Cop Facing Life in Prison for Pulling Over Women, Kidnapping and Raping Them

Arcola, TX — Officials in Arcola are asking anyone with knowledge of alleged kidnappings and rapes by one of their police officers to come forward. They believe the women he allegedly raped following traffic stops may not be his only victims.

Hector Aaron Ruiz, 25, was originally arrested and charged with coercing a woman he pulled over on November 16th, 2019 into a sex act. In other words, he used his badge to get sexual favors from those victims he was pulling over. A unnamed woman (victims of sexual assault are not identified out of respect for their privacy) said Ruiz pulled her over, told her to follow him in her car, took her to a dark place, and demanded sex.

Now, he faces even more charges in a federal indictment.

On Nov. 10, Ruiz was charged with aggravated sexual abuse and kidnapping while serving as an officer for the Arcola Police Department, according to prosecutors. He faces up to life in prison if found guilty.

One of the victims apparently knew better than to report Ruiz to his own police department. Instead, she went to Manvel PD to report being raped by Ruiz following a reported traffic stop for moving violations. Manvel contacted Arcola PD, then the Texas Rangers took over the investigation.

    As Click2Houston reports,

"Ruiz was originally arrested on warrants last month, stemming from an incident prosecutors said occurred on Nov. 16, 2019. A 23-year-old woman accused him of sexually assaulting her during a traffic stop. Ruiz was charged with the state charges of felony sexual assault and official oppression charges in connection with that incident. Less than a month later, Ruiz was charged with two new charges of felony sexual assault and official oppression after another accuser came forward, according to the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office.

The woman told police in August, her boyfriend was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge. Ruiz arrived at the traffic stop to provide Spanish translations for the woman and her boyfriend, officials say. He then gave her a ride home, prosecutors wrote in a press release. 'When they arrived at her residence, he forced her to engage in a sexual act,' officials wrote."

This alleged monster also stands accused of falsifying dashboard camera and body microphone recordings with the intent to obstruct the federal investigation into his crimes.

Law enforcement said they believe there could possibly be more victims of Ruiz and asked anyone with information to call the FBI at 713-693-5000.

WATCH: Cop Fired for Dragging Man from Car, Using ‘Soccer Style Kick’, Repeatedly Punching Him

Dayton, OH — In 2016, Deputy Rod Brown was given the award of Deputy of the Month from the Montgomery County sheriff’s department for his response to a fatal crash related to a police pursuit, where he extinguished a car fire and pulled a victim from the burning vehicle. Fast forward to this week and he was fired for pulling another person from a vehicle, but instead of saving him, he beat the hell out of him.

Brown was seen on disturbing video footage pulling a man through the passenger side of a vehicle, delivering repeated punches and a kicks that were entirely unnecessary.

The incident unfolded in July after Rondale Hampton led Brown on a pursuit. According to WHIO, Hampton was indicted on failure to comply charges connected to the chase last month and is now out of jail on bond. He’s pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Sheriff Rob Streck fired Brown for his actions that night — both for the excessive violence used by the deputy as well as his name calling and language.

“The ISU investigation found that deputies are not trained to strike subjects in the face to gain compliance. Likewise, the soccer style kick to the stomach is also not a method in which deputies trained,” the report read. “Deputy Brown’s language was not only unnecessary, it was discourteous, disrespectful and unprofessional.”

Naturally, the police union disagrees and claims that when Brown pulled Hampton from the car by his arm, repeatedly punching him, calling him a f*****, and kicking him like a soccer ball, the deputy “used appropriate force to effectuate an arrest” and that it was “necessary.” The union excused Brown’s behavior, noting that his violence was excusable because he had “tunnel vision” after Hampton allegedly wrecked into another officer’s cruiser.

“Deputy Brown described this event as one of the most violent things he has seen in all his years as a law enforcement officer,” the summary read. “When he went to the suspect vehicle to effectuate the arrest, he said he had tunnel vision.”

The video tells a different story, however. It shows Brown drag him from the passenger’s side of the vehicle while delivering repeated closed-fist punches to his head before delivering the soccer-style kick to Hampton’s stomach. The entire time, Hampton is apologizing.

As Hampton was on the ground apologizing to officers, Brown told him “You ain’t going home, you’re going to prison f*****!”

Although he was given the award in 2016, WHIO discovered that Brown has a less than stellar record over the years. According to their report:

"Brown was hired by the sheriff’s office as a corrections officer in August 1999 and was promoted to deputy in 2006.

A review of Brown’s personnel records show multiple performance reviews, where his supervisor noted he needed improvement on compliance with rules and regulations.

In February 2015, Brown was issued an employee performance plan after receiving a written reprimand for hitting a person in the face during an arrest. He was warned of the potential of more severe punishment if it happened again.

'Once handcuffed, the suspect spit in your face and you instinctively delivered a final strike to the subjects face…the final instinctive strike was deemed inconsistent with Sheriff’s Office policies and procedures,' the reprimand read."

His past has finally come back to haunt him, and for now, the abusive officer is off the street. Below is that disturbing video.

Troopers arrest Wichita police officer on suspicion of DUI

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Wichita Police Department (WPD) says one of its officers was booked into jail Monday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Police say that the Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) booked Officer Cory Masterson into the Sedgwick County Jail. A WPD spokesperson says Masterson was off-duty at the time.

Masterson has been with the WPD for 12 years. He was assigned to the Field Services Division. The department spokesperson says Masterson has been moved to an administrative assignment.

The WPD says it will do an internal review but the case is being investigated by the KHP.

Lincoln police officer arrested in drug sting

An investigator with Lincoln police has resigned following her arrest Tuesday in a drug sting.

Amanda Crow was arrested by Oxford police Nov. 17 on charges of drug distribution involving methamphetamine, Calhoun County District Attorney Brian McVeigh said. The arrest stemmed from a sale to an undercover agent Sept. 21.

Capt. Zack Tutten of Lincoln police said Crow resigned from the department Thursday following her arrest.

“The Lincoln Police Department and the City of Lincoln greatly appreciate the hard work and professionalism of every agency involved in this investigation,” Tutten said in a statement. “We believe that it is of the utmost importance that law enforcement hold ourselves to the standard expected of us by our community and our oath.”

According to her LinkedIn page, Crow had been with Lincoln police for about 10 years, serving as an investigator and patrol officer. She had previously worked for Talladega police and Lineville police.

With the current climate of mass corruption in our police departments in this country Mr. Bennett felt it his duty to stop and video this police stop at McDonald's in Louisville. He thought it would be a boring video but ended up capturing Officer Manuel Cruz of the Jeffersontown Police who turns out to be no more than a thug with a badge.

This low IQ, ignorant pig thinks that a customer of Walmart has to show their receipt to officers after making purchases and leaving the store. How dumb can someone actually be??? This ignorant jackboot is supposedly a "law" enforcer, not part of the policy, feelings and opinions enforcement team.

WATCH: US-Born Moms Kidnapped, Interrogated by Officers for Speaking Spanish — Lawsuit

Havre, MT — Ana Suda and Martha “Mimi” Hernandez are both U.S. born citizens who grew up in Texas and California respectively. But their lifelong citizenship and complete lack of criminal record would have no bearing on a US Border patrol agent hell bent on taking ‘dangerous’ Spanish speaking women off the streets of Havre, Montana. Now, because no one was held accountable for their unlawful detainment, the taxpayers of Montana will be held responsible instead.

Hernandez and Suda settled for an undisclosed monetary settlement in the lawsuit they filed last year. The Border Patrol refused to admit fault in the case.

In settling the case, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said it did not admit liability and added in a statement that “the overwhelming majority of CBP employees and officers perform their duties with honor and distinction, working tirelessly every day to keep our country safe.”

As TFTP reported, the incident happened on May 18, 2018, as Suda and Hernandez stood in line at a local grocery store. The two ladies were having a friendly conversation—in Spanish—an entirely legal and common activity which takes place in most grocery stores everyday in this country. However, the Border Patrol Agent in line behind them, saw their conversation as nefarious. He just knew they were evil criminal scum.

As the two innocent US citizens checked out at the register, this “hero” public servant demanded to know where they were born. Remember, they had done nothing wrong and were simply speaking Spanish. Still, Suda and Hernandez complied and told the officer they were born in Texas and California. But he did not believe them.

The agent then demanded the two women hand over their driver’s licenses which were apparently not enough to get them immediately on their way. The two innocent US citizens were then held against their will—otherwise known as kidnapping—by US Border Patrol Agents who completely humiliated them in front of their friends and neighbors.

“After Mimi and I told the officer that we were born in the U.S.,” Suda explained. “he demanded that we show identification. I didn’t feel like I could say no since he was in uniform and armed. We gave him our Montana driver’s licenses and then followed him outside into the store’s parking lot as directed.”

During their illegal detainment, Suda and Hernandez were interrogated as if they were criminals. The scene is something akin to the era of “papers please” as these entirely innocent women were temporarily kidnapped and forced to prove they weren’t “illegal” human beings who should be shipped off to some ‘camp’.

Had they been “illegal,” the stop was still unconstitutional as speaking Spanish is most assuredly not probable cause for detainment. Even if a person speaks no English at all, the state cannot detain them for it.

Nevertheless, this tyrant agent had no problem telling the women why he had taken them into custody. When Suda and Hernandez asked him why they were being humiliated and interrogated, the officer responded with brutal honesty.

Suda explained that, “Agent O’Neal — the name on his badge — got on his car radio and asked for backup, as if two moms holding a carton of eggs were a threat. As we stood there, I felt a knot in the pit of my stomach. I told him that I was going to start filming on my cell phone. Then I made a simple request, ‘Can you tell us in video why you asked for our ID’s please.'”

“He said it was because, ‘You guys are speaking Spanish which is very unheard of up here,'” said Suda. This is confirmed on the video.

For nearly an hour, Suda and Hernandez were held captive as other armed agents showed up in their uniforms and carrying guns—to investigate two American soccer moms—a shameful act indeed.

Suda and Hernandez’ case is now finally settled, hopefully leading to change inside the organization which illegally detains people for speaking Spanish.

“We stood up to the government because speaking Spanish is not a reason to be racially profile and harassed,” Suda said in a statement provided by the ACLU. “I am proud to be bilingual, and I hope that as a result of this case CBP takes a hard look at its policies and practices. No one else should ever have to go through this again.”

One pig openly and admittedly violates Jeff Gray's rights as another low IQ blue line gang order follower stands by and watches and does nothing. Two oath breakers and their department will be sued and the taxpayers will most likely be on the hook for any lawsuits/settlements as well as the cost of defending these pigs and their criminal behavior.

Shoving a person in the face and then smacking a cell phone out of someone's hand who was filming is only a policy violation according to the chief and not an actual crime. Of course this only holds true if you're wearing a costume and a badge. If anyone were to do the same thing to this or any other pig they would be arrested a charged accordingly and rightfully so. The chief goes on to say that he is proud of how the officers conducted themselves. Really??? One pig assaults 2 people and the others on the scene fail to report it. That's a proud moment? After sitting at home doing nothing for almost a month on paid leave, AKA paid vacation, the thug will now have 15 days of unpaid vacation, but escaped any criminal charges because of his above the law, protected status.

The same pig suspended again not even 2 months after a previous 15 day suspension. How is this low IQ thug still allowed to even wear the costume and badge at this point? This piggy must be really, really good at following orders for the department to continue to keep such a dangerous liability on the payroll. But then again, as you can tell from the video in post above, the chief of this department has no concept of accountability or integrity.

Syracuse police officer suspended, placed on unpaid leave for 2nd time in 2 months

Syracuse, N.Y. -- A Syracuse police officer suspended earlier this year for shoving a man has again been placed on unpaid leave for his actions during the arrest of a 13-year-old girl, according to the police department.

Officer Michael Birklin was placed on unpaid leave for two days for violating the department’s policies on demeanor and de-escalation in the arrest of the girl, department spokesman Matthew Malinowski said Friday.

Birklin was pulling over a stolen car when the car stopped and the teen, a passenger in the car, fled. He chased the girl down and arrested her, Malinowski said.

Birklin was previously suspended 15 days for violations of the department’s policies after he shoved a man in the face.

Syracuse Police Chief Kenton Buckner said Birklin broke the department’s rules for officer demeanor, failure to de-escalate, unauthorized use of force and failure to report a use of force.

During that incident, Birklin and other officers responded to a suspicious person complaint in Upper Onondaga Park, police said. A group of young people interacted with police there, but Buckner said the actual altercation took place on the 300 block of Palmer Avenue, where police encountered the same group later that night.

After a video posted to Facebook by Khemron Robinson circulated on social media in September, the department confirmed it would conduct an investigation. Robinson posted the video with the caption: “This is the results of me trying to make sure these kids got home safe.”

Buckner showed several body camera videos depicting the interaction from multiple angles during a news conference.

The videos show a dispute, in which objects are thrown at police, and Birklin can be seen approaching a man saying, “Say it to my face.”

“I’ll say it to your face,” can be heard before the officer pushes the man in the face.

Before the video ends, a different voice says, “And I got you on camera,” referring to the officer.

Once again criminal oath breakers get a healthy serving of blue line privilege and escape serving any prison time. Pigs selling drugs and steroids to other pigs aren't crimes worthy of jail or prison? Though laws and statutes are not written in this manner, it would appear that criminals wearing costumes and badges are above the law and are granted special privileges not afforded to most citizens.

NO JAIL for Cops Who Pleaded Guilty to Running Steroid Ring, Selling Drugs to Other Cops

Louisville, KY — As the Free Thought Project reports on a regular basis, cops across the country are often caught committing the same crimes for which they routinely kidnap and cage people. From stealing from charities to selling drugs they steal from their jobs as cops, many police officers have proven to be as bad or worse than than the criminals from which they claim to protect society. The following instance out of Kentucky of a cop running a steroid ring highlights this hypocrisy quite well and it exposes the sheer lack of accountability they face when they do so.

Scott County Sheriff’s Deputy Joe Baker and Reserve Officer Phillip E. Thomas both pleaded guilty to both using steroids and running a steroid ring in which they sold drugs to their fellow officers. Instead of jail, however, they both received less than one year of probation. The special treatment given to these cops is disgusting considering they made careers out of ruining people’s lives for the exact same thing.

Last year, Scott County deputy Joe Baker took to Facebook to brag about kidnapping and caging people for possessing cannabis.

He also arrested his own sister for drugs two years ago.

Obviously these arrests particularly hypocritical given the fact that deputy Baker, himself, was charged with three felonies, including conspiracy to deal steroids, official misconduct and possession of a hypodermic needle, as well as the misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance.

According to WDRB, Thomas, 32, faced only the misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance. An investigation found that he had illegal steroids and testosterone in his house. Thomas also admitted to injecting the drugs into Baker about 75 times.

Last year, Scott County Sheriff Jerry Goodin asked Indiana State Police to investigate after receiving a tip that Deputy Joe Baker and Reserve Officer Phil Thomas were involved in dealing illegal steroids.

“He immediately stepped into action and contacted us,” ISP Sgt. Carey Huls said. “We worked side by side to make sure everything was above board and done properly. And that was one reason Sheriff Goodin contacted our department. He didn’t want anybody thinking they were hiding any information or covering anything up in their department.”

The investigation would find out that Baker and Thomas were, in fact, not only using illegal steroids, but running an operation and conspiracy to sell them.

“Officer Baker was a school resource officer,” Goodin said. “He had been assigned to one of the schools here in the community, and I wanted it done before school opened back up on Monday.”

In a Facebook post after his arrest, Baker apologized to the community “with humility and shame running down my face” for the crimes he committed. While everyone deserves to be forgiven for their mistakes, the hypocrisy of taking people’s freedom for similar acts, while committing those same acts, speaks volumes.

Nevertheless, the community rallied around this cop — who betrayed his oath to the constitution and the community he served. People all over Facebook and the media bent over backward to show their support for this officer at the time of his arrest, and now the court has followed suit.

It is important to point out that TFTP doesn’t think any drug should be illegal, including steroids. If people want to take performance enhancing steroids, who are we to stop them. But deputy Baker hypocritically kidnapped and caged so many other people for these substances while selling and using them at the same time, which means he should most assuredly face accountability. What’s more, although we feel anyone should be able to do any drug they wish, it is not at all a good idea to allow people in law enforcement, with authority to use violence against citizens, to use these drugs as they are associated with rage.

The dangers of cops taking steroids are obvious, as the rage associated with their use can become uncontrollable. All too often, we see police officers immediately escalate situations to violence when de-escalation would have been far easier and safer. Steroids could be the reason.

“I keep seeing all of these cases where the level of anger and violence shown by officers makes no sense,” says Gregory Gilbertson, a former Atlanta cop who teaches criminal justice in the Seattle area and works as a legal expert on police standards and practices. “And when things don’t make sense, they don’t make sense for a reason…Maybe steroid rage is a reason so many police officers seem so angry and aggressive.”

Cops on the juice feel indestructible, as if they have superhuman strength.

Or as the DEA puts it, “The idea of enhanced physical strength and endurance provides one with ‘the invincible mentality’ when performing law enforcement duties.”

    Starting to make sense now?

“Reasonable suspicion should be raised if they shoot somebody or beat the living daylights out of somebody,” Dan Handelman, a founding member of Portland Copwatch told Alternet. “In some of these recent cases, the officers seemed to be pumped up and were not necessarily working in a calm and level-headed manner. We wonder how much of this was coming from natural adrenalin and how much coming from other substances.”

This department just continues to dig their own hole deeper. The pigs assigned to run their Facebook page are deleting comments that highlight officer Fisher's oath breaking actions and demands for his termination. The contents of any police department's Facebook, Twitter or other social media pages are considered public record and deleting or destroying these records is a felony. Once again the ones tasked with enforcing the law either don't know the law or think they are above the law. Either way this is a problem.

    https://www.facebook.com/dothanpolice/

This is also going to be the second civil rights violation lawsuit filed against officer Fisher in less than four months. It's become obvious that this pig's ego and ignorance has gotten in the way of performing his duties within the boundaries of the law.

WATCH: Cops Brutally Beat Mom in Front of Child Over Unopened Beer—Taxpayers Held Liable

Wildwood, NJ – A disturbing video posted on social media shocked the world after showing a police officer slamming a young woman onto the ground at the beach, punching her in the head repeatedly, and then placing her into a chokehold while surrounded by witnesses, including small children. Because the two officers who attacked the young woman were never held accountable, the taxpayers of Wildwood were held to the fire instead.

This week, it was announced that Wildwood taxpayers would be shelling out $325,000 to Emily Weinman, then 20, as part of a settlement in her lawsuit against the city. the lawsuit claimed that police fabricated evidence against Weinman as well as used excessive force during her arrest. Video evidence backs up this claim.

The former Mayor, Ernie Troiano, Jr., who was mayor when the cops attacked Weinman — and who was outspoken in his support for the woman beating cops — called the settlement a “travesty and a miscarriage of justice.”

    “It’s unbelievable,” he said.

Weinman’s abuse was most assuredly unbelievable and the fact that the taxpayers are being held responsible instead of the cops, is infuriating.

As TFTP reported at the time, the incident took place on a Sunday afternoon in 2018 and was posted on Twitter by Lexy Hewitt with the caption, “I was sleeping on the beach and I woke up to this. I can’t believe it.”

The video was later uploaded to Facebook by Weinman, herself, who claimed that she was the girl in the video, and the incident began when she was on the beach with her family and two officers approached her and demanded to know her age and if she was drinking.

“I asked them, don’t they have something better to do as cops than to stop people for underage drinking on the beach,” Weinman said, noting that she passed the breathalyzer test she was asked to take and made the comment when she stepped away to make a phone call and one of the officers followed her. She said he responded by saying, “I was gonna let you go but now I’ll write you up.”

Weinman claimed that things escalated when the officer then asked for her name and threatened to arrest her, and she said she refused to give him the information, and tripped as she was backing up, which led to the officer tackling her.

A report from CBS Philly claimed that, according to police officials, Weinman was “underage and drunk on the beach and refused to provide police with her ID. She then kicked the officer in the genitals and ran off.”

This was disputed in the lawsuit and not evident at all in the video.

This incident happened nearly one year after a Wildwood Police officer was caught on video walking up to an unsuspecting man and punching him in the face for no apparent reason. That officer was not held accountable either.

Emily Weinman admitted that she refused to give her name or her ID to the officers, she was charged with a number of crimes, including two counts of aggravated assault, throwing bodily fluids in the third degree, resisting arrest in the third degree, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.

According to Pennlive.com, she pleaded guilty to a single disorderly conduct charge in 2019 and was banned from Wildwood for one year.

The lawsuit alleges that the officers exaggerated how much Weinman resisted in order to “to justify their unreasonable and excessive use of force.”

Even if she did everything she was accused of, it makes one wonder—why was a police officer, who was fully armed, bigger and stronger than the small, unarmed girl he was addressing, feel so threatened by her that he felt the need to shove her on the ground and hit her repeatedly, just to prove his dominance?

One thing is certain—the young children who witnessed the incident in person were likely traumatized as a result, and the public was not made any safer by the officers’ actions.

Stow, MA — A police chief in Stow, Massachusetts has been pulled from his job as the city’s top cop after video by a self-declared pedophile hunter was posted online. The video allegedly shows the cop attempt to meet a boy — who the chief knew was only 14 — for sex. Instead of meeting the boy, however, the chief was confronted by Predator Poachers Massachusetts.

Stow Police Chief Ralph Marino has been relieved of his duties after a meeting with state police over the weekend, according to authorities. As NBC10 Boston reports, Marino met with Massachusetts State Police representatives Saturday at the Stow police department, the town said. After the meeting he put himself on indefinite administrative leave and named Sgt. Darren Thraen as acting chief.

In a statement, the town said it would cooperate fully in “any investigation of Chief Marino or any other matters.

“There is no reason to believe that the activities being investigated involve or concern the operations of the Stow Police Department,” the statement said.

As the video shows, the ‘Catch a Predator’ style format of the group found the chief waiting outside of a local establishment. The chief had allegedly been exchanging text messages with the undercover vigilantes in the Predator Poachers group, who he thought was a 14-year-old boy.

The chief’s messages were gruesome in nature and illustrated his level of depravity. The chief knew that the person he was communicating with was a child. Despite the fact that he knew the person on the other end of the text was a child, the chief described his sexual desires to him, asked the child about the size of his genitals, and arranged to meet the child in a place “out of the way.”

The video starts when the chief is waiting to meet the boy, ‘somewhere out of the way.’ In the video, the man confronts Marino and attempts to identify him as ‘Mark.” Marino looks shocked and the man filming accuses the chief of trying to meet a 14-year-old boy for sex.

Predator Poachers knew that Marino was their man, as he had asked the chief to send a picture of himself to the 14-year-old boy, and the chief complied.

The chief appears to be frantically scrolling through his phone in an apparent attempt to delete the conversation with the pretend boy. However, as he reportedly attempts to delete the texts, the man filming tells him that he has them all in screen shots already.

The chief then walks away and gets into what appears to be a police-issued vehicle before driving off in shame. The entire time, the man filming is calling him out in front of everyone.

It is important to note that the folks at Predator Poachers didn’t immediately identify the man in their video as the police chief. However, after the chief appeared on local news when a 2-year-old girl went missing, they pegged him.

About 25 minutes before the chief went on the air to announce that a 2-year-old girl had gone missing, the chief was trying to lure a child for sex. As TB Daily News points out:

"The messages continue on April 13 at 10:05 AM, when the Chief attempts to bring the child into the woods, presumably for sex. This is significant because according to WCVB a two year old girl in Stow went missing at 10:30 AM, and was found at 12:30 PM."

Below is the disturbing video of a police chief attempting to lure a child for sex. Had the boy been an actual real child, there is no telling what the chief might have done. Warning, the text messages in the video below are disturbing.

These vigilantes out their catching alleged pedophiles provides an a much-needed service to humanity. There are groups like this all over the country and through their actions, they serve to deter pedophiles going online for fear of being outed.

Sadly, however, despite the high chances of the person on the other end of the text message being a cop or predator hunter, these sickos are unable to control their urges and continue to get busted. This is overtly apparent in the alleged actions of this police chief. He is a cop. He knows what happens to pedophiles in jail, knows that there are stings all the time to take them down, yet he still actively sought out sex with a child online. Shameful indeed.

Perhaps that is one of the reasons cops have arrested these pedophile hunters.

Former chief gets only 3 years probation for attempting to meet up with an under aged boy in a pedophile sting operation by a citizen. Disgusting. Another criminal wearing a costume and badge gets the preferential blue line privilege.

Another oath breaking jackboot assaulted a man legally filming from public property. From his car parked across the street, one butt hurt pig walks up to the man and assaults him and then lied claiming he was in fear of being assaulted with the camera. From across the street??? Blue line liar. Then the pig illegally shuts the man's camera off. Another example of domestic terrorists with costumes and badges who can't perform their duties within the boundaries of the law and their sworn oath. Pigs.

Another low IQ oath breaker who threatens to issue a trespass notice to protestors who are standing on a public easement and were never protesting from private property. The jackboot cannot trespass someone from public property absent a crime. The protestors realize that the pig on the scene is ignorant of the law and has no clue what a public easement is, so they request a supervisor. The ignorant pig's supervisor arrived on the scene and informed the protestors that they were in fact on the public easement and were allowed to protest where they were, contrary to what the first pig stated. The protestors thank the supervisor and the ignorant oath breaker does the walk of shame.

"This is not public property right now. This is federal property because it's during the election," said the idiotic copsplaining pig. Nothing this jackboot said was even remotely close to being true or even somewhat accurate. A building's designated "public" status of does not change to "private" or "federal" for elections or other events. Is this pig really this ignorant or is he simply an oath breaker who knowingly disregards the law to satisfy his own ego?

Cop’s Body Cam Catches Him Brag About Beating Innocent Man, Planting Evidence

Ithaca, NY — As TFTP reports on a regular basis, being entirely innocent is no defense against police violence. All too often, we hear from the police state apologists who repeat the phrase, “if you don’t want to get killed by police, don’t break the law.” Not only is statement entirely flawed from its premise — as breaking the law is not justification for execution — but these folks are ignoring the cases in which entirely innocent people have been caught up in police violence. As the following case illustrates, this sort of thing happens so much, it is even captured on their own body cameras.

Ithaca Police Officer, Sergeant Kevin Slattery was suspended this month because his own body camera recorded him talking about beating a man, who would later be proven innocent, as well as planting evidence.

The comments were made in October, but have only recently come to light, prompting police Chief Dennis Nayor to go on the defensive and suspend Slattery.

“As the Chief of Police, I am thoroughly disappointed in the statements made by this Sergeant. They are wholly inconsistent with our values and culture. I took swift action to suspend the involved Sergeant, and in consultation with the Mayor and City Attorney, I will seek to impose appropriate discipline,” said Nayor.

The body camera footage was part of an arrest made in October when Slattery and his partner arrested Jovon Monk who was facing sex offense accusations. After swabbing Monk’s mouth to obtain a DNA sample for the case, Slattery and his partner get in the cruiser where the conversation begins.

“Yeah, Monk, I f**ked him up one night years ago,” Slattery said, explaining how he received the call to the scene from fellow officers.

Slattery said when he arrived, he immediately took to beating Monk, accusing him of crimes which never happened.

“I f**king pinned him up against the wall. He was fighting with me, so I f**king suplexed him to the ground. Then, I’m on top of him and he’s still not giving up, so I’m giving him knee strikes, I f**king knee struck him in the neck. F**king struck him in the f**king back.”

After savagely beating the man — who would later be cleared of all charges — Slattery bragged about dragging Monk down a flight of stairs.

“We said ‘Look, dude, you’re going to the car, you can either go to the car with us or you can, you know, be dragged to the car,'” Slattery said on the body camera footage. “He said ‘I ain’t standing up.’ So I grabbed one foot and he grabbed another and we f**king bounced him down, all the way down the stairs.”

Slattery and his partner then stop talking for a moment before Slattery begins to talk about planting evidence.

“He was being sketchy, wasn’t he?” Slattery said to his partner. He then imitates Monk’s question about sealing the DNA sample before apparently offering a hypothetical sarcastic response as they both laugh along. “No, we ain’t sealing it man, we got some places to put this first. Whoa, whoa, whoa, sealing it? We have to put this on the evidence first.”

After bragging about beating an innocent man and joking about planting evidence, Slattery realizes his body camera is on.

“Oh, hold on,” he says, before reaching inside his coat and turning off the camera.

Knowing that he would likely be caught down the road for the comments, Slattery reported the video to the department himself on Nov. 6, saying the comments were made the week prior.

“It’s frustrating since we’re all innocent until proven guilty,” Monk’s defense attorney, Kevin Kelly said. “He brags about dragging my handcuffed client down concrete stairs years ago–that arrest ended with no criminal conviction against my client. Then he jokes about evidence tampering in this case. I will do my best to limit the harm to my client’s case, and help Ithaca regain confidence in our police force.”

According to police, Slattery will remain on paid suspension until the internal investigation is complete. If he is fired, he will likely just move down the road to another department, who will gladly hire him.

Child Catches Cop Hiding a Camera in the Bathroom, Filming Her Taking Showers

Bismarck, ND — Imagine for a moment that you are a teen girl about to get in the shower only to look up and find a camera spying on you in the bathroom. Your first thought would likely be fear, followed by anger, followed by the desire to hold the person accountable by going to the police. For one young girl in North Dakota, that is exactly what happened. However, it was not as easy to go to the police afterward as the person who allegedly put the camera in her bathroom — was a cop.

According to court documents filed last month, a Mandan police officer set up a camera in the exhaust fan of a bathroom to record a young girl getting in and out of the shower. The person alleged to have put the camera in the fan is 45-year-old Scott Warzecha. Warzecha was the main suspect because the camera in the fan was on a cellphone that belonged to the cop.

According to the Morton County Sheriff’s Office, the girl found the camera after a shower and when she looked on the phone, she found multiple videos of herself showering. The minor told deputies when they reviewed the 15-minutes of video, they could see themselves undressing and getting in and out of the shower.

The videos spanned from October to November. Investigators say they located the exhaust fan in question and noticed that a notch had been cut out to create a window where the camera could fit. There was also dried blood next to the fan, indicating that Warzecha could have cut his hand while hiding the camera.

Investigators have since requested a search warrant for Warzecha’s DNA to compare it to the blood found on the fan, as well as a warrant for his phone.

Warzecha was charged with felony sex crimes against a child — one count of using a minor in a sexual performance and two counts of surreptitious intrusion. If convicted of the most serious charge, Warzecha faces the possibility of 20 years behind bars.

The alleged child predator cop was also fired after the videos were discovered. Naturally, his attorney says Warzecha is a good person who is innocent.

“Mr. Warzecha was a veteran officer with the Mandan Police Department, and I worked with him a number of times over the years,” defense attorney Justin Vinje said. “He always struck me as a dedicated professional, and I believe that it is very important for us to remember the presumption of innocence here.”

After his arrest, a judge granted him bail at just $5,000 and also allowed him to leave town.

“His plans, if he is able to make bail is to live in the eastern part of the state which, I think under the circumstances would be the best here anyways,” said Vinje.

In a move that tends to imply that he is guilty, after hearing the news that he was being investigated, Warzecha reportedly said he was going to commit suicide.

As the Bismarck Tribune reports, the Morton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call stating Warzecha was threatening to harm himself, according to an affidavit from North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation Special Agent Timothy Helmer.

However, he was taken into custody before he was able to do anything.

Oddly enough, this is not the first time TFTP has reported on cops hiding cameras in bathrooms to spy on children.

As we previously reported, officer David Cerna of the Chesterfield police department was arrested for recording an underage boy using the bathroom with a hidden camera that he placed in a Mobile on the Run gas station, among other things. He would then upload the videos to a porn site online. He also detained and searched a child victim he had previously recorded.

This despicable violation happened to be caught because of a man who said he clicked on a banner that took him to an offensive porn web site. He noticed many victims in the videos on the “potty” website, wearing company shirts from the gas station.

In 2016, Cerna received a 1 year jail sentence.

Once Again, Police Conducting Child Sex Trafficking Sting, Bust One of Their Own

New Orleans, LA — Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry and the Cyber Crime Unit, in partnership with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security Investigations, and Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office launched a sting last month to catch the low-life scum who traffic in child sex abuse. During the law enforcement sting, they nabbed one of their own, a Port Fourchon Harbor Police Officer, Jason Plaisance, 47.

Plaisance was caught trafficking in child porn in the sting along with a convicted sex-offender, Dillion Everett, 33. After his arrest, the officer of 21 years, was fired from his job and now faces multiple counts of trafficking in child pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13.

“We at the Greater Lafourche Port Commission are aware of the arrest of Jason Plaisance for the alleged crime of possession of child pornography by the Attorney General’s Office,” Port Director Chett Chiasson said Thursday. “We cooperated with the AG’s Office throughout this investigation. Plaisance has subsequently been terminated from his employment with the Greater Lafourche Port Commission. The GLPC takes a Zero Tolerance policy when it comes to any crimes committed by one of our officers. We are saddened by this news and our hearts go out to all those affected by these horrific types of crimes.”

Everett, who had already been arrested for similar crimes, was charged with 120 counts of possession of child pornography involving juveniles under 13 and 22 counts of distribution of pornography involving juveniles under 13. Showing the problem with child predators being repeat offenders, Everett was just released in January of this year after being busted for child porn in 2014 by the same Cyber Crime Unit.

“Crimes against children are heinous offenses that inflict life-long damage to their victims so my office will continue to bring child predators to justice, no matter who they are or where they hide,” Landry said. “I appreciate the cooperation of the Port Fourchon Harbor Police Department and the work of our law enforcement partners to make these two arrests.”

The local press was quick to run their article titles with the detail that Plaisance is a “former” officer. However, when he was caught trafficking in child porn, he was not a former officer.

In the state of Louisiana alone, in just the past few months, TFTP has reported on numerous officers who have been caught preying on children.

In November, TFTP reported on Rodney Vicknair, 53, who was arrested and charged with sexual battery, indecent behavior with a juvenile and malfeasance, for sexually assaulting a child while investigating a sexual assault that she reported. This child abuse victim went to police for help and was raped by the ones she trusted.

Also, TFTP reported on a similar joint investigation into child sex abuse by the Louisiana attorney general’s office, the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation’s Cyber Crime Unit and the St. John the Baptist Sheriff’s Office. During that investigation, authorities made several arrests, including one of their own deputies, who now faces dozens of disturbing charges.

St. John the Baptist Sheriff’s deputy Avo Marzwanian, 34, of LaPlace, was charged with 10 counts of distribution and 20 counts of possession of child pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13, the attorney general’s office said. But that’s not all, apparently this deputy didn’t limit his abuse solely to children and was also charged with 15 counts of sex abuse against animals.

Also earlier this year, another former cop was arrested in connection with a child sex ring. As TFTP reported late last year, a high level Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office deputy — who commanded the SWAT team — and his wife were indicted on more than 150 felonies for unspeakable crimes against children and animals. Dennis Perkins, 44, and and his wife Cynthia Perkins, 34, are accused of multiple counts of child rape and the production of child pornography, among other disturbing charges. Then, at the beginning of the month, another former cop, Melanie Barnett Curtin, 41, of Denham Springs, was arrested Saturday, Feb. 1 as she returned from a cruise in New Orleans.

This is one state out of 50.

"Myself and Wolfygladly finally were able to get the 15 minutes of the New Jersey State police body cam that they hid from us when we originally requested the body cam footage from them. Our lawyer had to force discovery and that’s when we found the missing part of the video. I can see why they edited out this part. This important part of the video that they tried to hide from us shows all their conspiring and illegal acts. It also shows that the state police are not too smart when they film their own crimes."
