Mom Caught a Cop Molesting Her Daughter in Bathroom, He Then Threatened to Kill Them Both

Bristow, OK — Imagine for a moment that you are a parent of a 9-year-old girl. You daughter tells you she is going to the bathroom but then doesn’t come back for a while. When you go to check on her, you find a grown man with his hand in your daughter’s pants, molesting her. This is exactly what happened to a mother and daughter in Oklahoma. However, when she caught the child predator in the bathroom, things got even scarier — because the predator was a cop.

Bristow police officer Bradley Don Goodin, was arrested in 2019 and charged with three counts of lewd molestation and two counts of child sexual abuse in separate cases. According to investigators, there were multiple victims — not just the 9-year-old girl who was molested in the bathroom.

Goodin was set to start his trial this week but in a last-minute move, he pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a little girl in a likely attempt to avoid a longer sentence. According to the DOJ, in a February 2021 superseding indictment, Goodin was charged with sexually abusing a total of three minors. He was also charged with being a felon in possession of 21 firearms. Goodin chose to plead guilty rather than go to trial.

According to the US Attorney’s office for the Northern District of Oklahoma, Goodin, 46, pleaded guilty to abusive sexual contact with a child under 12 in Indian Country. As part of the plea agreement, he agreed to a sentence of 15 years in federal prison. U.S. District Judge Gregory K. Frizzell will make the final sentencing determination at a hearing set for Aug. 11, 2021.

“Bradley Goodin was a danger to children, but now thanks to the Sapulpa Police Department, Creek County Sheriff’s Office, the FBI, and my office, he is a convicted child predator who will spend significant time in federal prison,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the parent of one of the victims walked into a bathroom on Oct. 5, 2019 and found Goodin with his hand inside the little girl’s pants. When the mother told this monster to leave his daughter alone, Goodin is alleged to have threatened to hurt the mother and the child if they told anyone.

“The witness said she and the defendant began to argue about what she saw,” an investigator alleged in the affidavit. “The witness said the defendant made several threats of bodily injury if she told anyone.”

In a child forensic interview, the girl described two incidents when Goodin sexually abused her on Oct. 5, 2019. During the second incident, the victim’s mother walked in. The girl was afraid to tell her mother what was happening at the time because she feared he would harm them. She later disclosed the abuse. With the aid of a neighbor, the mother fled the home with her children and contacted the Sapulpa Police Department. At the time of the incident, Goodin was an officer with Bristow Police Department. He has not been employed with the department since November 2019.

Goodin claimed to be applying itch creme to the girl’s bug bites. But the mother and the daughter both say otherwise. Goodin then went on to claim his watch got stuck in the girl’s clothing, which the mother mistook as molestation.

“The third time the defendant explained what happened,” an investigator wrote in the affidavit. “He said his watchband that he wears on his left wrist got caught in the shirt the victim was wearing and that must have been what the witness saw and mistook as him touching her.”

While this may have been temporarily believable on the surface, when another young victim came forward, all Goodin’s credibility went out the window. The second victim, an 11-year-old girl, told investigators that Goodin had touched her inappropriately more than five times, according to a probable cause affidavit.

It is a sad day when police officers — the ones who claim to protect us — are caught preying on society’s most vulnerable. However, there are a lot of sad days as this situation plays out like a broken record, over and over again.

Pedophiles often seek out positions of power and authority over children so they are in a position to abuse. Priests, teachers, coaches, police officers, counselors, and others are just some of the fields in which pedophiles will attempt to gain employment. Unfortunately, it’s not the first time we have reported on police officers preying on children, even in the bathroom.

As TFTP has reported, a study exposed the startling fact that police officers are arrested about 1,100 times a year, or roughly three officers charged every day. Many of these arrests are over unspeakable sex crimes.

“Police crimes are not uncommon,” the study’s lead researcher Philip M. Stinson concluded. “Our data directly contradicts some of the prevailing assumptions and the proposition that only a small group of rotten apples perpetrate the vast majority of police crime.” Although nearly 60 percent of the crimes “occurred when the officer was technically off-duty,” Stinson wrote, “a significant portion of these so-called off-duty crimes also lies within the context of police work and the perpetrator’s role as a police officer, including instances where off-duty officers flash a badge, an official weapon, or otherwise use their power, authority, and the respect afforded to them as a means to commit crime.”

According to a report from WaPo, in cases involving allegations of sexual abuse, 72 percent of the officers were fired, and more than 80 percent resulted in convictions, the study found. There were 422 reported cases of forcible and statutory rape, 352 cases of forcible fondling and 94 sodomy cases over the seven years of the study, which Stinson called “larger than expected based on the existing research.” The data search turned up 174 examples of male officers arrested in cases of “Driving While Female,” in which women drivers were harassed or assaulted. About 82 percent of those cases ended in convictions.

Despite the high rate of conviction, the sentences handed out are insultingly low.

So, pigs think they are allowed to blatantly violate laws in order to potentially enforce other laws? This would only makes sense if you're a pig in the blue line gang. Rules for you, but not for blue.

Police Chief Demanded to Rape Cop’s Wife, 12yo Daughter in Exchange Promotion—NOT FIRED

Vineland, NJ — As the Free Thought Project reports on a regular basis, police officers across the country are constantly being caught in the most insidious and horrifying situations. Many of these situations involve sexual misconduct and many of those involve children. In the following instance, however, this situation involves an officer who allegedly wanted to sexually violate both an adult and a child at the same time and he used his position as chief to attempt to get there.

Vineland Police Chief Rudy Beu is in charge of over 150 cops within the department. One of these cops, who has been with the department for more than a decade reported Beu for sexual harassment in 2017. This is not your typical, “sleep with me to get promoted,” harassment, however. This harassment involved the officer’s wife and underage daughter.

As NJ.com reported at the time:

"The officer, whose name is being withheld by NJ Advance Media due to his fear of retaliation, reported the allegations to solicitor Richard Tonetta in September 2017, five months after the first incident, according to emails obtained by NJ Advance Media.

The officer said Beu made sexual comments about his wife and daughter on multiple occasions. The first allegedly happened on April 7, 2017 during a Philadelphia Phillies game. The officer said he and his wife were at McFadden’s Sports Bar with friends when the chief, who also happened to be at the bar, told him he would promote him if he could leave with her. He claims the chief and another high-ranking officer asked his wife what assets the cop had to help him be promoted and pointed up and down her body."

“She felt very uncomfortable, and that is when she walked away,” the officer told NJ Advance Media.

But it didn’t stop there. According to the officer, Beu would make several more advances, telling the cop he let him skip another officer who was up for promotion. When told he would be promoted, the officer reportedly told the chief that he didn’t think it was fair to be promoted without earning it first. That’s when the proposition came.

“I was about to leave, and he said, ‘Well if I could have your wife,” the officer said. “As I go out the door, he says ‘How about your daughter?’ and he starts laughing.”

The chief then reportedly followed the officer outside and spoke to his daughter, telling her that her father would be receiving a promotion soon.

The officer’s daughter is a child who is under 13-years-old, making these alleged comments tantamount to premeditated child rape.

    NJ.com reports:

"he officer said his son, a teenager, and daughter, who was under 13, were sitting in his truck outside the department at the time, and the chief followed him and yelled to the children that he would be promoting their father, the cop claims.

A few weeks later, on the advice of the union, Vineland PBA Local 266, the officer met with the city solicitor Tonetta to document the complaints. He claims Tonetta called the chief 'unprofessional.'"

“(The comments) were absolutely unprofessional and if it happened the way officer said it happened, it is illegal,” Vineland PBA Local 266 President Craig Scarpa said. “I have no reason to believe that it did not happen that way because I have seen and witnessed Mr. Beu be untruthful too many times.”

After a years-long investigation, Judge Raymond A. Batten ruled Beu, 60, was guilty of insubordination, conduct unbecoming a public employee and neglect of duty as well as other charges over these allegations. But this alleged child predator cop’s blue privilege was thick and he wasn’t even suspended!

City officials wanted to suspend the chief for 180 days without pay as well as demote him, pressofatlanticcity.com reported. But in the April 23 written decision, Batten recommended that Beu merely be demoted to deputy chief.

Beu, who has served as chief since 2017, has been on paid vacation, receiving his $154,734-a-year job since Feb. 26, 2020, pressofatlanticcity.com reported.

“Suspension now for any period of time would achieve neither meaningful nor curative purposes,” Batten wrote in his recommendation.

This cop was found guilty of demanding to have involuntary sex, aka rape, a child and a woman in exchange for promotion, and he wasn’t arrested or even fired. It is no wonder Americans are losing faith in police at an increasing rate.

While this story may seem outlandish, TFTP has reported on an officer raping a fellow cop’s child before. A former officer with the LAPD pleaded guilty in April 2019 to raping a 13-year-old girl. The girl was the the daughter of his good friend—who is also a fellow cop.

Kenneth Collard, 52, pleaded guilty to two counts of lewd act upon a child in the April 4, 2018 attack, during which he was still employed as a police officer, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said. Unlike Beu, this cop was sentenced to 5 years behind bars.

New Bill Will Prevent Fired ‘Gypsy Cops’ From Moving to New Departments to Strike Again

As TFTP reported last June, several teenagers were hanging out with friends, on their own property when officers with the Woodlynne police department walked up to them. Without provocation, Woodlynne police officer Ryan Dubiel randomly pulled out his pepper spray and blasted one of the teens in the face with the spray before spraying several others. This move led to charges against this officer but when his case began to face scrutiny, we learned he had an extremely tainted history and should have never had a badge that day.

A the time the charges were released, prosecutors admitted that in his short career, the 31-year-old has worked for nine police departments.

Nine departments! This man should have never been hired with the Woodlynne police department, nor the 6 or 7 other departments before that, yet he was. He has faced misconduct allegations before but like so many other officers, was allowed to resign before facing any consequences. Apparently, he did this at least 8 times before he attacked these innocent teens.

As part of his sentencing earlier this year, the court ruled that Dubiel would no longer be able to work in a taxpayer funded position ever again — meaning this extremely bad cop can never go near a badge and a gun for the rest of his life, no matter what agency he may choose to roam to.

Had a policy like this been in place at the departments for which Dubiel used to work, the children assaulted by Dubiel last year would have never met this cop, and this violent officer would have been gone long ago. However, it was not policy and was just one court case, so gypsy cops remain a very real problem in the United States.

At least one lawmaker in New York is seeking to shift this paradigm and has crafted legislation that will bar bad cops from simply resigning and moving to another department like Dubiel did 8 times.

“If you have the power and the privilege to enforce the law, you must be held to a higher standard,” New York State Senator Brian Benjamin, who is sponsoring the proposed bill, told CBS News. “That standard has to include making sure that cops know that they can’t just do whatever they want to do.”

According to the bill, as CBS reports, officers who resign while under investigation, while they are the subject of disciplinary action that could result in their termination, or while facing pending criminal charges resulting from their actions while on duty would be unable to be hired in the state as a police officer. The law would apply to police officers coming from out of state as well.

“Accountability is a must,” Benjamin said. “It is the first step to justice,”

The senator expects the bill to pass as it is common sense not to hire cops who attempt to escape accountability for their crimes by moving to another department.

“A bill like this is a common sense bill,” Benjamin said. “I actually don’t have any concerns about it passing because the bill is a very basic bill and it’s hard for anyone to justify, particularly in this moment, the idea that if a cop was fired in one jurisdiction, they can get a job in another jurisdiction.”

This bill should actually be federal law as TFTP has reported on countless incidents in which cops who should have been fired or charged, simply move to another department and torture, maim, or kill again.

Another example of one of these cops is Greenville County deputy Kevin Azzara. On the night of June 14, 2019, Azzara walked up to a couple’s home, rang the doorbell and then shot the homeowner, Dick Tench four times before he could even open the door.

The entire scene was captured on the officer’s body camera, and officer’s original version of events did not match the video at all. Despite the blatant discrepancies between what the officer claimed happened and what actually happened, Azzara was ruled justified in his actions.

When we dug into Azzara’s past after the shooting, we learned that he’d been involved in yet another unjustified shooting — in which he killed a 50-year-old man — and was even fired for it. He also killed three dogs. However, he was allowed to keep his law enforcement license and moved to Greenville, South Carolina where he shot an innocent man.

This is a problem and needs to stop. Legislation like this bill in New York will undoubtedly prevent future suffering and death.

Whoops. This wasn't officer Francis' first time being told by one of his superiors to release someone who he had illegally arrested for failure to ID. And as evidenced in his interview with the Professional Standards Division he still doesn't understand the simple failure to ID statute and that it is only applicable as a secondary charge....after someone has been arrested.

WATCH: Cops Harass, Detain Innocent Woman Claiming Her Shorts Were Too Short

Oklahoma City, OK — An Oklahoma mother was detained by police and humiliated on her family vacation after an officer accused her of wearing shorts that were too short. A TikTok video of the incident has sparked quite the backlash online and garnered support for the young mother.

On April 30, Bailey Breedlove took her children to Frontier City, a Six Flags amusement park in Oklahoma City. For the first couple of hours, she and her family had an amazing time. The good times quickly came to a halt, however, when a uniformed police officer approached her.

Breedlove explained that police originally approached her because her daughter rolled down a hill with shoes that have wheels in the heels, known as “heelies.”

“About 7 pm my daughter was yelled at by a park police officer for rolling down a hill on her heelies right next to me,” Breedlove wrote on Facebook. In a video on TikTok, Breedlove explained that the stop for the heelies was completely understandable, but what happened next went over the top.

Breedlove says the officer who stopped her proceeded to tell Breedlove that her shorts were too short. This was in spite of the fact that everyone who enters the park goes through a checkpoint and is inspected by park personnel.

As per Six Flags’ park policies, it does specify that entry can be denied to “anyone who refuses to comply with the dress code.” However, there isn’t any specific mention about the length of shorts and Breedlove was originally allowed into the park.

Not wanting to be harassed over her attire, Breedlove says she then walked away.

“Then she [the police officer] proceeded to follow me and grabbed my arm to turn me around and proceeded to tell me my shorts were too short,” Breedlove explained. “I committed no crime and proceeded to walk to my boyfriend as I am autistic and have a hard time talking to officers. She followed me yelling and calling for backup.”

The video picks up at this time as Breedlove and her children are being detained by police and a park manager over her choice of shorts.

“I was told I needed to go buy new shorts which I am not obligated to purchase anything I don’t want to,” she said.

As the video shows, the officer is demanding Breedlove’s ID to which the young mother refuses as she had committed no crime. When Breedlove asked why she needed to show her ID, she was given the response, “because they are the police.”

Breedlove says the officers refused to provide badge numbers and then forced the family to leave despite Breedlove acquiescing to the demand to buy new shorts.

“They wouldn’t provide us with badge numbers and I was terrified I was about to go to jail over a pair of shorts,” she said. “Then I was threatened with criminal trespassing when I agreed to buy new shorts so my family could enjoy their vacation,” she said.

In a post on Facebook, Breedlove noted that she was banned from the park for five years. She then wrote a message for the Oklahoma police department stating: “Your officers had my 11-year-old daughter crying hysterically thinking her mother was about to be arrested. Your policies are vague and confusing and the way you body shame and discriminate is unlawful.”

“I have a 5-year ban now but will not be returning to any of your parks if this is how you treat a woman and law abiding citizens and visitors. You should be ashamed with yourselves,” she wrote.

In another TikTok video, Breedlove posted photos of the shorts in question. They are pictured above and are nothing out of the ordinary.

Breedlove issued an update this week noting that the Oklahoma police department contacted her and said it was not an Oklahoma city officer and that they are looking into the situation.

Young Woman Stops to Help Man Hit By Car, Drunk Cop Drives Up and Kills Them Both

Baltimore, MD — A tragedy unfolded in Maryland this month when Berlynn Matthews, 21, stopped to help Joshua Day, 34, who had been struck by a vehicle while crossing the road. Tragically, as Matthews rendered aid to Day, a man whose job consists of locking people up for driving drunk, came by driving drunk, and killed them both.

Three days after Matthews and Day were killed on the roadside, Baltimore County Police Department disclosed that Baltimore County Police Officer William Collazo-Brown, 24, was the person responsible for their deaths.

Collazo-Brown’s police powers were suspended and he was subsequently fired after investigators said he was the driver of a Kawasaki Vulcan motorcycle that was used to kill Matthews and Day.

“Police are in the process of reviewing this case,” said Joy Lepola, with Baltimore County Police. “As you might imagine, this is an extremely complex case which will take a great deal of investigating.”

    According to Patch.com:

"According to the Baltimore County Police Department, a motorist driving a Subaru Legacy southbound on North Point Boulevard hit 34-year-old Joshua Day of the 2600 block of Edgemere Avenue while Day was walking westbound across North Point Boulevard. The driver pulled over and stopped the vehicle on the east edge of North Point Blvd.

A second motorist driving by the crash saw Day in the roadway and stopped on the west edge of North Point Blvd. When Berlynn Matthews, 21, of the 400 block of Nollmeyer Road, walked into the road to assist Day, she was hit and killed by Collazo-Brown who also hit and killed Day, police said.

Friends of Matthews said it was commonplace for this 21-year-old young woman to frequently reach out to those in need and help them. Friends of Day said he was the same.

“My sister called me — I guess it was about 7:30 in the morning — that the police officers needed to talk to me,” Day’s aunt, Wendy Edenton told WBAL. “He was a happy-go-lucky person, always helping out the neighbors.”

“Really anybody is used to seeing him walk down the street and asking him for help, and everything, and when we’re not seeing that anymore, it’s a shock,” said Day’s neighbor and friend, Alexis Welzenbach.

Edenton said she’s keeping Matthews and her family in her thoughts.

“My heart goes out to them,” Edenton said. “She tried to get out and tried to save my nephew and she also got her life taken away.”

Unfortunately, those tasked with enforcing DUI laws are often the heaviest of offenders thanks to their special privilege under the law. The term ‘blue privilege’ exists and is well known because police officers will commit crimes, often far worse than civilians, and face little to no consequences. This is especially common among traffic offenses like speeding and driving under the influence (DUI).

In one example, Breckinridge County Sheriff Todd Pate was arrested after crashing his car into a woman while drunk out of his mind. According to the police report, Pate could barely talk, had bloodshot eyes, and had trouble even standing up. The report noted he had “blood shot eyes,” “slurred speech,” was “unsteady on his feet,” and smelled a “strong odor of alcohol.” When administered a breathalyzer, the sheriff blew twice the legal limit.

The police report also noted that the arresting officer caught Pate hiding beer bottles in the woods after he crashed. Instead of rendering aid to his victim, the sheriff took to destroying evidence. The woman driving the car that Pate smashed into had to be rushed to the hospital with life threatening injuries. Pate suffered only minor scrapes.

After the crash it was revealed that 20 minutes prior, Pate had been stopped for swerving all over the road. However, because he was a cop, he was let go only to nearly kill a woman minutes later.

What’s more, Pate was arrested several years prior, also for drunk driving and threatening to kill his wife. However, nothing ever came of it and not only was he not jailed, but he was allowed to remain sheriff.

More blue line privilege for another criminal wearing a costume and badge. This POS pig was convicted of 4 felonies and 3 misdemeanors, but only received 100 hours of community service and paid $375 in court fees. No prison or jail time and no accountability.
