    2 Chicken breasts baked in garlic powder and lemon, Mixed veggie stir fry on the stove in a pan with spices and olive oil.. Brown rice also.

    Very healthy dishes for Jibs always!!!

    My gf came over and cooked last night. She makes enough for me to eat for a couple of days. Rice, meat, and potatoes, nothing fancy.

    i just dont see how people eat peanut butter and/or avacados

    taste very bad and high fat

    i just use my bud light calories as fat in myfitnesspal

    That's a cooked Salmon fish plate with Quinoa and string green beans that I posted up not what I ate tonight...

    I'm trying to eat fish now 2 to 3 times a week.. Googling different methods on how to cook fish and with what is healthy.. Only way you learn Rudy is to try. You try you succeed with cooking. It's all there online.. Only way I learned how to cook healthy meals for years now that are tasty and healthy..

    Try it buddy you'll live longer and I promise you'll feel good when you wake up in the mornings if you stick with it and don't drink to much the day before ... Eat to live, but it does take effort and learning.. ...

    Cut down on the carbs and sugars at night is the first step to losing weight.. Abs are made in the kitchen also and not in the gym for us older folks..

    Going Italian and keeping it simple tonight - Chicken spaghetti in healthy base tomato marinara sauce, lots of chopped garlic and parmy cheese, spinach salad with avocado slices and vinaigrette dressing.. Fine glass of red wine.. Dark chocolate for dessert after..

    Will look something like this with chucks of baked chicken in it..
