    I think there are two main reasons.

    1.) People are lazy. They won’t get off their ass and excercise.

    2.) Eating bad is easy. It’s cheaper and easier to eat sugar and carbs.

    It also pisses me off when I see people wait to get a parking spot three places closer instead of just parking in the open spot. Like how f*cking lazy are you? You can’t walk 25 extra feet?

    I’ve also quit shopping at Walmart because of all of the motorized scooter people. I get that some people may need it, but I see a lot of people that just look like they don’t want to walk. It’s annoying. I’ll goto Target instead.

    Sad.

    Yeah, I see those people at the airport that get pushed around in the wheelchairs provided by the airport. I call them "fake wheelchair people" because if they really needed one, they would have their own.

    It's not the food. You can eat McDonald's shit 2xs a day and still drop poinds if you:

    1- get outside and walk, run, play for 60 min/ day

    2- get into a gym and lift heavy shit 4x a week. Heavy defined different for everyone

    3- find a way to sweat toxins, sauna or hard cardio...you need to sweat

    4- no processed candy. A piece of pie ok, no packaged candy

    5- drink limited to 2 nights per week. 0 alcohol the other 5

    It's that simple. Nothing excruciatingly difficult here but people keep munching on M&Ms, sitting on couch during beautiful sunsets, shopping on Amazon instead of walking thru a museum, taking a nap instead of reading a book on the elipticle, and drinking Starbucks at 5pm instead of a nice afternoon lift session

    This is why men get flacid at 45....and women cheat. Gotta maintain, don't have to have 1.5% bmi like combine guy, but you gotta be in shape enough to give the lady 2 rounds per night

    That’s why I say it’s both being lazy and eating like crap.

    Eating McDonalds once a day is fine if your active.

    People don’t do that though. They have McDonalds for breakfast. Taco Bueno for Lunch. Candy and snack in between....and a large pizza for dinner.

    Then they sit on their ass watching TV all nigh and blame he government that they aren’t healthy.

    If the average person counted their carb intake for the day, it would likely double or triple the % of FDA daily recommended allowance. Consider too that the FDA says that on a 2000 calorie diet you should eat 300 g of carbs per day and only 50g of protein! That's insane.

    There's a reason people are obese in this country and it's not a big mystery.
