I mean it's obviously +EV for them, so even if during some small stretch they were losing, in the long-term I can't imagine how high the # of points they must be up in the casino/sportsbook after all these years. Many people have had this issue. When it happens click the lock icon on the left of the url in the address bar at the top of your browser. Go to site settings and change the flash option from "ask" to "allow". That should fix it then (you may need to reload, not sure).
