ive done a lot of research on this. i have it down pretty good. im 40 now so its tough and they suck but you can do some things to make it not so bad
1. eat- you wont want to eat at all. who makes a sandwich at 4am? but you have to. i learned this by watching a youtube video on navy seals. they sleep deprive them 60+ hours but they feed them 4,000 calories a day. it helps a lot for some reason
2.hydrate-always stay hydrated but more importantly in this situation
3. watch tv. dont spend all your time sitting up at the computer or playing video games ect. take time to lay down and watch a movie. if you dont you will get tight and worn out
4. watch the coffee-yes it helps thru the night but when the sun comes up its not really going to do anything going into the next day. it could make you feel worse if you over-do it
5. eat again- now its noon the next day and you feel like crap. you have no appetite at all and no desire to go eat. but you have to. something with protein and fat is huge.
