Full organic garlic flavored Roasted Chicken oven cooked, brown rice in the microwave, some fried veggies in olive oil and a mixed salad for I.. Vino and dark chocolate Trader Joes peanut butter cups (2) for dessert.. Basic meal nothing special....
Jibs can cook healthy and does.. Live to eat or eat to live.. Can make some healthy meals tasty if you do your homework.. Everything in life takes effort if you want it to turn out right..
Looked something like this.. Throw in veggies and salad and that was my dinner..
