Recently got serious again about lifting and working out. Have adhd and always been skinny but in 2017, when in college, was able to put on 25 lbs in 12 months from working out. Then a drunk guy broke my jaw for no reason at a large Halloween party, he thought he saw me lunging at him apparently when I was 100% sober. Proceeded to lose 20 lbs in a month from a smoothie diet...very disheartening.
Now back at it and seeing results again. Loving how I look EXCEPT for one thing. The gas man. Eating/drinking 100+ grams on protein a day so I know it happens but man is it rough right now. Passing gas every few minutes seems like. Smells awful. Have a date on Thursday, any tips to stop it? Definitely not trying to be like this then.
Also I feel I pulled a muscle in my arm while doing pull ups this evening. Left bicep went dead and stung bad for 2-3 hours but feels fine now. It stung briefly the other night but not as bad. Other arm no pain. This is week 4 of 4-6 days/week working out. Will I be okay to use that arm on Thursday you think or should I rest it longer?
