How much is your Tax Return?

Did you owe or getting back?

Are you going to spend it on plays?

Still have to do it... don't want to do it...will likely receive 1k back. To me this is difficult but I'm sure all you rich folks have it worse.

    2 x W2s,
    3 x 1099-misc
    10-20 stock trades
    2 x 1099-int
1 x state grant that I have to mail in
1 x loss carryforward from previous year
2 x student interest paid forms

    Earned in 3 states
Lived in 2 counties within Maryland (how the heck do I calculate taxes owed per county? By days I lived there? How do I file the per county taxes separately?)

    Sigh.

1 or 10,000 stock trades mean nothing

1 form gains or loses, do not have to put each one in...

Turbo even pulls it all in

Wish that was the case. Have to revise last year's return too. I forgot to include trades I made in the derivatives market and just found it out last week when I went to IRS doc website. IRS notified me. The 1099-B forms all look different despite only trading ES eminis. For example one shows position closed worth 30k with no cost basis. While another 1099-B shows full cost basis and sold for a loss. Its frustrating because the actual G/L of those trades were a few hundred at most each time, however yes, full market position when considering leverage was ~30k. However, it makes no sense why the forms are different and why one shows cost basis while other does not.

The ideal tax form is to have to pay $1

Those that keep their withholding tuned to get a refund are losers.

Those who think payroll withholdings are the only thing involved in a grown man’s tax returns are real losers in life.

Will be writing a check to the irs next month like I do every April. Most of you should thank me for contributing to your ebt funds so you can switch up meals between sbr pizza cards.
