    Are we in a self rely and shelf service ERA?

    Nowadays I see a lot of chat bots and FAQ with now customer service around or email customer service that never replies.

    In school teachers are even telling their students to better ignore complaints in marketing classes

    If federal minimum wage goes to 15 dollars an hour you will see a lot more of this.
