    at least you grew up and learned that fact, some of us don't know it even now DDD? yeah they are shit, any food that is processed is shit and usually very very bad for you. I love a good hot dog, won't eat them. I love a good Italian sausage, eat it very seldom. I love a good steak, red meat is not good for you (research it if you don't believe me). I love a dish or cone of quality ice cream, have it only on occasion


    Here is the problem, the food that most of us really like are often really bad for us. Who the fck doesn't love bacon, right. Very bad. Who doesn't love a nicely made Italian hoagie with good meats, very bad for you. You can eat that shit once in a while but if you eat it everyday the chances are good you will end up with diabetes, heart trouble, or some other serious problem before your time. Dying isn't the bad part, the part part is living a shit life for 30 or 40 years. Being carted around in a wheelchair at age 40 or 50. Needing oxygen at the same age, because of your shit diet.


    not at all or moderation, if you can't do that you will most likely suffer the consequences. you see those people at an early age in a wheel chair before their time. they are almost always obese, you don't get obese by eating properly--they eat shit, every day they eat shit.

    I think farming was more organic 40 years ago. Now a lot of fertilizing, pesticides and genetically modified plants are used.
