to the beating. Everyone tells you "just comply" with cops' orders if you don't want to get hurt. Here's a civilian take, and it's a good one considering it's from someone who was in a personal relationship with a cop:

"But damn you guys need to practice more. Even I was confused. One guy was sayin HANDS DOWN, HANDS DOWN. Next dude saying HANDS UP. Then HANDS DOWN, HANDS DOWN, GET YOUR FU¢KIN HANDS UP."

And that's not the end of the disturbing communications. There are multiple texts celebrating excessive force use -- including Boone's efforts to ensure these beatings weren't captured by nearby CCTV cameras or bystanders. There's a text suggesting Boone stole money from a crime scene. There's a whole string of texts detailing he and his fellow officers' abuse of prescription drugs like Adderall and Concerta.

Here's his recommendation to fellow officer Kyle Santa who was asking on behalf of another police officer:

"Depends on if he wants to feel like he feels like seeing in HD and making night turn into day (adderall) or if he just wants to feel a really really focused white guy (concerta). Adderall is essentially cocaine base in a compressed pill form……. It's pretty special. It makes u chew on ur tongue and like ur lips like a crack head and u can't stop talking for the first 8 hours. It is also nearly impossible to get drunk AND cures hangovers in a matter of 11 minutes."

Sure, I can see why Boone's lawyer wants these messages kept out of court. They make his client look like a violent, racist drug addict. That's certainly not going to help -- not when his lawyer is trying to clear him of charges related to the violent beating of a black man… one that Boone seemingly would never have regretted if the beating victim hadn't turned out to be a fellow officer.

Even if Boone's lawyer manages to get these texts tossed and the prosecutors sanctioned, they'll hopefully be enough to prevent Dustin Boone from ever wearing a badge again. And it should serve as a wakeup call for all the officers he worked with -- the ones who ignored his violence, racism, and drug abuse until he made the only unforgiveable mistake: beating up another cop.

An entire sounder of pigs and only 2 of them had a clue what they were doing. The others displayed their ignorance with their lies, idiotic cop logic and copslaining. "I'm telling you this is private property," said one pig who is either too ignorant to discern "private" from "public" property or he's just a jackboot pig who believes citizens are obligated follow his unlawful demands and just lick his boots. Hats off to the officer and sergeant who actually knew the law and de-escalated the situation the other pigs had needlessly created.

Alabama Deputy Sued After Cuffing An Arrestee So Tightly His Hand Had To Be Amputated

There's a saying lots of cops and cop defenders use. It rhymes, so it's easy to remember and even easier to deploy carelessly anytime someone expresses doubts about excessive force or excessive sentencing.

"Don't do the crime if you can't do the time."

Thanks, Baretta. I'm not sure how Robert Blake feels about this catchphrase after his trip through the criminal justice system, but it nonetheless persists.

But what happens if you don't do the crime, still do the time, and then have something truly awful happen to you as a result of your forced "interaction" with local law enforcement? Well, things like this happen... things that should never happen.

Before Giovanni Loyola was arrested in February 2020, he enjoyed using his hands and worked mainly in construction. Now the 26-year-old is unable to fasten his own belt or tie his shoes, his attorney said.

Loyola had segments of fingers removed in several operations last year, and doctors ultimately had to amputate his entire left hand. According to a federal civil rights complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama last month, the amputation was the result of injuries sustained from being left for hours in overly tight handcuffs after a disorderly-conduct arrest.

Yeah, that's the "time" Loyola will be doing for the rest of his life for the "crime" of telling sheriff's deputies there was no altercation happening at his home. The lawsuit (which the Jeff Bezos-owned Washington Post apparently can't afford to make available at its website) says Jefferson County (Alabama) deputy Christopher Godber showed up at Loyola's mothers house in response to reports two males were fighting and carrying weapons.

Loyola was watching TV at the time and no fighting was happening at the residence. Apparently, Deputy Godber didn't care for the "nothing to see here, please move along" answers he was receiving from Loyola. So, he needlessly escalated the situation.

When Plaintiff answered the door he asked the deputies standing there what was wrong. Deputy Godber, without answering and without asking permission to enter the home, reached inside the doorway, grabbed Plaintiff by the wrist and jerked him outside the home and down the steps.

Deputy Godber then slammed Plaintiff against a car, threw him to the ground and punched him in the face with his fist.

Deputy Godber then cuffed Plaintiff’s hands together behind his back extremely tightly and placed his knee on Plaintiff’s upper back with Deputy Godber’s weight on the knee.

According to the lawsuit, Deputy Godber had a good 50 pounds on the person he was restraining, not to mention the advantage of having both of his hands uncuffed. Godber still holds the advantage, months after this arrest, with Loyola losing one hand to Godber's refusal to loosen the cuffs.

Loyola then spent the weekend in jail. He was arrested for "contempt of cop:" disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. Outstanding warrants for traffic violations kept him in jail for ten more days. He was given no medical treatment while incarcerated. By the time he was released, it was too late to save his hand.

After Plaintiff got out of jail on February 28, 2020, his left wrist was still in tremendous pain. He went to Christ Health Center where the physician provided him with a medical excuse stating that “[h]e was found to have a severe problem with blood flow to his left hand and is in need of emergent surgery.”

Plaintiff was admitted to St. Vincent’s East and remained there until March 2, 2020. 28. On February 28, upon admission to the Emergency Department, the notes state that Plaintiff had “gray fingertips and concern for necrosis of the left hand. He has had increasing pain in his fingertips after he was handcuffed 4 days ago and sent in from Christ Health Center for rule out of dissection.”

First, surgeons removed two fingertips. But the necrosis had advanced too far to save the hand.

Plaintiff went home but returned to the hospital on March 17, 2020, complaining of extreme pain in his fingers. Plaintiff was admitted to the hospital on March 17, 2020 and remained there until March 25, 2020. Those medical records state that “He reports he was arrested about 3 weeks ago and after wearing handcuffs his fingers turned blue and became painful.”

Over the next ten months Plaintiff went to Saint Vincent’s Hospital and then to UAB for continued treatment of his hand, but due to the injuries inflicted on him by the deputies’ improper use of handcuffs, Plaintiff’s left hand has had to be amputated.

Apart from the obvious senseless permanent injury inflicted on Loyola, the lawsuit also alleges other Fourth Amendment violations, like the illegal seizure of Loyola by the deputy who dragged him out of his house before throwing him to the ground and cuffing him, And there was a supposed "safety sweep" of the house no one was fighting in -- one that happened with all residents outside of the home and (obviously) without a warrant.

"Don't do the crime." But no crime had occurred until Deputy Godber escalated the situation by reaching across the house's threshold to grab Loyola. Anything that happened past that point was pretty much manufactured by the deputy's deployment of force. The incident report claims Loyola was "drunk and belligerent" but those aren't criminal acts, especially since Loyola was still in his own home -- right up until Deputy Godber dragged him out of it. Calling the violent arrest an "altercation" is just standard exonerative prose -- something seen in pretty much every report covering deployments of excessive force.

This call could have been handled without an arrest and without a man losing his hand and his livelihood. But it wasn't because the law enforcement officer on the scene decided it had to go the way it did. At the end of this -- even if Loyola wins in court -- Deputy Godber will still have his job and both of his hands. At worst, he may only be out of a job temporarily. But the punishment inflicted on Loyola by Godber will last a lifetime.

Dallas Officer Tyrone Williams Jr. Arrested for Child Sex Assault

Dallas Police officer Tyrone Williams Jr. was arrested today for child sexual assault. According to media reports, the Dallas Police Department (DPD) is not releasing any further details at this time other than saying his arrest was the result of an internal affairs investigation. He was booked into the Dallas County Jail and is currently being housed in cell 2WL11 at the North Tower Detention Facility, but he probably will not be there for long because his bail is currently listed as just $25,000. Hopefully that amount will be enhanced by the time he is finished making his first appearance before Judge Isabel Cruz.

Officer Williams joined the DPD in 2009 and was assigned to the South Central Patrol Division.

‘Hero Cop’ Turned Alleged Serial Rapist, Indicted on Multiple Counts of Kidnapping and Rape

Back in 2017, then Decherd Police Officer Tristan Delacruz made national headlines for carrying around toys with him on patrol “just in case an event arises that requires spreading smiles on children’s faces during traffic stops.” Fast forward to 2021, and we are finding out that the reason for carrying toys on patrol may have been absolutely atrocious.

For unknown reasons, after his stint with the Decherd Police Department, Delacruz was hired on in the neighboring town of Winchester as a police officer. It would be at the Winchester police department where he watched his law enforcement career come crashing down.

Last year, multiple allegations from multiple alleged rapes began to surface and an investigation was launched by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).In October 2020, agents with the TBI received a request from the 12th District Attorney General J. Michael Taylor to launch the investigation and they made a startling discovery. This Tennessee cop, who was the nation’s hero in 2017, was alleged to be a serial rapist.

According to a report from WGNS, during the course of the investigation, agents developed information that identified Delacruz as the individual allegedly responsible for multiple incidents of sexual assault in March of 2020.

Not wanting to get their hands dirty, after the TBI made their allegations, the Winchester Police Department quickly moved to distance themselves from Delacruz and fired him.

The firing was a good move as before the investigation was complete, Delacruz would be arrested for domestic assault on October 20. He was charged with three counts of domestic assault, two counts of interference with an emergency, two counts of vandalism of property valued at between $1,000 and $2,500, false imprisonment, theft of property valued at between $250 and $1,000, and harassment.

As the original investigation continued, and while Delacruz was out on bail, he was arrested again in November 2020 in connection with another assault incident. Apparently, while under investigation for being a serial rapist, Delacruz began stalking his ex-wife and racked up another laundry list of charges.

Finally in May, this serial offender was arrested again as the TBI wrapped up their investigation.

This alleged serial rapist was then hit with a slew of charges stemming from multiple rapes. He then appeared in the Franklin County Circuit Courtroom where he was indicted on six counts of rape, six counts of sexual battery, two counts of domestic assault, one count of false imprisonment, two counts of aggravated kidnapping and one count of aggravated assault.

According to the report, his bail was originally set at $1 million to keep this monster behind bars. However, earlier this month, Judge Thomas Graham reduced the bond to just $100,000 and Delacruz was able to post the bond and was released from custody — despite his track record of repeat offenses while out on bail.

The details of the rapes have not been released and it is unclear if they took place on duty or off. The disgraced officer is now set to appear in a Franklin County Circuit Courtroom on July 29, 2021.

It is indeed a crap shoot when it comes to putting away serial rapist cops so Delacruz may or may not spend more time behind bars. Many times, some of the most vile offenders will receive a slap on the wrist for their crimes.

As TFTP reported, another serial rapist police officer, who admitted to using his badge and cruiser to prey on innocent women — by raping them while on duty — was handed down an insultingly low sentence in 2019. After pleading guilty to five counts of sexual misconduct against multiple victims, and possession of child porn, former Louisville Metro Police officer Pablo Cano, received just five years behind bars.

These low IQ oath breakers who have no clue of the laws they are attempting to enforce illegally detain a man who is engaged in LEGAL activity. Shocker, huh? Finally, after realizing or being told by one of their superiors that what the man was doing was perfectly legal, the jackboots released the man. This same man has been arrested and illegally detained several times over the course of a few years by ignorant pigs who have no clue of the gun laws in Florida. Idiots wearing costumes and badges continuing to earn the hate.

These morons wearing costumes and badges act inconvenienced by this man calling them and informing them that he'd found a gun in a canal. Once the pigs realized the man was filming the interaction they got butthurt and started copsplaining and lying, telling the man that he can't film them. Even as the man explains that he is a Youtuber and he and his crew go all over the country removing trash from different bodies of water, the pigs continue their crusade to violate the man's rights.

I'm guessing the Memphis PD must have been hit with some defunding and budget cuts. Not just because of the lack of quality policing shown in the video, but due to their use of Walmart carryout bags for securing evidence.

Another drunk driving pig who believes he is above the law and is seeking some of that magical blue line privilege, but the arresting officers weren't handing it out that day. The drunk pig then goes on to accuse the arresting officers of ruining his career and has the audacity to ask them, "Why are you doing this to me?" This pig, along with most, are used to having free reign with little or no accountability for their criminal behavior. This is rapidly changing with constant exposure and with people paying attention to the all too obvious corruption in law enforcement.

NYPD Cop Raped by Fellow Cops So Often & Violently, She Was Left Physically Deformed

A lawsuit brought against the NYPD by one of their own officers makes explosive claims against multiple officers who she says repeatedly and brutally raped her for years without repercussions. According to Maria Mendez, who worked in the city’s 32nd precinct for 14 years, two officers, a detective, and one FDNY firefighter repeatedly drugged, beat and raped her without consequence, despite her superiors knowing about the abuse.

According to Mendez’s lawsuit, this 14-year veteran of the NYPD was regular forced to ingest oxycodone, ecstasy and alcohol. According to Mendez, the rapist cops videoed the abuse and would share the videos with high-ranking officers like Deputy Chief Michael Baker and Capt. Neil Zuber who allegedly viewed the content but looked the other way instead of acting.

In her lawsuit, Mendez says the abuse began when her former patrol partner, Officer Ryan Marrero drugged her with oxycontin before violently raping and sodomizing her. The NY Post reports:

"Once photos and videos of the rapes made the rounds in the department, other cops, including Officer Jimmy Gutierres and Detective Michael Ganz, demanded sex acts from her and then raped her, the suit states.

During one occasion, Marrero forced her to attend an NYPD Christmas party with him and said if she didn’t, he’d tell her husband about the drugs and nude pictures he forced her to take.

Following the party, Marrero allegedly grabbed her by the throat, shoved a silver handgun in her mouth and ordered her into the back seat of his car, where he proceeded to rape her vaginally, anally and orally.

When she told him to stop, Marrero allegedly told her to 'shut the f–k up' and that if she 'doesn’t stop resisting,' he would take pictures of her and send them to her husband. He then called a fellow officer, Peter Montalbano, and told him to join him 'so he can have some fun too with a Dominican slut like her,' the suit claims."

In the lawsuit, Mendez claims she was afraid to inform her supervisors because “who would believe that a trained police officer could be sexually assaulted much less by another police officer,” and any time she tried to report the abuse afterward, superiors did nothing to help.

In horrific detail, Mendez describes the abuse in her lawsuit, claiming Morrero would rape her in public on streets across Harlem, knowing they would they wouldn’t be caught. According to the lawsuit, the rapes happened all across the city as well as in the police officer’s lounge, and even while they were out on emergency calls.

Mendez says at one point, Morrero brought her to the top of a city building and threatened to throw her off if she told.

Mendez says she was repeatedly beaten, “brutally punched,” “kicked” and “strangled,” as an officer would force their “fist” inside her anus and vagina, causing her series injuries, leaving her physically deformed.

Mendez claims that Morrero would brag about raping unconscious women “because they don’t fight back,” and he also showed her photos of underage girls he claimed to have raped as well.

After Mendez finally got someone in the department to hear her case in July of 2019, she presented the Manhattan District Attorney’s Sex Crimes Unit with a slew of evidence, including mobile devices, 20 activity logs and more than 100 pairs of “soiled” underwear and a DNA sample.

However, a year later, Mendez was told there would be no prosecution. Despite the trove of physical evidence and the deformities to “her vagina and anus requiring surgical repair,” the Sex Crimes Unit claimed they didn’t have enough evidence to move forward. Case closed.

Now, Mendez is suing and her lawsuit exposes an alleged deep pit of corruption within the NYPD’s ranks. The NY Post reports:

"The suit paints a vivid picture of sexual abuse and harassment that ran rampant at the precinct where Mendez was not only regularly raped but was subjected to sexualized comments and requests by lieutenants and sergeants — and, eventually, deaf ears when she tried to report the crimes.

Lt. Julio Calle allegedly asked Mendez to 'spoon feed him in his bed because she’s Dominican' and also asked to suck her toes, while Sgt. Alfred Gallicchio is accused of taking pictures of a sergeant while she pumped breast milk — and then daring a subordinate to steal the milk and drink it, which he did.

Gallicchio, a union delegate, is also accused of asking Mendez to perform threesomes and making grotesque comments like 'Let me drink the p—y juice' and 'I’ll lick your p—y all day' and other remarks about having sex with her.

When Mendez confided in Lt. Filastin Srour, a woman, about the constant rapes and abuse she was enduring, Srour allegedly failed to take the necessary action she was required to as a supervisor. Instead, she called Mendez a 'slut' and threatened that if she 'didn’t stop making false allegations against good officers … she’d be forced to take action against her,' the suit claims."

What this case illustrates, if Mendez’s claims are true, is the power of the blue wall of silence. Even when exposing horrifying abuse within their ranks, the blue wall of silence will protect their own and cast out those who attempt to shine a light into the darkness.

There's a reason why the "disorderly conduct" charge is vague. Police can use it anytime they want.
