    Grilling a tomahawk steak

    Give me some ideas. Going to do one tomorrow.

    LB please listen good....when grilling this steak please put on non direct flame until desired temperature is achieved (hoping you have digital thermometer). I tend to like my steaks medium rare so when temp gets to 110-115 F I 1st add some extra virgin olive oil then put on over open fire for 1 minute each. This way you’re achieving perfect sear. When finished wrap in tin foil for 3-5 minutes then enjoy

    you do realize that when Ruth Chris does a tomahawk ...which is priced at 125 they cook it at 1800 degrees no lie
    Best steak I ever had was at capriccios steak house Peabody hotel in Memphis expresso encrusted
