    Just gotta run a bunch, I’ve never been a fan so long ago decided im ok w no more than a 2 pack at best, lol. I’m much bigger so have always just went w packing on more muscle approach cause gaining is easy for me. lol.

    Doesn’t sound that bad to me. Shit, I’m 6’1 250-260. Don’t look obese though. Born to be big. I should be 215-220 though. I gotta lay off the soda at work, but it’s so damn good and refreshing but I’ve been pissing straight black Cola. I’ll knock 20 off in a month just by eating normal and stopping the sugar. My weight fluctuates like crazy. Lots of water weight too. Starting to sweat that off, but replacing it with muscle so weight not moving.

    Instead of pasta, simply take a cauliflower and blend it into tiny pieces. Add salt, pepper and whatever spices you like.

    Do the same with potatoes, instead of mashed potatoes, make a carrot/broccoli mash with loads of spices. Tastes great, you can eat the same amount and you'll lose weight. Don't go hungry, change what you eat and see the pounds drop.

    Eat protein bread instead of grain bread, it's very low carb.

    Don't go on a real diet, simply change a few things you eat regularly and you'll be able to keep it up instead of lose weight and simply bounce back again after a while. There are low carb treats, cookies with chocolate out there, buy those, order them online if you can't find them in a local shop.

    Cut as much carbs and sugar as you can, read the labels cause you would be surprised how many carbs are in our food. Start with substitutes, sub something you eat a lot of for something better. If you drink any soda, sub for water immediately. I would look at breads and grains next, but target the worst food you eat and eliminate it as soon as you can. Generally for most people it starts with you diet, keep up a mix of exercise, even fast walking. Look at a 16/8 fast/intake for starters.

    Be careful with supplements.

    Years ago they did independent DNA testing of supplements and found an overwhelming majority contained completely different ingredients from what was advertised.

    Its better to get what you need from clean, non GMO, food if you can manage it.

    Hell yeah best formula that ever worked for me was Adderall & Phentermine for two months lost 10-15 lbs. The combination made me feel like I was on the limitless pill & shit mentally. Side effects were not so great though couldn’t sustain it due to lack of sleep & it lowered my normal healthy sexual drive.

    That should help you lose instantly and in the long run when you can’t feed yourself.

    interesting discussion. it gets much much harder to lose weight when you get older

    diet and exercise are obvious......... also, watch time of day on both as you don't want to eat late at night and you want a good night's sleep

    a few more thoughts beyond diet/exercise,

    1) i see you mention intermittent fasting. that u of t professor has been very successful with his book on that.... i always thought calories in/out didn't explain anywhere near anything. for some people to be thin, they need to be starved to death. that professor talks about insulin (i think) being the key i.e. what your body naturally does with sugar?

    2) get a bike.... natural exercise is so much better than going to the gym. ideally, do both.... go on a nature hike. again similar to the bike in terms of burning alot of calories without going to gym.....

    3) same idea as the bike with food... buy alot of carrots and celery (or similar that you like.. salsa in my case) and eat that when you are hungry.

    4) i had great results with prescription appetite suppresent (ionamin) that i think is no longer on the market. if i hadn't known i was taking it, i would have been worried i had cancer or aids i was losing so much weight. and no insomnia or jitteriness................i also used the original hydroxycut (ephedra). serious jitters and insomnia and some reasonable risk of dying. i did lose weight though........ ionamin was also stimulant but seemed much more engineered than original hydroxycut.

    i mentioned ionamin. not sure it's avail in canada or USA these days. got caught up in ephedra ban maybe 15 years ago..... as per the suggestion by someone else of phentermine sp?, that is same as ionamin as is phin/phen or what that diet craze was called. all the same thing.

    salt retains water as it's well known nowadays, one can have cheese as much as he wants for keto or similars but the problem remains is filled with salt except for fresh cheese like ricotta (don't know the name in english if it has one), mozzarella - and all cheese that is not aged or it's unsalty. same goes with everything that contais salt like tuna cans and stuff alike.
    same thing for sugar and all that contains it
    avoiding those things for quite a while, while eating almost all the rest with no measure makes you really thin and healthy..it's not as hard as one might imagine..

    unsalty cheese may seem like a good idea to look slimmer on the scale, but it does not help you lose "adipose" tissue which is fat. Salt retains water and I find it being a challenge to exercise without having adequate water retention in the body, so I try to do the opposite - ensure I consume enough salt.

    sodium and carbohydrates which is sugars, you already find them in food. problem is with modern eating and industrial stuff things changed too much plus people think they have to add. i had to be thin because i use to horseride, that also means exercise all day long and run if you are a professional, never missed anything

    you can also be thin with cake and cookies the problem then is you eat just once a day if not even once every three, i'm talking about something you can do for a living..most of the time..that will keep you thin forever
